Alex was extremely patient and so helpful as she assisted me with the Verizon company over the phone line in getting our account changed over into my name. Alex is very knowledgeable of the Verizon plans and merchandise. Alex stayed late over her scheduled work hours and took care of our whole family with 5 phones, to completion. Alex has awesome customer service skills and that is rare quality in the retail world today. Cell only is very fortunate to have Alex as an employee.

This place has done nothing but go downhill ever sense it first opened. I got my first phone in 2003 there and it was a great experience however the last phone I got there in 2015 was a terrible experience and these days I simply do my upgrade in online. Their staff acts like they've all been handed their jobs and have nothing to work for and are there simply to have a paycheck handed to them. Still better than going to a corporate store but that doesn't really say much.

Went back to Cell Only when my SO had issues after getting a new, unlocked, phone. For whatever reason she was unable to make calls after transferring her SIM card over. We went in looking for some help considering the rest of her services worked just fine.

The guy we talked to was extremely unknowledgeable about the situation and his only solution was for her to buy a new phone. I know enough about how phones work to attempt to explain why he was incorrect but he still insisted we just had to buy something new. We said we'd look into it more and would need a few minutes and he went into the back.

After waiting for 10+ minutes another employee who was already helping someone told two other employees to ask us what we needed since we were the only other two customers in the store and they weren't doing anything. They proceeded to ignore him and never approached us. After another 10 minutes the guy came back out and asked what we wanted to do, and as soon as we started explaining again, he just walked away. He literally said nothing and just walked away. We walked back over to him and yet another employee that had come out from the back and he repeated the same spiel he had told us already, but he went in the back to "ask his DM" and they said we should just call Verizon tech support instead because there was nothing they could do about it l.

So we finally left.

Turns out her SIM card had just gotten damaged at some point and needed to be replaced, which the Verizon store in the mall figured out immediately and replaced at no cost.

I had given this store 5-stars previously for helping me when I purchased my phone a couple of years ago, but this awful experience was the exact opposite of the first one and absolutely killed any good will that I had for this place. I could have understood if it was just the one employee, but if only 1 out of 5 employees is actually willing to try and help a customer here, I won't be going back, and at this point I wouldn't recommend anybody else choose to go here either.

Initial Review:

Went in looking too see if they had a display for the Google Pixel 2 XL. They didn't have one out yet but the Solutions Specialist, Jake, owned one and let me play with it some. I was super impressed. Most wouldn't feel too comfortable handing their phone over to a stranger, but it paid off. I ended up leaving with one as my phone was close enough to the upgrade date already.

He was knowledgeable enough about the P2 XL and other phones that we were able to chat about the phones as I waited. He also was able to answer my questions about general Verizon practices and offered to show me how to do certain things.

I was also never pushed to buy anything just to make a sale which, in my opinion, is the best quality a sales person can have.

If all of their employees are as helpful and knowledgeable, this store is in good hands. I'll most likely return here if need be.

I worked with Jelonda and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the product. Got everything transferred from old phone to the new one. Took care of putting the screen protector on and the case. Other places have sent me out the door with the screen protector still in the case with me having to put it on later which ended in blemishes. I felt like I was in and out in a very timely manner and felt great about my purchase. She was such a great help and so friendly and personable. Huge thank you!

I came into this location just to check some information on my account and straighten some things out, upon entering I was greeted by a woman named Alex and made to feel welcomed and comfortable!! After conversing for a few minutes I was sold on the iPhone 11 Pro after going the whole 9 yards for me and helping me straightening out my account I was able to walk out of the store with a new phone and a great new contact to purchase Verizon items from in the future. I will be returning again for sure!

Any time I go into Verizon I recieve service from Alex. She has the best customer service and attitude I ve ever seen! She s always helpful with whatever problem I seem to have and always has a positive attitude no matter what. She s very friendly and treats you like an actual customer instead of just another person. I had an issue with a cracked screen and my insurance people was not being overly helpful. Kenzie was exactly who I needed to talk me down from the ledge. She was awesome in every way. To say she was helpful would be a massive understatement. She had to have been tired of seeing my face but you would never have known it. Always friendly and beyond understanding of my issues. I really enjoy coming to this location because it's local and they stayed open during a time of need. I had to stop back in recently and now they are wearing mask and it makes me so upset! I can't hear or understand the employees and that makes the whole experience bad. This cellphone stuff is already confusing and now the mask, that don't have any merit of working makes me want to just go online. I thought CellOnly was going to stand thier ground just like Noam. Peer pressure and fear equals conformity, I guess! Please go back to what made me and my family come here.

I told him my all time favorite movie was Avatar and he went and put it on the TV for me to watch while my phone transferred info from my old one to my new one.
