Never really had a problem there. Salesman could be pushy. Also when I leased a car there 3 years ago salesman didn't explain to me fully a few things, which I would expect from the dealer when making a larger purchase. Also limited stock of used cars.

Edit: lowered my review score. They keep calling me trying to sell a car when I clearly told them I'm not interested. Very pushy. Also I tried returning my leased car, and they don't take those in on Saturdays (even though it takes 10 min). Don't explain anything far has to do with leasing a car.

I've been their customer since 06, and won't be returning back
