We had a very good experience switching from At&t to Verizon. Wade was the sales guy we worked with. It took a long time, but he was helpful and set up an appointment for us to come in during a not so busy time. He communicated with me through text messages to line stuff up. Wade started working on all our new phones even before we came in! Thanks Wade!

My soon to be wife and I had the most incredible experience with Alex. She has been very pleasant to deal with here at the Verizon store on 41st in Sioux Falls. Very knowledgable and precise with her work. In my opinion, she should be training staff on how to treat clients. This is the 2nd time I've dealt with Alex and both experiences are consistantly pleasant. I will wait in line if I have to, the next time I come in, for her to help me because it will be taken care of promptly and correctly.

Jolanda was so sweet and made things so easy. I had a ton of data on my phone that needed transferring and she made the wait comfortable by offering a drink and a place to hang out. So glad we came to this location to have her help. Highly recommend!

Went in for a phone upgrade was wonderful experience. Bethl was knowledgeable and patient explaining all the new bells and whistles on the new phone.

Horrible experience! In the future I will be taking my business elsewhere. I visited the Sioux Falls location to upgrade my Samsung S5 to and iPhone 11 Pro Max. They were running a promotion where you could receive a $200 credit for trading in a eligible device. I decided I would go ahead and trade in the S5 but was assured that everything would be transferred over to my new iPhone. I had no reason not to trust this information as I have never had an issue before. They had difficulty with the transfer and was receiving errors however I was once again after all that that everything transferred. The next day I realized the pictures in my text messages were gone. When I went back into the store to get help with this they said there was nothing that could be done and they hadn t thought about that issue when transferring from an android to an Apple. They chuckled to each other and told me to enjoy my phone. What a joke! I put my trust in Cell Only to properly take care of my mobile needs and was highly disappointed. If I would have known I would lose pictures I would have just kept my old phone instead of trading it in. I will definitely will not be recommending then to anyone.

I rarely write reviews but my experience was so great I just had to share. I purchased my iPhone from Wade. He was kind, understanding and so helpful in explaining the many new features. He went above and beyond in making my shopping experience a positive one. I will be returning there for my next phone and hope Wade assists me again. I have sent all my friends there since!

I came into this location just to check some information on my account and straighten some things out, upon entering I was greeted by a woman named Alex and made to feel welcomed and comfortable!! After conversing for a few minutes I was sold on the iPhone 11 Pro after going the whole 9 yards for me and helping me straightening out my account I was able to walk out of the store with a new phone and a great new contact to purchase Verizon items from in the future. I will be returning again for sure!

We received superior customer service above and beyond what was necessary when purchasing two new iPhones. Jake Moir was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to understand the best option/deal for us and also helped us to understand the new features of the latest iPhone. Cody was very helpfully and was not pushy at all when we transferred over from a different cell provider to Verizon. He took his time with us and made sure we were taken care of, even when my phone was having issues transferring over everything. I would recommend this store and him!

James at the 41st store is amazing! He is fast, knowledgeable and kind. I had so many issues to fix and he went way above and beyond what was expected in the customer service world today. If you need new service or want to upgrade he is your man!

Came in to look at possibly upgrading to a new phone. Ended up working with Maxwell. My wife and both ended up getting new phones. Maxwell stayed late after hours while my phone backed up over 100 gigs of data to my new phone. He was super helpful and patient with us the entire time and both my wife and I couldn t be happier that we chose to go there.

Tonight I stopped to get my mother a phone and get her added on our account and James S. help me and he explained everything in detail.
