For children a paradise and when the children are having fun, the parents enjoy it. Pool and facilities well maintained, cottages may be refurbished once there is always something broken or something. Beds have become slightly better, but center parks are also lagging behind compared to other parks.

We will definitely be back. Hopefully after this virus so we can enjoy everything

Very nice park with many activities for adults but also for children of all ages. In the park itself not so cheap but worth the effort to agree! VIP cottages very neat and tasty fresh bread brought to your cottage.

Nice park very much to do beautiful nature area really recommended unfortunately the houses are old in terms of interior design and hygiene could be better but the pool and the jungel really wouw

Great place. Here and there, the maintenance may be better.

Our room was not clean and spiders would not be taken away at the corners for a while.

Furniture heavily outdated and damaged, floors were not clean, especially in corona time. Now that only minigolf was open for adults little to do. Environment was disappointing for us. Not recommended in corona time

Everything is nice and quiet, swimming is fun here with the kids. Water and the park generally very clean. Rooms are also in top condition.

We have fond memories of this park, which we visited with our toddler. We had a lot of fun there. The toddler was happy to be able to go for a walk around and to meet animals in nature near the lake.

Pricey park for what you get. On arrival you can all wait in front of the barrier until you are allowed on it. Poorly arranged. There are a lot of cars driving around for a car-free park. Parking outside the park is a drama. We were in a VIP bungalow. Unfortunately several defects that were quickly remedied. Underfloor heating not in the bathroom and the seating area! All in all, price quality is not consistent.

Beautiful park. The Aqua Mundo has a varied structure. There is a normal waterslide, an outdoor pool for underwater aquarium fish watching, a central wave pool with waves that run several times per hour, and a long multi-piece rafting slide.

Friendly people, lots to do, nice room, only this was a bit smaller than expected. Very nice area too.

Dated except for the prices. As if you are in a five-star restaurant. Pick up 6 piza's for 74.50 euros but the cook probably didn't feel like it didn't just look bad they were too.

Nice area, our bungalow was good and we felt comfortable.
But unfortunately there are also a few shortcomings:
the couch and the mattresses were worn out or worn out.
The food within the complex in the restaurants unfortunately does not match the quality of the prices (although the staff made an effort).
The Aqua Mundo has had better days, especially the changing area / lockers / showers.
The parking lot situation is very annoying, as day visitors to the Aqua and guests of the facility have to share it. What can lead to it if you z. B. to Venlo, etc. makes a day trip by car, which you have to cover long walks when you return. This could easily be improved by a simple measure.
Therefore only 3 stars.

We were here with our parents 20 years ago and now with our children. We actually liked everything very much, the food in the restaurants should be a bit "tastier". The bungalows are getting very old, but are gradually becoming renovated what we saw. Aqua Mundo was of course a big hit with young and old.
The staff is very fond of children and very friendly.

Nice houses, nice design in general. Nice pool, plenty of things to do for small children. The pool is also open until 9 am. Absolutely great!

A really nice center parks in which you can do a lot of business with the children even in bad weather without having to pay extra. The swimming pool with wave pool, the underwater aquarium (take a pair of goggles) and the wild water slide is absolutely great. The jungle is also varied and there is a lot to discover

Very beautiful park surrounded by nature. Had the 2 persons apartments including breakfast buffet booked. I can only recommend. The buffet is great and the staff in the park very friendly and helpful. The swimming area was very clean. The food prices I think for the park in order since the portions are also quite large. Very bad experience! Poor service, Broken baby bed, Lack of basic utility like toilet paper and bin bags. Very annoying that thermostat kept getting off in the middle of cold nights, resulted into very disturbed sleep - which defines the purpose of holiday. Bad ergonomics of kitchen design, makes the space very uncomfortable to use. Miscommunication of breakfast, it mentioned breakfast included at the time of booking but it was not. When consulted they did a favor and gave us 50 euros coupon for four adults for 4 days! I do not recommend this place for a relaxing holiday.

The location is great, green, all the ingredients for entertainment for kids are there, but ... Center Parcs has missed a turn somewhere. Where the competition has invested in innovation, CP is hopelessly behind. Literally all facilities have not had proper maintenance in years. That is why houses can no longer be cleaned properly. CP it is time for action, your visit will no longer accept this.

Beautiful nature park. If the park is largely full, you cannot park your car! The VIP cottages are super luxurious. Staff is friendly. We will definitely come back here.

Outdated & poorly maintained cottages, for the show & misleadingly called "cottages". No dishwasher ?! Microwave far too high / dangerously placed. Molded curtains and sealing with duct tape, refrigerator all bottle racks removed / broken, bubble bath no longer works, toilet flush stop does not exist, shower curtain that ends 20 cm above floor, dust on lamps / paintings / air grilles, central heating system full of air, etc .. Oja app of park for reservations etc is not working or bad. And many reported via whatsapp immediately upon arrival: Response zero.
On the day of departure stood 40 minutes in traffic jams from the house to the exit of the park of all departing people.
Luxury problems yep, you also pay "luxury" prices and no value for this much money ....
Ok ahead the pool with little use of chlorine is nice for children. For that 1 star, remainder -10 stars.

Relatively nice, but we had got a very old house and the dishes were not complete.

Nice and cozy bungalow park. Lots to see and do. You are surrounded by nature and you come across many bird species and squirrels.

Stayed a week in a VIP cottage. Nice and clean house, nice and child-friendly park. Good food in the all you can eat restaurant. The opening times of the children's farm and the swimming pool could be slightly longer.

Good for a weekend. In the meantime only very shabby. Still worth a visit

The houses are in a bad condition, the entertainment for kids is very confusing, you walk a lot back and forth. The park is badly signposted.

House was a bit disappointing in terms of cleanliness. Houses on the outside dated. Most of what disappointed us were the electric golf carts that you could rent. Constantly you had to watch out for those things that probably don't have a horn or something and that everyone was driving around with. Dangerous to life for children playing. The last day we wanted to finish with a nice dinner at the ALL YOU CAN EAT restaurant. That was a complete decline. There are 5 pieces of steak, ice cold, a few pieces of Ham, cold, a few small pans with probably something that was previously served. The soup was a bottom from which we could just get 2 cups and just like the meat, cold. Taken some misery and 2 plates of lettuce and kept it there. We made reservations for 7pm and the store was due to close at 8.30pm. You may well assume that there is still enough hot food available. Not so. That was all very disappointing. I let the steak warm up, but you tasted it immediately. So paid 68.00 (for 2 persons) for some fries, warmed steak, cold soup and lettuce. So for us NEVER more.

Should urgently be renovated. You can see the park for 30 years

Also a bit older area, you can see in some places, yet great for family. Especially the indoor bath and the playgrounds. Friendly staff

Beautiful surroundings but the houses ......... Everything is old, dingy. At the local cycle shop you get cleaner curtains than what is hanging here. There are expected stains on the sofa. The cutlery still had the chocolate spread. It is very hot in the rooms. You have the feeling that if you possibly open up about something in the house you should immediately get vaccinated to prevent a deadly disease. Another tip. Bring flip flops because you are guaranteed to go on a syrup tour at night. And then you are not the first. The ceilings and walls are FULL of beaten mosquitoes, spiders and other creatures.

Other centerparcs are better. Wild water slide too extreme for some children. Bungalow partly in bad condition. Food at the buffet so-so.
Pizzeria Top. Supermarket, the shelves were constantly empty, whether morning, afternoon or evening.

Beautiful park unfortunately getting old and I think too big.

Hello everybody. Yes, I can also describe our vacation as a failure. This was our first and last time in a center park. We were looking forward to it so much because our children were there for the first time. We use the offer from Friday to Monday for 400.
When we arrived at the bungalow on Friday evening the biggest problem was that smell!
There was a high smell of urine and there was also a musty smell of damp, musty earth. We thought at first there was probably someone with a child inside and there was a full diaper somewhere but we didn't find anything. I even looked under the couch, but I shouldn't have done that. At the latest then you saw that there was definitely no cleaning. In the bathroom, a hair greeted us right on the sink and that definitely didn't look like a hair on the head. There were 2 dead spiders in the bathtub. Oh yes, the toilet flush was also broken and really messed up. With the children upstairs in the two-story bed, the bed sheet from the previous tenant was covered with biscuit crumbs. In the kitchen we had another hairy visitor, but this time in the fridge.
The dishes had some strong leftovers from the previous tenant.
So we ventilated everything first at -2 degrees. My husband removed hair and co. and we decided to make the best of it. And first went through the facility. There was plenty of room spray to buy in the Market Dome !! Just why?? The rest was completely overpriced.
Since it was totally overcrowded, we left.
And then came the first night. I managed to sleep from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. and then I couldn't take it anymore because of the stench and was awake.
We then complained directly in the morning and were told that they had not yet heard about the deficiencies. Someone would come and fix the toilet. The funny thing was, we weren't the only ones that complained that morning, there were a few other families with the same problems.

So the move started. Remove all 4 beds and rearrange everything. The smell was better but the cleanliness wasn't. And then the shock! In our bedroom there were still unpacked tablets on the bedside table. What if one of my kids took the pills? I don't even want to think about it. So even in the new bungalow was not properly cleaned. I wanted to stop everything immediately and drive, but our children were so looking forward to the swimming pool. My husband then persuaded me to stay. So we are ready to accept the keys again. There was already so much going on at the moment, we talked to some of them who also described problems. We then asked if we could get a voucher for the inconvenience (we were now almost 2 hours moving) so that we could, for example, drive with the children in this park for free? NO, we already have a new bungalow, OK, we'll just be out then. We spent hours moving, cleaning and now we didn't want to waste any more time. So off to the swimming pool. Yes, then I understood that it was mass tourism. It was completely overcrowded. The only nice thing was the white water slide, a normal swimming pool is sufficient for the rest. The jungle dome is actually okay, but bird droppings everywhere and closed on Mondays!

Nice park and the kids had fun. We took the vip one. But it was little hot and the furniture should have been renovated. Also lots of spiders and flies because it is a forest and it was summer. Overall a good experience with our big family.

Amazing to have rented a bungalow with a sauna. The accommodation was great, the bungalow was clean and the VIP bungalow had a Dolce Gusto machine, including free cups. A little oven/microwave and a nice fireplace.

I would recommend renting a bungalow at Center Parcs Heijderbos. The environment around this park is nice and peaceful. The jungle dome is worth going to, would still like to book a few nights there. It's like being in a rain forest.

The market dome is also nice, but I liked the market dome more in Meerdal. The tropical swimming pool is also amazing. You can dive there and see under water aquariums.

All in all, worth visiting .

We ate Boxing Day at all you can eat evergreen, it was downright bad meat was not tasty fries undercooked and run to the toilet at the end this was by far the worst restaurant in the past 5 parks with 8th paid almost 300 for nothing

VIP cottage zone 4. Nicely refurbished. Some minor flaws. Other houses are now also being renovated. Sauna was delightful. Supermarket is open with corona. So you can just get things if you miss something. Lovely walk in the forest. Even with corona rules you can go there just to relax. Tip for the reception. A wastebasket in the bathroom would be nice.

We give 3 stars; 2 points were deducted because of overpriced prices in the restaurants and unfortunately the selection for children's activities under 5 was not too big. We lived with 3 children 5,4 and 3 year olds in bungalow 553. It smelled a bit in the bungalow, but with a scented candle the smell was bearable after a while. Mattresses were very comfortable, brought our own blankets / pillows and covers. Everything was superficially clean, kitchenette, toilet and bathroom were okay for the general condition of the bungalow. It's an older house, old-fashioned but still bearable.
We had a super nice time here, we really liked the Jungle Dome, we all got some jungle fever.
The kids also took part in the kids club activities and had a lot of fun. The staff was very courteous and nice, children all felt at home there. -only recommended.
The Aqua Mundo is no longer the newest but fun is guaranteed.

Conclusion: Pure fun for children from 8 years!

Very nice park. Many facilities. Our 5 year old son has a lot of fun. He loved sailing between the ducks.

Despite the corona measures, we enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful park with lots of greenery and a beautiful lake. Many cottages are now being renovated and look very nice.

I have heard a lot about this park, also good things. 5 days / 4 nights for 699 Euro normal price. Attractively priced? Rather no. Therefore I expected something, where I could award at least 4 stars. Unfortunately was not possible. Houses are dirty and musty. Much broken. Trees are sawn today at noon! Guys, it's holidays! Children also want to sleep at noon ... <br/> By car you only come to the house on arrival and departure. You have to shop here overpriced. 6 wood briquettes for 6.49 ... The beds are saggy. As the condition of the blankets and mattresses, I do not want to grind. <br/> Too bad about spending money, because the park and the swimming pool are beautiful in itself. The houses were certainly synonymous. Many years ago ... Today I would not see any reason for me to come back.

been in the park for 2 weeks. Beautiful swimming pool, shops and restaurants. Only our house, it was no longer of this time and not clean. When we arrived, the butts of the previous guests were still in front of the door. The toilet smelled terribly of urine. The floor was not clean and there were cobwebs everywhere. <br/> I also understand that if such a house is in the forest there can be cobwebs in the house. But these webs had been there for a long time. The windows were also filthy. I think the previous residents had a dog that licked the windows. There was also a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, just a pity that there was no user manual. Outside there were 2 sun loungers, one of which was broken. I walked past the reception and I was told that there was no other and that we had to do it. in our house there was a crate of food on the floor. at one point we heard some sounds coming from the crate, it turned out to be a mouse! We also wanted to eat an ice cream in the Grand Cafe in the evening. After we sat there for 45 minutes and the waiter on duty walked past us 9 times without taking an order, we just left again. <br/> In short, 2 weeks in an old and dirty house and then almost 3000, - Pay. they will not see us again here.

It is an aging property in terms of accommodation. Basically clean but the floor and the green areas at the house are already heavily used

House was old, bulging and a lot of overdue maintenance.we had made a preferred booking but did not get the money from the preferred booking in another house.No fishing water ditches that stank and a lot of vegetation and had not been pruned for a long time. in the cottage 558. long walk to the lake for fishing while we booked a cottage on the water ... in the past I was proud of this park and said it to friends and family .. now I advise them against going to it heijderbos unfortunately

Beautiful and well-kept park. Good entertainment, nice houses and great food. Especially with the use of the center parcs app it is highly recommended. Lots of fun activities.
2 minuses:
You may only use wood from the center parcs shop for the fireplace, but this is a crime to get on.
This park is advertised as a car free park. Nothing is less true. We constantly saw guests' cars driving through the park and parked in front of houses and nothing is visibly being done about this. A few angry parents were present, which is completely understandable. I wouldn't dare let my children walk around the park alone.
Besides these two points, highly recommended!

A bit dated CenterParc. We basically felt very comfortable, the bungalow was not the cleanest. Cobwebs were in many places, the carpets in the bedrooms were stained. The children's furniture was broken, at the reception desk and it was immediately fixed. The swimming pool is great the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back.

Me and my boyfriend went there for a weekend. We had a small house, but it was perfectly adequate for 2 nights. The beds were unfortunately very saggy. Therefore only 4 stars.
Otherwise the house was clean and we felt comfortable.
I thought it was a shame that not all people kept to bringing their car to the parking lot. Our neighbors' car was in front of the door for the entire weekend.
The signs for activities are easy to see and always lead to the destination.
We will visit Center Parcs again when we have kids and a dog.

The service at the food truck in the swimming pool has the worst service. The super market closes really early. But i had a great time for the rest

If you want to relax in nature, this is the place for people. Summer is more expensive 6 people bungalow I have deposited 1100 for 5 days. But is worth it. Large swimming pool with slides and plenty of activities different restaurant and supermarket also there. Pub with bulbs. Nice and quiet and cozy top ...

Fantastic park with many beautiful places to visit! The Aqua Mundo is of course a highlight, where you can relax and swim.

Had a great weekend. The pool is super nice. Jungle dome is also great to have seen. We went to eat in the grand cafe, the service was smooth and they regularly come to ask if you want anything. The mattress may only be replaced once and the houses may be made more modern. The placement of the shower head was a bit stupid, could be more in the middle instead of the side.
