If you live in an area where there is a Cellular Only you are absolutely crazy if you use a Verizon Store. This place gors above and beyond to met their customers them and their business is appreciated.

Came to this store as several things had gone haywire on my phone and I didn't know how to fix the problems.
Wade was the person who helped me get everything the way it was supposed to be. Even helped me set up a new password.
BUT the best part is that he showed me "in slow motion " how he each step so I could take notes so I could fix things on my own. He was very patient and went out of his way to keep me from feeling stupid!!

Ryan was super helpful and patient will all my questions and needs. He made sure we got the best deal and was very professional. Thanks so much!

I walked in CellOnly and thought it would be a long wait and it wasn't! James Sanchez was amazing and helped me set up my SD card. He made sure all my questions were answered and he even sent me the number of a restaurant I was meeting people at! Thanks!

I don't ever write reviews, my daughter had to show me how, but I need to give a big FIVE STARS to Wade. I got a new phone for the first time in a long time and he was so patient walking me through all the features. I hardly ever go to a retail place feeling like I am the only person that matters, but Wade made me feel that way. He is the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND CELL ONLY and Wade! You won't find better customer service anywhere else!

This is the best Verizon store I have ever been to. Not only did they offer me a hot or cold beverage, but they answered all of my questions, got me the phone I wanted, and they even put my screen protector on. Aric was great. Thank you for putting customer back into customer service.

I went into the store just to see what type of up-grades I had available. Jeff helped me. Not only did I get a upgrade for myself, I got a new phone for my husband too. Jeff never pushed me into doing a up-grade. He show me all the costs of doing it. His customer service was awesome!! I will be telling everyone to go there for their cellphone needs. Jeff helped me but the other employees were very nice also.
