Jelonda at the 41st st location was the absolute best! She was kind, personable, and extremely helpful. I came in to upgrade to a new phone and new plan. She was able to answer every question and take care of every request I had. Please give her a raise!!!

Cody was the best associate I have ever had at a Verizon store. He really knows his stuff. First time ever I came out of the store happy.

I had some questions about some scams I was getting and wanted to know for sure they were scams and they were very helpful. I also had some questions about the condition of my phone and they were very helpful in explaining my options.

Tina was excellent. She recommended and explained the features of the two cell phones we purchased. Her advice was very helpful .
She answered all of our questions .

My experience with this Verizon store was unmatched! I worked with Ryan on a seemingly complicated request (at least to me) and his customer service was excellent. Despite the few bumps we experienced along the way there wasn't a single thing I could complain about. Even when I faced issues later that day and walked into the store mere minutes before closing, he was willing to help me out (patiently, I might add) and accommodate for me. So glad I chose this store and would recommend it to anyone!

Lacie found me a great deal and hooked me up with all the accessories to protect my phone for less than I had budgeted for. Amazing and fun experience with Alex she was so friendly and set up my new iPhone 11 PRO from my old 7. All my apps are there and nothing to reset up, walked in my house and the blue tooth for all my lights worked perfectly!!! She is a real PRO.

Wade, helped us today. He was awesome. Seriously I don t know how he multi-tasked so well but he was helping 3 customers at once and taking care of business.

After a bad experience at another Verizon dealer, I came to the 41st St Verizon hoping for a little help - and Alex was amazing. SUPER knowledgable - she helped us with all of our questions, and knew what she was doing - so fast! When we asked her if she had worked yesterday (black Friday), she said yes - and it turned out she had worked a 15-hour shift. Even though she said she was running on coffee and redbull, she was still so patient and kind! What a breath of fresh air!

Went there yesterday and asked for a day to think about switching. I checked with several carriers, and they were cheaper but I decided to go back to Verizon. The staff was very helpful. So I'm back

After having a terrible previous experience at Verizon, my mom dreaded having to go back to Verizon to get a new phone. I talked to JELONDA on the phone and explained what my mom was needing help with, regarding a new phone, and she was WONDERFUL! She was not only helpful on the phone, but was also very sweet, helpful, and patient with my mom in person. So thank you for being so kind!

The atmosphere is dark with ambient lighting. The customer service was great! It did take a long time for the WiFi to work and the phones to transfers but overall my experience was great and I would recommend the store to others.

I have been to this location for service and assistance with old phones and they have been outstanding while providing service free of charge for devices bought elsewhere. Naturally when it was time for a new phone, i went there and the service and experience was outstanding. Thanks!

Tyler was awesome! I had to get a new phone. He helped me transfer everything from my old phone. I was able to keep my progress on my games and it even kept my place in my book. He made it a wonderful experience. He was friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products and services so he was able to answer all my questions. I was very apprehensive about getting a new phone, but Tyler made it fun. He definitely made a new customer.
