Dirty dated houses with really the most terrible mattresses you have to sleep on. So not a wink and man woke up broken. Pool is nice but for us the last time. For that money you can go all-in week abroad!
For so much money really worthless very dirty house smelled of urine very poorly maintained the dishes were dirty lipstick and remains in glasses and very dirty too little space in plaza and pool for so many people staff grumpy and rude a lot of defect or gwn too old and expensive for what it is simply never never outrageous what you ask to end up in such a dump !!!
Alsooooo ..... It would be even better if the area would be more maintained. A complete basic cleaning would be more than necessary. In the holiday homes with dogs, a mop should be available, it is dirty and under the kitchen there are poison baits (5 pieces in our case) and a living mouse was also in the holiday home) then 2 mouse traps were set up.
Those who like it clean are not in good hands here. You have to come to terms. The dog toilet is not good either, they only run through mud in bad weather. Swimming pool top only food is bad even very bad. Jungle Dome nice for families with children, climbing opportunities. Expected more. All very expensive. So ... bring everything yourself. Still had a lot of fun.

The park definitely needs some renovations.
Jacuzzi was not working properly. They tell us it is out of order and it was barricaded so you cant go in it. But after like 10 minutes was put in use not even working properly.
The shop was mainly fully stocked.
Like the option of renting a grill for in the house, but the prices of products are pretty high.
We got a breakfast with our stay and they went above and beyond for me with my gluten free diet. Every morning fresh breads ! Highly appreciated.
Not the best connection if you need to take a public transport till there.
Rent a bike service was great. We had ebikes what were well maintained.
Now we have eaten there and have an evening swim but we have often been there on vacation. As a family, this is the most beautiful park in centerparcs.

Top! We spent the night in the Jungle Park and afterwards we swam in the amazing aqua park! We would always like to stay here!
We won't be back. The houses are old and dirty. Hair everywhere, the sinks still full of toothpaste residues from the previous guests. You can barely look out through the window. The swimming pool is way too small and overcrowded, you get hurt on the white water slide.
In general, everything is rather boring, no idea whether it is better in spring / summer. Pretty much everything there costs extra money. In any case for the price we paid (500 for 4 days where you can't really count days 1 and 4), not recommended. For this one assumes at least to find a clean, well-kept house.

A bit old and partly in need of renovation. The food is good, but the prices are very peppered. The fun pool is great and the jungle dome is a nice change. However, I lacked an indoor alternative. The Action Factory is very poor and uncomfortably equipped.
Had a very nice midweek.

What a mockery. Cottages are old and dingy.
After arrival we saw many ants in the house, dead woodlice and the windows were too dirty to look through.
The bath also did not run properly. After complaining, the house was cleaned again .. but there were still woodlice and dirty corners. Receptionist told us not to get stuck in the problem and to enjoy the weather .. In compensation we received a voucher of 75. (For food and fun)
No more Centerparcs for us!
Us house 35x is already getting a bit old but as far as OK. Unfortunately, there was no dishwasher (not even in the description who can read it would have noticed) in the prices but I assumed and see something like this nowadays as a standard. For the parked car as we are, a lot of cars were in the park on the way and they did not all lagsam drove. Otherwise, had a few great days with the kids. Personally, I would deduct the park a half star because we were already in other parks and can compare.
Always nice, the gambling carts are good for if you are less mobile.
The jungle dome is fun with all the birds

Because of the lockdown / corona there is nothing to do in the park except bicycle rental.
A very nice Parc, a bit older in the years but even in cold temperatures a very large offer of things to do.
We have just returned from Heijerbos from a midweek September 24 to 9 28 house 801 it was clean for the eye here and there some cobwebs but otherwise it was clean only the air in the house from the smoking was dirty, and for the open bedroom, the curtains there was an air on that you do not want to know it was not good I do not understand that people do not smoke outside.
WE DON'T UNDERSTAND THE CENTER PARCS DON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE SMOKE POLICY, THEY DO A LOT FOR NATURE BUT THEY DROP THIS (many smoke detectors put that help I think)
Now about the park very good clean not to criticize food was tasty we thought it was a bit too expensive we had and breakfast and dinner staff were friendly we liked it in the park so we will come again next year but then in 807
Great weekend in a hotel package. Delicious the peace! We were in the middle of the market dome so we had everything nice and close. We could also decide to stay inside on a rainy day. Service regarding towels and apartment excellent.
It remains one of the nice holiday parks in the Netherlands. However, the houses are slowly starting to decay
Very nice park. Food is okay, the houses are still in good condition. At the aquadome, the wild water run is definitely one of the most frightening of all center parcs. The food in the restaurants is ok. The prices for the attractions and play equipment are, as always, exorbitant. The playgrounds are in good condition in 8 out of 10 cases. The premium houses are much newer than the standard houses.
VIP cottage 165: dishwasher was and is defective because dirty water occasionally remains even after technical service. hairdryer 2nd bedroom is defective. large crack in the sauna door, causing heat to dissipate and constantly having to pour up. Sauna shelves come down and smell musty. why do you always get croissants the first day at VIP and never the following days? (although I already know the answer) bed was clear, waste bin is in the middle of the kitchen because it cannot be put in the allocated cupboard (original waste bin will have broken once)
even in the market dome the ceiling tiles are dirty and not maintained
in short ...... it is clear that no preventive maintenance is done to the cottage and others. These look exactly the same as other infrastructure decades ago. these are no longer standard values for 2018

We have made 4 days holiday with the grandchildren it all came in the years and nothing was done. At the houses. And also very expensive because of the things that have to be paid for not necessarily to be recommended I am sorry but that is the truth

Equipment quantitatively good, qualitatively unsatisfactory.
It smelled musty, especially the sofa did not seem inviting.
Location beautiful in the forest on a canal, many waterfowl who came regularly to visit to beg.
Entertainment in the park, very good!
The pool is awesome, the jungledom as well, otherwise plenty of opportunities such as archery and boating ....
Food expensive, so a few days in the park priced as travel by plane.

We visited Heijderbos with children and two grandchildren in February 2019.
We had a VIP Eden cabin for 7 nights.
The cottage is pricey in the holiday period but it is a very good accommodation.
Neat, spacious, with three bathrooms and two toilets. In 1 bathroom is a bubble bath with lots of space. Nice to bathe the children. And cosy !!
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, a spacious countertop, plenty of room for stock and all pans, crockery and cutlery are available. Also a dishwasher. Nice TV, spacious couch and chairs and even a sauna.
It is beautifully situated along the water. The whole park is a nice area for a quiet walk and to look around you.
We went to Jungle Doom with the children. They can climb and climb there or it is a sweet delight, great. Jumping over water, walking and climbing over rocks, beautiful. Here you also see quite a lot of animals, such as different birds, a bat, turtles etc. Very nicely made.
We also went to the swimming paradise. Very well arranged too. In many places there is supervision by staff who keep an eye on everything, especially at the slides and whitewater course.
There is a large wave pool and a few hot tubs, wonderful.
We rented a bike / tuktuk and drove around the park with a grandchild on a go-kart, that was a laugh! What was phenomenal was the kids safari, then you rent a kind of electric jeep for children every 15 minutes. They can then drive and steer themselves, but you get a button on a cord so that you can immediately intervene (stop) if something drips wrong. Well settled !! That was a real party, especially at the moment that they were going over a kind of cross terrain. About beams, bridges, paths, slopes, mud etc. a true party !!!!!
In short, it is wonderful to roam in Heijderbos. If you want, you can easily go to Germany to take a trip.

The maintenance of the houses is not up to date. The curtains and beds are torn and the mattresses are saggy and uncomfortable.
Under a double bed, we imagined something else.
The house is very noisy, you can hear everything.
We had mice in the ceiling that made a lot of noise, especially at night.
Market Dome:
The grocery store is very expensive as are the other shops there.
The restaurants are overpriced and the food doesn't taste that good.
Aquamundo:
The Aquamundo is unfortunately very small and quickly overcrowded looks bigger in the pictures than in reality.
The course of the whitewater run is very disadvantageous, as it joins another slide and the risk of injury is therefore very high.
Leisure offers:
The offers were: "Okay."
You got a little something, but from experience we know it is more expensive than in other parks.
For example: Mini Gof outside / inside and badminton.
Parc is fine. only grandcafe at 10 pm extinct pity. Dining out in the restaurants moderate which is certainly a shame. As far as hospitality is concerned, much more can be achieved here. Better food and good music on the parcplaza, especially in the evening and you have a great holiday, at least for that you go on holiday.

The swimming pool, the Jungle Dome and all other activities surpass all other Center Parcs! However, we wanted to book a VIP bungalow and immediately after booking I was informed that a 6-bed comfort bungalow had been booked. This is of course a bit old. You also walk for what feels like an eternity to the center, although we thought we were close. As usual, the employees are all very friendly, but mostly speak neither German nor English, which makes communication very difficult. But otherwise absolutely to be recommended!
Just got home from a weeks holiday (25/5/18-1/5/18). Het Heijdebos was a lovely Centre Parcs, didn t like the aqua mondo much but that s just me.my nieces and nephews loved it, I thought it was too fast and dangerous. The cottages could do with a bit of a make over but ours was ok, apart from the patio which had massive trees growing out of ours and had no garden, just a big dip. We definitely loved the lake bar, we spent most of our days sun bathing outside. The staff there were very nice and friendly. Overall a very nice place to stay.
The main reason for my review is to let you know about the safety of the activity s and the care from the staff at the Cycle Centre. They are quick to take your money but when it comes to caring about your welfare, then that s none existent. From mine and my partners experience their attitude stinks. We hired out 3 Segways for an hour, I think it was over 100 for the 3. When we got there, he came out with the Segways, didn t give any training on them, just said to my niece, (who hadnt been on them before), just step on and go, no proper training at all. All we got for protection was an helmet. No gloves, knee or elbow pads like we have had at our visits at other Centre Parcs in France. We also didn t have any guide with us, he just said to us, off you go and have fun. I did think it was strange, wasn t sure about going on our own without a guide.
Anyway we was half way round when all went horribly wrong with me and partner, we accidentally clipped each other s wheels and it threw us both off onto the pathment. Me taking skin off my elbow, badly spraining my ankle, whip lash to my neck and bruising to my knee, me passing out at the road side and as for my partner scrapping his knee and bruising his ribs and damaging his shoulder. We thank the lovely people who went out their way to help us, although we ended up in A&E as they thought I d broken my elbow and paying 250 for my X-rays.
Anyway the staff from the Cycle Centre was told and they came out to collect the Segways and not once did they come over to see if we were ok, they just picked up the Segways and left and then tried to charge us 750, for what little damage there was on all 3 machines even tho only 2 was involved in the incident. Disgraceful, they didn t care about us. Yes ok, we did sign a weiver but we thought we would get protection. In the end the manager got involved and we only paid 100 but they are conning, as they was trying to say all 3 was badly damaged.
All I can do is to tell you about our experience and how the staff couldn t give a damn about the conceiquences after. The customer care was non existent, we won t be going back there or going on Segway again, which is a complete shame as we did like it there. Not happy

Dirty and dusty bungalows!
On arrival (3 p.m.!) Our bungalow was unfortunately not cleaned, so we waited.
When we could get in, it wasn't clean. Dust on the hood, the edges of the bed and the window frames was not removed.
The door edges were dirty, covered with dust and cobwebs.
Cobwebs and dust were not removed in the infrared sauna.
Furthermore, the windows in the whole bungalow weren't cleaned.
In addition, the garden furniture was green so that you couldn't sit on it and the sofa stunk.
After repeated cleaning, only that which we complained about was cleaned. In the future, the cleaning staff should be better trained and given more time for better cleaning, because spoiled Bungerlows is one thing, but cleanliness is very important for a week's family vacation at Center Parc! We have been to a few parcs, but no accommodation was as poorly maintained as this one.

It was great fun. Had no problems at all and still have a peaceful holiday at a children's campsite. It is a pity that we only got 2 towels for 2 people for 1 week.
Lovely a weekend break. Nice swimming, eating out, everything arranged for children. So if there is a noise one time ... that is not the only one ;-) Nobody is surprised either. Relax!
It is ok if you have children (because they like it). But too expensive for what you get. The food could be much better (used to be better). Everything can be cleaner, you will notice that CenterParcs has made too many savings (especially on staff).
My first time CP, upon arrival we were kindly received by the security at the gate who showed us the way. It was already thunder and I noticed that it is very thunder. Narrow roads, almost no lighting, but the park is beautiful in the woods.
Cabins:
Simple 6 person houses with separate toilet and bathroom with bath, unfortunately the bath is very small, but floor heating. The houses are practical but not really luxurious. I was actually amazed at that. My expectation was very high, so I was disappointed. Had a nice weekend with family.
Aqua Mondo and restaurants;
The pool nice and nicely decorated and very neat and clean on sight. You can enjoy yourself here for an hour. The pub, you can play pool well here, the tables are small and you pay 2 euros for the balls (machine). sent to the restaurant. I noticed that, by the way. Number of employees had a bad day or something that weekend, very curt and direct.
The food was fine with value for money.
If I ever have children that is great. But I wouldn't do CP with my wife alone, really for families with children.

N.a.v. your response, we have indicated things. Such as my heavily pregnant family member who was not feeling well and we asked if they could be dropped off at the house for 1 x. This was not allowed under any circumstances, she needed a doctor's statement for this. While it is obvious that she is heavily pregnant. While we later saw other cars driving. I have little understanding for these kinds of reactions. It may be policy, but it is not cooperative.
I think the price is not in proportion to the quality. The expensive house was completely tired, dirty and much damage. The 'garden' consisted mainly of nettles. There is really mud everywhere. The pool is quite nice, but also outdated. Check-in took a long time (queue just cars), same for leaving. We have been in line for fifteen minutes now and are far from there yet. I will never go to Centerparcs again.
Nice park, but the cottage was disappointing. It was clearly not properly cleaned, cobwebs on the skylights and around the sockets, dirty lampshades, loose kit edges in the shower, filthy garbage can and all the cutlery and crockery was dirty. Drap in the sink, stinking sink and leaking fridge. First the dishwasher so fully loaded and turned on and reported to the reception that the house was not well cleaned. Cleaning ladies arrived within half an hour, but unfortunately it didn't get much cleaner. Electrical outlet in the living room did not work (and there are not many of them already), so we just had to lay an extension cord with a socket through the living room. Open fire was not allowed i.v.m. fire hazard in relation to the drought so then but on the electric barbecue, our neighbors on the other hand fired up despite the warnings, none of the staff watching this. Only 1 sun lounger present at the garden furniture instead of 2. After informing 4 times what the situation was around the promised sun lounger (previously Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday stood at the reception), we were told on Monday that we were unlucky : there were no more sun beds available and these would eventually disappear completely from the park. The neighbors on both sides did have 2 sun beds, so they were lucky .... There is also no form of compensation offered for the defects and the dirt. The restaurants are expensive, the Italian restaurant was good I have to say. Supermarket is more expensive than average, that is to be expected, however, very poor supplies, leaflet with offers was ready in the house, 3 offers that were relevant to us turned out not to be there and were not delivered the rest of the week. Activities at the park are outrageously expensive, through the app we understood that the escape room would cost 18.40 pp, best at the price but still trying to book for 3 people, but we turned out to have to pay 80 euros, which 18.40 pp advertised with is apparently only valid for parties of 6 or more people. Parking is hopeless, you should not want to leave the park because then your parking is gone, all day trippers can also park everywhere. Tip: make sure that guests who have booked a stay may also use the parking places closest to the entrances. In short, the holiday was disappointing, you expect a little more from a VIP cottage than from a basic cottage, with an early booking discount of 20% still over 1800 euros paid for a week, very poor price / quality ratio!
We were there last week. The VIP bungalow was so dirty and shabby. The swimming was well regulated, only the Dutch did not follow the rule of where to go. But no supervisor said anything either. You can forget about Jungle Doom, nothing over 12 is allowed there. Distance rules were also not observed by the Dutch. The only thing that was good was the weather
Dated houses without combi microwave. SmartTv is very stupid. No free Wifi, costs claws of money. Pancake restaurant closed on arrival day Monday. The kitchen is closed at 7:30 PM on Tuesdays. The Emte supermarket in the park also benefits from it. In short Very expensive for little luxury.
Spiders everywhere, the cleanliness was okay, but I found the parks a bit shabby in some places.

Unfortunately, houses came down very badly, dirty and broken. The entire area was no longer really maintained. It used to be really nice, I would only go there for the swimming pool for one day, but unfortunately not more. The Roompot facilities are much nicer and nicer.

The park is located in a wooded area, the locations of which in the park are easily accessible from the cottages by means of a golf cart. If you do not use this, then this is not possible for immobile persons. Unfortunately, the cottage was not really clean. A lot of dust under the sofas and the beds and the ceiling had many cobwebs. Despite the many corona measures taken, the staff was not clear about the possible alternatives. In our case, because of the booking, we received food vouchers that could not be used and had to be exchanged for 'Food and Fun' vouchers of 2.50, 5.00 or 10 euros. The result was a thick package of paper, where we could only pay in the shop and a restaurant at the park. The activities such as the golf carts, beauty salon, etc. are not part of CenterParcs, but of external organizations and you have to pay for them separately.
But had a nice week ...
Great park, however, we had to go behind our bed linen and the basic package, and we could only after 20 minutes in the house because they were still busy.
