I had an issue with a cracked screen and my insurance people was not being overly helpful. Kenzie was exactly who I needed to talk me down from the ledge. She was awesome in every way. To say she was helpful would be a massive understatement. She had to have been tired of seeing my face but you would never have known it. Always friendly and beyond understanding of my issues. I will always go back to CellOnly for my phone needs as long as Kenzie is in the house. Great experience. And they have cookies
