Central Avenue Chrysler is great. Quick and efficient service and friendly staff as well. Their service center on Saw Mill River Road is top notch. Very easy to make an appointment with them and you never have to wait long for one. I've been there 4-5 times and Craig with the rest of the staff there will make you glad you took your vehicle to them for service. In and out very quickly and always with great results from their work. Highly recommended!

I recently got a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from this dealer. I had Klara as my sales rep. She was perfect. I walked in with no appointment and she was able to attend me almost immediately. She was able to beat the price that two other dealerships were offering. They helped me get my insurance paperwork taken care of. Would have given zero stars but cant post a review unless you give at least one star.Worst dealership experience ever! Internet sales rep agreed to the price range I wanted but everything after that went down hill. Salesman was clueless. Finance got all the paperwork wrong (Whether or not that was intentional I'll never know). The vehicle was literally covered in tree sap and cocoons when we came in view it and was barely better when we picked it up. Repeated calls and emails to the head of sales and the dealer principal went unread and unanswered. The showroom looks like a going out of business sale. I can go on and on but you get the point. In conclusion, you might just end up with the vehicle you want at the lowest price if you can put up with the worst dealership experience ever!

The Best Jeep Dodge dealer by far. Customer service is excellent. Took their time explaining everything and made me feel 100% comfortable buying my car. I would highly recommend doing business here. Just got my Jeep from here yesterday and I have to say I was more than surprised by the great customer service I received. Nosh and Leif went above and beyond to get me great deal on the car and explained everything in full,there were no hidden fees like in other dealerships where they stack like 6k on top of the original price. I definitely recommend this to anyone in the market for a car.

Just picked up my new Jeep Cherokee and what a car. It has everything you could want except a driver. The salesmen Chris was a joy to work with. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Nosh & Laurie for their professionalism and help. I was working with another dealer nearby who quoted me about $500/month for my vehicle and then tried to gouge us nearly 100$ a month more on the back end once they had already taken our deposit.

Our lease was up and I was desperate to find something last minute and was determined not to give my money to the other dealership. I called in the morning and spoke with Laurie who was so kind and reassuring that they would be able to help me. Nosh called me back within 10 minutes. In person, he was a total sweetheart to me. I just walked out with my dream car, a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport, and it was all thanks to Klara! If I could honestly give her a 100-star rating, I would. From the very beginning, Klara made me feel like a valued customer and never did she belittle me. She was so humble, sweet and professional all at the same time. I first inquired about a Jeep Wrangler from their online system and someone at the front desk literally contacted me within two minutes to schedule me to come in for an appointment. They set me up with Klara and it was the best thing they could have ever done! Klara and I met on a busy Saturday where I just wanted to talk numbers and although she had many clients, she made me feel that my inquiry was just as important as everyone who was there and she gave me the same respect and courtesy. I jumped out from my 2015 Nissan Sentra, that had negative equity, and rolled out with a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. This was because Klara WORKED WITH ME to get me what I wanted, at the price range I was looking for, threw in the best offers, deals, and DID NOT WORK AGAINST ME. My vehicle was then appraised and price matched towards the amount that I was looking for. Klara even kept me in my minimum price range and I honestly couldn t believe it. Mind you, this all happened due to Klara s open availability at all hours of the day to answer all of my questions and what made it even better was that she was available via text. I then went in to see the vehicle a couple of days later, color choice and everything. We then confirmed pricing once more and that is when I met Nosh, the Finance Manager. Nosh was amazing from start to finish and this guy knows his stuff! I must ve asked him a dozen of questions, had him clarify millions of times until I understood and he was so knowledgeable, patient and willing to honestly help me towards my end goal. He is not your typical salesman who is out to get your money or throw those fancy terms at you to confuse you. He is down to earth, straight forward and works to get you the best deal that he possibly can.

Once everything was agreed upon, I came back in the next day to finalize the paperwork and pick up my car. We began the process/switch and it was a smooth process from there! Klara took her time to go through the details of the vehicle for me, review all the documents and so much more. I truly recommend going over there @ Yonkers central Chrysler jeep dodge!!! Traded in my 2012 Jeep Wrangler unlimited Sahara for a new Dodge Durango (family is getting bigger) Steve gave me a lot of information on different vehicles, (they have a lot) he really took his time because I asked a million questions lol. I literally shopped around 5 different dealerships, looking for a Durango closer to my home. The COVID pandemic cause a shortage of inventory and it was crazy. I tell these dealerships what I wanted and then never heard from them again. So I expanded my search area and came across Central Ave Jeep which is an hour drive for me. I dealt with John R. who was awesome. He was straight up, returned calls and emails and no pressure at all. Gave me his deal, I shopped around, and came right back about 2 weeks later. We did everything online and all I had to do was sign when I got there. Car was ready to go. Definitely recommend them.

Central Ave Dodge has been my dealership for years. Prior to Central Ave, we were customers of the Dodge dealership on Yonkers Ave. I have to say that we have never had a negative experience, with yesterday, 9/18/16's being the best. The minute we went in, the salesman, Matt Morea, was very helpful, empathetic, and informative. He did not beat around the bush and answered every question we had and more. Matt made our buying experience a pleasant one and we hope to work with him in the future. I feel at home at Central Ave Dodge.

Very bad experience...staffs have no proffessionalism...they gave an appointment for test ride by Mr.Al Giddins...& Mr.Matt Lassandro.Before going there i call the receptionist and she told me both not here...but u come so anyone will help me for test ride... and when i went there on time...no staffs or plates for jeep grand cherokee available for test ride...its a waste of time...just go other dealerships in other places...I would never go again...

If you can go to any Jeep dealership other than this one please do so! This has been the worst experience of my life, the customer service is horrible, all sales representatives are rude and don t care to help you what so ever. I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle and within less than 4 months, I have had problems with it non stop. Nobody takes the time to talk to you and explain anything to you, But they are extremely quick to charge you and take your money! Every single time I go to have my problems fixed, it is as if I am a burden to these people. It is very upsetting that my first car experience has been a disaster. Please avoid this location!!!

I have been getting my cars there since 1993. Never had any problems. I moved away from NYC, and when I came back returned to them. What happened in the mean time? I have purchsed a few cars there recently and always have my service there. Few years back, after they finished service to my car, they left it outdoors in the back and the car was crushed by a tree. They held no responsibility and my insurance had to pay for it. It later took them over a year to turn the car to the bank. I still remained with them. Lately my car died and I literally paid them $1000 to change two batteries. On top of that, when I went to pay, they charged me 3% because I paid with a debit card. I don't charge that to my clients. I take it as part of the cost of doing business. I rather go from now on to a non corporate business, which I should have done to begin with.

Although originally I had given them a bad rating, I was contacted by the dealership and they had apologized for the inconvenience I had experienced with the process and were better able to explain to me what had occurred which led to it. Let me start by saying that I've leased or bought about 11 cars in my life between my wife and myself and my experience at Central Park Avenue Jeep was one of the best. I had done a lot of homework on Jeep Wranglers on the internet on various sites prior to going to local dealerships. What made my decision to lease a Jeep from Central Avenue Jeep (which by the way was across the county from where I live) was my salesman Joe Carino. Prior to going in, I had my mind set on the 4 door Sahara but after going through the options that I was looking for, Joe convinced me that the better Jeep for me was the unlimited sport ( the less expensive jeep). He took all the time that I needed with him, didn't push me to make a decision on the spot and negotiated a very good deal. He listened to the options that I wanted and went out and found the car. There was 1 option that the Jeep didn't have that I wanted and the dealer installed it the next day. I am a very detailed person and ask a lot of questions. Joe never got annoyed and gave me detailed answers.If you are in the market for a Jeep and you want a very knowledgeable person that can help you make the right decision, you are doing yourself a disservice by not giving Joe and Central Avenue Jeep an opportunity to earn your business. - Steve

I would give it 0 stars if I can . I went and bought a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee seamless process drove away after signing 5 mins worth of paper work , but things were too good to be true . 3 days after purchase of the vehicle the check engine light comes on so I take it back to the dealership . 5 hours later they can't locate the issue so they reset the computer and told me its most likely a malefaction that I should have no further issues . 2 days after that the check engine light comes on again , again I take it back to the dealership and they can't locate the issue at this point im fed up I take it to another jeep dealership and within half n hour they located the issue which was 2 cut exhaust lines . I came out my pocket $381.98 for a issue that the dealership should've corrected before selling the vehicle . I now have the vehicle for 1 month 1 week and the air conditioning doesn't work I now have to take it to a shop and be without my vehicle for some time . I would never recommend this dealership to anyone I've had countless conversations with the manager of the dealership and haven't been given any solutions or compensation for my troubles . good luck to anyone who decides to waste their time here

They lost the 2nd set of keys to the jeep but did cut a new one two days later at no cost.They could have sold the jeep with a complimentary full tank of gas, when I ask the sales person Roberto he stated they are only allowed a $30 fill up.As a gesture for the inconvenience of coming back on my own time to get a key cut , getting car with under 3/4 gas& after spending over $50,000 for a jeep ,I asked if I could get a complimentary wheel lock valued at $58 to which sales person Roberto stated they couldn't do that.They offer two complimentary oil changes but unlike previous experience with Acura &Lexus they don't provide a loaner you will have to sit and wait.
The plus to the experience was the no haggling approach of the sales manager Craig who recognized a serious buyer and agreed to sell the jeep for a very reasonable price.Sales person Roberto was also helpful, we had to drive across town to get vehicle from another lot without any complaints and was not pushy when I told him I had a limited time frame.Internet sales person Laurie was very pleasant on the phone and prompt in her response to initiate the deal.Customer satisfaction could be higher if they took the extra steps to oblige their customers small requests

The dealership won t receive the vehicle even though Chrysler Capital has a rule to accept vehicles even if they originated at a different state.

When I needed a new car I knew I wanted to go for a Jeep. I have never leased before and was not sure what I wanted in my new car. When I came to this dealership, Orlando came outside and greeted me immediately! Very friendly and professional. No matter what request, question, or inquiry I had - he was very helpful and went out of his way to make it happen. I made multiple visits to figure out what I wanted and to arrange the lease, and he was there to help and guide every time. Worked with Moe (salesperson) and Joe (sales manager). They were very easy to work with. Fair and accommodating. Drove in at 2:30 and drove off the lot at 5:30 with a new 2021 vehicle. The registration, insurance and finance details took the most time. Considering it was a Saturday afternoon with other customers ahead of me, it wasn t bad. If you know what you want and you ve done your homework, give them a shot.

SERVICE CENTER LIED ON INSPECTION REPORT
Brought my vehicle here multiple times for recalls. On my last visit they returned the vehicle to me with the engine overheating and wanted me to pay for them to diagnose why the vehicle is overheating. They claimed they did a vehicle inspection, everything is fine, and the problem occurred after I drove off the lot.
Based on their inspection report, it said the engine is fine and has coolant/antifreeze. I then called Jeep support center which told me they should not have charged me to diagnose the vehicle in such a short time frame and they will schedule the appointment for me free of charge.
I retrieved my vehicle from Central Ave. service center and Marco (service center attendant) claims that they checked the vehicle for antifreeze. Marco doesn t want to hear anything I am saying keeps talking over me like a fool and claims it was impossible for them to cause a problem (which is ridiculous to say when you were working on the vehicle and can guarantee there is no way they could make a mistake). I take the vehicle home and when I open the hood the vehicle needs antifreeze. They claimed on the inspection report the vehicle has antifreeze and Marco himself told me the vehicle has antifreeze. I don t appreciate fake reports and liars which could jeopardize my vehicle and my safety. If you need service from a professional staff, go the service center on Boston Rd. in the Bronx, they are much more helpful and don t lie.

Got what I needed for my family, didn't spend half my life at the dealership and was treated like a human being all an all a plus in my book.

As soon as I entered the dealer Rich Reed greeted me and offered to help me find the best deal! He said he would be able to make anything happen with $0 down, I really couldn t believe it. At the end of it all he was able to help me get approved for a low monthly payment even though my credit wasn t great enough! I just picked up my Jeep Grand Cherokee yesterday and I couldn't be happier. The owner Jimmy was very helpful with any questions I had and provided me with the best deal for the exact Jeep I was looking for. Orlando also made the whole process so easy and stayed in touch with me every step of the way to let me know what was going on with my car, insurance, etc. He also spent time showing me how to work the car and all of its features.
