Best verizon experience in town. A+ staff, Maxwell and Lacy were very hospitable. Except for the lady who ordered me the wrong screen protecter. B+ for her.
It wasn't bad, first visit I found the service and clarity somewhat lacking. The second visit, it went a bit smoother than I anticipated wasnt too bad. Its a nice store. Just wish the clarity was a bit better overall.
Came to this store as several things had gone haywire on my phone and I didn't know how to fix the problems. Wade was the person who helped me get everything the way it was supposed to be. Even helped me set up a new password. BUT the best part is that he showed me "in slow motion " how he each step so I could take notes so I could fix things on my own. He was very patient and went out of his way to keep me from feeling stupid!!
I believe the gentleman who helped me was named Wade, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different products and which worked best for me. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Ryan at CellOnly was extremely helpful, answered my husband s questions over the phone and had a phone put aside for him for when he came in. He also helped to guide us on the differences between care plans for my husband s phone and which one would work best for his needs. Highly recommend this location and Ryan!

Right when I walked in Wade was extremely friendly. He was knowledgeable and quick when getting my upgrade finished. He had an answer for any questions I had and even got my info on my phone's switched. The entire experience was pleasant. I would highly suggest using Wade and cell only!

I haven't been in CellOnly in years just because my phone has been working. I have a S4 mini and it does all the time. Idk why but I was nervous. James Sanchez greeted me and he helped me switch everything to my new phone. He made all my nerves go away because he took great care of me. I will always only go to CellOnly!
Zandile promptly greeted us and offered to help when we came in the store. She was able to answer all of our questions and made buying my daughter s new phone a breeze. I would return to her for our next phone in a heartbeat. The whole process took no time at all.
Great experience! Was having some issues with my note 8/servic, came in talked to Wade and got all of my questions answered. Also presented a new plan that would benefit me moving forward. Definitely will be working with CellOnly for my Verizon needs in Sioux Falls moving forward.
We went in to upgrade my phone since it was five years old. The phone that I was told was the BEST and newest on the market was not the newest - it is actually three years old. We told the guy we wanted a phone a new phone not an older one which he ended up selling me. I also told we wanted something reliable since we were moving out of state. He told me if I have any issues or concerns I can always return it before I leave without any problems. Well, two days before I was supposed to leave I had call the sales person I dealt with, he said he will not be working on the day he will come in but to speak to the manager when I come in. I call the store on our way to Sioux Falls, whoever answered was very rude. He said he has other customers and would call me back (four hours later, no call!). So, we go to the store. We get to the store, only to find out, the manager had to be at another store. And the salesman would not do anything with my phone because it would come out of his own pocket!! He would not even work with me! Uggh! So, we are in our new home state and I am very disasitisified with this phone. I am now trying to reach the manager. All I can say and advice you: Ask questions, do not let them talk you into anything, keep your head clear, it may seem like a good deal but be cautious. Ask for the years on the phones your buying. The salesman are only trying to make a dollar.

Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and listened to my concerns. This is important to me, as I'm not a youngster anymore and I've encountered too many young sales people who just have a speel and don't listen to their customers. Sam's expertise made the transition to my new phone flawless. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Best experience I've had at a Verizon store in awhile. Alex Polack was so easy to work with and answered all my questions. Stayed late to get everything transferred over to my new phone/watch. Entire staff was just a fun group to be around. Thanks again for everything and I will be a returning customer.
Alex is a superstar. I drove from a nearby town to have her help me pick out a phone! When I showed up at 7:45 I thought they were open till 9:00pm. She was so sweet and stayed late to help me so I wouldn t have to drive back. The whole 41st store is great but she is extra great!!!

Sales Rep Jeff was extremely helpful and quick to get new line activated. Helped me not only add the line I needed but helped to keep my added costs to a minimum by changing some offerings to residue my cost be keep my services the same. Best experience I have had at Verizon store in the past 20 years.
After a bad experience at another Verizon dealer, I came to the 41st St Verizon hoping for a little help - and Alex was amazing. SUPER knowledgable - she helped us with all of our questions, and knew what she was doing - so fast! When we asked her if she had worked yesterday (black Friday), she said yes - and it turned out she had worked a 15-hour shift. Even though she said she was running on coffee and redbull, she was still so patient and kind! What a breath of fresh air!
