Cody was a phenomenal Verizon employee I had the privilege of getting my new phone from. I told him my all time favorite movie was Avatar and he went and put it on the TV for me to watch while my phone transferred info from my old one to my new one. Attention to detail is everything with me, and Cody honestly went above and beyond what customer service actually means. A+ employee.
