Stay was great, the park has sufficient facilities. On some evenings it takes a long time before you can finally order a drink. We had to wait 35 minutes during the show evening until I could place an order. I myself finally went to the bar because they didn't come to our table.

Better to book Landal Parcs ... Everything went weird on arrival. Staff at reception unfriendly and not competent. The houses are old and it is necessary to renovate them. Montaga has closed almost all attractions, so nothing remains to spend time in the room. I am totally disappointed, I have been a visitor to Landal Green Parcs for years. Wanted to try something new with Center Parcs .. Never again, just bad

Family holiday in Het Heijderbos. Especially nice we found the many playgrounds where the little children can let off steam.
The Aqua Mundo and the jungle dome were also very nice. Shops can also be found within 10 km by car outside the park. All in all, the holiday was relaxing.

Our son of 2.5 has had a great time just for the price I think it is very old-fashioned and not very clean. Had expected a little more in terms of luxury. But the kids have really enjoyed themselves.

Nice park, nice weekend come to rest! It is of course never perfect in such a large park ... Many cobwebs around the curtain rails and around the fireplace. The terrace was also very dirty so we had to clean it before use! But no reason to turn your back on Centerparcs. Until next time!

Unfortunately, something else is beautiful. We had to cancel a house for eight people because we come from more than 2 households. Now 8 young people who want to celebrate their graduation can pay a 20% cancellation fee. Our booking was # 5812555. Is it really in your interest?

The property is totally outdated and dirty.

The property is totally outdated and dirty.
The condition in relation to the price is really not justified.
We won't come again. Really awful everything costs extra and the prices are just as unjustified. Really bad

I have no idea how center parc rating works. This might have been 5 birds...but 30 years ago. Dated cottages with damaged interior and incomplete equipment. Misleading information on booking: You have min. 2 time (1.5h) access to the aquapark in reality is 2 times max. Compared to other parks (village nature) this is max 2* accomodation. As an extra park lay out is very confusing so you need a long time to find anything, no clear signs. No towels in the basic booking so you need to pay extra...feels like vacation in post communistic 90' motel. Brown colour everywhere and shabby furniture. Saving grace is nice natural forest surrounding the park but you can find that for less than you need to pay here for stay.

Waterpark is nice especially the fish windows and wild river, something new for me.
Fuego grill is also a nice choice for a meat lovers dinner.

The app is so bad it will crash EVERY single time you open a map which you will do often due to super poor signs in the park...which is also on a plan made by an imbecil. Imagin comeing back from day out and having to walk couple km to your cabin.

BIG THANKS to one of the floor managers (with budda sleave tatoo) he is the sole reason for the third star. Rules set by the park are annoying at times but most of the staff is willing to work around them...but not all, i look at you gatekeeper

As a cherry on this cake on 19.08 there was a drunk dude riding on a scooter at 4 am and trying to open random cabins...so safety is also an issue

Nice park, plenty of entertainment in the evening too. But qau cleaning may be a bit better kept, There were hairs in the bath mold in the bathroom and really a lot of dust everywhere

In itself a beautiful park with many amenities, but the cottage (cottage) that we booked was very disappointing in terms of cleaning and maintenance, despite it being the most luxurious (VIP Eden) that we could choose. Unfortunately.

Beautiful park in the forest. Not much to do at the park for our 3 year old. Small petting zoo, but it is only open until 4 pm. We found swimming too much hassle now in this Corona time. But plenty to do in the area! We recommend the Brakkefort playground and the Malden play farm. ZooParc Overloon is also nearby, very nice zoo. Maasduinen play forest was also very nice. Furthermore, the beach at the Mookerplas is very nice in good weather. Also many nice restaurants in the area. Nonna's in the park is a lot of fun. We found Fuego a little less in terms of food.

We have been to a Center Parc several times but this despite the 5 star is not worth the money!
Please urgently renovate and keep clean!

I like the parc, but we had a premium house and it was dirty. It was a little damaged and in the info were wroten that we would have 2 toilets, but we had one toilet and one bathroom in separate rooms

Very nice holiday park with many leisure activities. Some of the houses are getting a bit old. One should be careful to get a renovated house.
There are also brand new bungalows.
The charm of the older houses is that they are in the middle of pretty old trees, so that in some places you feel as if you are in the middle of the forest.
The new bungalows are close to the lake and also have a great view.

The overall service was very friendly. Everything is well organized.
There is a swimming pool, the indoor playground Jungle Dome, sports fields, bowling, some restaurants, a supermarket, climbing park, escape room and much more.

The Maasduinen National Park is just around the corner and there you can go hiking or cycling.

In the evenings there are live shows and children's entertainment in the Market Dome.

We didn't like the fact that the bread delivery service only comes at 9 o'clock as criticism. We thought that was a bit late for breakfast. In addition, that you have to pull out the beds yourself when you leave.
Overall, a lot of plastic is used, for example to wrap bed linen and towels, but also to serve ketchup or mayonnaise separately in small bowls.
There are also no mosquito nets on the windows.

All in all, it is a very nice, well-kept park with good service and good leisure opportunities in which you can spend a great holiday.

Everything is very outdated, huge prices for the outdated state. Unfortunately we were not so satisfied. For the swimming pool there are two stars, which was great, many slides, waves, sauna (extra costs). Food terribly expensive. Can you prefer to book a week luxury holiday in Turkey.

Nice place to relax with your family! Enjoy the peace and nature at your cottage! If you want action, there is plenty to do! We were especially a fan of the fastest white water slide in the Netherlands (some bruises at the end of the week ) and the game hall / fun house, zip line over the water We have not finished the park all week.

Nice park, we also had a good time in the midweek that we were there. But the houses deserve an upgrade, these are really outdated and could be cleaned a little more critically. Swimming pool and Jungle Dome were "free", included in the price, but you also have to pay for a lot of activities such as pedalos, tennis, jumping the trampoline, driving a car etc. This is allowed, for the price you already have to pay, be inclusive. Bicycle rental was well arranged.

Upon arrival it smelled strongly of urine (which was also difficult to get out), with dead moths, spiders and other small animals stuck to the walls. Houses have come down a lot. Savings are made everywhere, e.g. the curtains a window with 2 different curtains. (not a big problem but it just looks stupid) At the price you expect a lot more! There are about 1000 houses in the park if you pay an average of 1700 euros per house per week, you get 1,700,000 euros per week !!! (and I didn't even count the overpriced leisure activities, e.g. with a cable car water to slide for 15 euro pp!?!?!?) And given the poor condition of the houses in the park, you can assume that there will be a lot of profit! (Logical if you don't have to put money into the houses) The cleaning ladies fly through the houses to be ready in time so that the guests can go to their houses. Now my question is: Why not invest more money in more cleaning ladies? Or why are you not given more time to clean properly? Is it normal that you spend so much money to get into a hut that is almost falling apart, smells of urine and where the cobwebs hang in every corner? The first thing we did when we arrived was to clean. So this is how your vacation begins at centerparks ...
Now for the bars. At lunchtime only 2 man staff present the whole terrace was full of people. Waiting times of half an hour to an hour for a beer and a coke .. And that at 34 degrees outside temperature? Not normal in my opinion! Towards evening there were a little more staff present, of which 3 behind the bar, however, none of them did anything and if you asked them whether they wanted to prepare something for you to drink, you got the answer that you had to wait for the waitress ... I repeat that more than 30 Grass outside temperature! In my opinion, the owner is a money vulture! For this money I could have flown to Turkey and the 5 star with incredibly good service, very hygienic and all inclusive! If you are enthusiastic about a vacation in the open air, you can also go to a campsite, even because it's cheaper and more sociable anyway! Now I have wasted 1 week of my vacation where I am very dissatisfied. (By the way, it's only the second day today). Swimming pool is ok and jungle as expected. What I liked best was the friendly people at the entrance, simply because they were very nice and courteous. But unfortunately it was the first and the last time for me to invest so much money under these circumstances to stay in a barracks!

Your first holiday with a baby should be one to re...

Your first holiday with a baby should be one to remember, Center Parcs quotes on their website. That was a bit disappointing for us. When we arrived we could easily find our (VIP) home. Upon entering, we immediately noticed the age of the house and the furnishings, although we had taken this into account. However, the bathroom and toilet looked contemporary. We had to find the promised cot and high chair (we were under the assumption that they would be ready). We found the child seat folded under food scraps and the mattress damp and moldy in the meter cupboard. There was also no room in the house for the baby bed, so we pushed 2 beds aside and set up the bed there. Spiders and other insects were crawling from every nook and cranny!
We were almost about to drive back home immediately, but we gave it a chance. Everything cleaned and vacuumed. In the following days I encountered a single spider.
Unfortunately, the house was not child proof. A number of sockets were not equipped with child protection and those that had were so glued that a plug could no longer go in. A floor drain for heating is outdated, but also very unsafe for a crawling baby.
The facilities at the park are good, the pool is great and the jungle dome is nice with a small one too.
The pancakes we ate at the park weren't of great quality.
The take out pizza therein was fine.
We participated in the baby swimming and that was great fun and well organized.
We expected more from one of Center Parcs' better parks and certainly from the VIP service. They also really don't live up to the advertising they make for the great time for a baby. We will not return to this park and time will tell if we ever visit a center parcs again!

Nice park super beautiful area in the middle of the woods .. near the border of Germany so if you go a midweek at least, a day in Germany is also nice. I did find the house very dirty and dusty. I cleaned myself when we arrived so that was really a minus point. Furthermore, a nice park and also here while swimming with the corona rules I found it a lot more pleasant than usual. Nice and quiet no long queues at the slide or whitewater course..friendly and helpful staff that is definitely an asset to this park!

We had a wonderful meal. Everything was beautifully laid out super fresh. The service was excellent. Staff very friendly. And it was very cozy inside. If we return to the Heijderbos we definitely go again eat

-Cleanliness is poor.

-Cleanliness is poor.
- Leisure activities for children are insufficient
-Service in cafes and restaurants is a disaster. Long waiting time of up to 1 hour
-Opening hours for leisure activities are very late. Sometimes only from 11 a.m.
-Opening time for restaurants is not transparent.

The main attraction - slides in the swimming pool are closed until the beginning of July 2019 except for 1 x indoor slide.
-Building work and the middle of the season!
Great timing.
It is bestial for plastic in the swimming pool.
There is no information about this on the homepage and you will not be informed by email or phone call.

The facility is pretty dirty and outdated. Nice marketing videos, unfortunately the reality is very different here.

Our bungalow was not cleaned on arrival. Got completely dirty, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Disgusting. There was rubbish outside the door and on the terrace. Everything full of cigarettes, bottle caps, cans.
Instead of getting another bungalow, two cleaning ladies came 1 hour later.

Playgrounds for children are littered. (E.g. at the lake 3 x pieces) Here, too, there are cigarettes, handkerchiefs, empty packaging, plastic parts etc. everywhere. According to the gardener, the playgrounds are only cleaned once a month. This is genius.

The restaurants and reception are understaffed.
Long waiting times are standard here.
Here, too, savings are made through minimum occupation and maximum utilization.

The caterpillars of the oak processionary moth is also an issue here. But it is neither pointed out in advance nor blocked off. Consequence: rash all over the body and severe itching. The pharmacy in the neighboring village was bought empty

Nice location, nice park. Staff can be absolutely friendlier. You pay a mountain for the stay and then you also pay for tennis, other activities. Would really be allowed to sit in for that price.

We have been to several Center Parcs several times, including Het Heijderbos, but we have never been so disappointed. Our bungalow was extremely dirty, empty bottles under all beds, there was simply not cleaned, we had to clean the fridge on arrival, because we would not want to fool food ..... In addition, mattresses, dust, cobwebs and musty in all Rooms ... The staff was always friendly, the prices we are used to as loyal customers and therefore not surprised, but absolutely not justified for this stay. Unfortunately that can not tear out the great swimming pool (our children are thrilled) .... The repeatedly addressed renovation, urgently needed! Until then definitely not again Het Heijderbos.

We arrived with mixed feelings as the reviews were / are not that good.
We were lucky, our bungalow 458 was old and in need of modernization, but everything was there that was needed and there was enough space for five of us.
Our bungalow was cleaned clean on arrival without having to do a lot of cleaning.
The lighting in the bungalow could have been better.
We were able to go to the AquaMundo four times because we had booked a week. The 1.5 hours were sufficient, the only stupid thing was that you had the fixed time window, other excursions always had to be coordinated with them.
Our three children liked it, they were in the forest every day and let off steam here with Tipi Bau etc. For the price / performance there are 3 stars

Old place, activities, restaurant, shopping very very expensive, it is even abused 2.50 the baguette, 3 euro an ice cold sniker .... And I spend the language effort is more than mediocre, you do not speak Dutch your lost .
An effort with English but you see that you drunk them. Finally at least it is exotic.

You can swim, eat in the pool can use an upgrade, people also want to pay a euro more for fresh fries and home-made paninis, instead of a factory panini that is taken out of the packaging under the grill

Bungalow are already a bit old Cleanliness left much to be desired. These should be renovated. Breakfast delivery service could be more flexible from delivery times. Lt. Employees at Foodmarket will deliver breakfast between 7:30 and 9:00 am. The Parc Bostalsee is offering a tour from 6:00 am and from 8:00 am. We always got our breakfast package at 8.30. With children a little late. The daily fruit supply is covered by canned fruit. For dinner package with book. Due to a faulty booking we should pay for two adults and a 5 and 3 years old times 70 euros for the buffet. By the way, the drinks are not included. Get the daily requirement of food best in nearby Goch in Germany. For children under 6 many play opportunities. There is a central elongated parking lot at the entrance. Better would be min. two or three parking spaces. In the park around the playgrounds lack seating for the parents. The forest bungalows are certainly very pleasant in the summer, but the insects will certainly have a lot to look forward to the many sea. Are unfortunately more pools.

Very nicely landscaped park in a quiet and shady location in the forest with endless possibilities and activities for children. The Aquadom swimming pool with wild water slide, slide and wave pool is absolutely great and so is the jungle. A lot of variety even in bad weather. Some activities and groceries are a bit expensive. The apartments could be freshened up, but everything is there that you need and works. If something was wrong, the service was there immediately. Tip: Dinner in the "Fuego" is not cheap but the atmosphere and the food are worth it

I don't often leave reviews, but for the good of man kind I have to in this case. The park is very dirty and the houses are even worse. I have been to a few Centerparcs in the Netherlands, but this one has been forgotten and left to rot in its own decay. The houses have not been touched since they were built back when the wheel was being invented and to make matters worse they are rarely cleaned. We were hugely disappointed with the whole experience and will never visit this park again. I cannot stress enough how dirty and old this place is, we even found a cockroach on our last day. Avoid like the plague.

Every judgement is based on personal experience. I come from south-east Poland, Carpathian Mountains just between Poland and Slovakia, full of wild nature and tourist attracions. So Center Parcs don t impress me much. However I understand that for inhabitanst industrial areas like Ruhr Gebiet or Dutch lowlands completely transformed to serve modern agriculture, such place is an asylum especially for children. All of this ester birds and rabbits provides a lots of fun and location is easily accesible from Benelux and Germany

After reading a number of negative experiences, I was curious about our own experience. Maybe because I had rated this park a bit lower by some reviews, I was positively surprised! Very friendly staff, beautiful park and pleasant atmosphere. Because of Corona just as normal, but this cannot be otherwise and so it is. The VIP cottage (VIP cottage renewed 4p) was definitely recommended, but a bit on the pricey side. Cottage well maintained and clean on arrival. Hiking area around also highly recommended.
We had a very nice weekend and will definitely come back when everything is open.

Super nice park, despite Corona measures we can do enough things, so you have to book everything in advance, but that is easy to do by calling or booking via the Centerparcs app. Definitely a park to go to, even in Corona time.
