Nice facilities and advanced equipments. However they didn't send the report as promised and I had to take multiple follow-ups to get the report to my Email.

They want money, money and money ONLY....This evening i visited here at 8.30PM for a MRI and i was just made to sit after filling up a form, i had to ask if someone will attend to me. While billing i was told that i was next line in line. Generally a MRI takes about 20 minutes so i estimated that I would be called in around 9PM. while i was called in at 9.15PM to prepare for MRI I was made to wait until 10.30PM. All they want is to bill you in advance and make you wait, wait and wait...They don't value your time...i hot a feeling that I was in a Government diagnostic centre.

had high hopes on this center specially on Dr Radhesh and took half day permission from work to get an MRI for my mom ... The doctor actually didn't turn up though I wanted to speak to him... The diagnostic center made me wait for more than three hours to just start my MRI... though staffs were courteous.. they need to be a little more organized with respect to time and is over priced as well.. worst part is they lost one sheet my echo report and had to call many times to find if report is ready.. mri technician spoke so rudely when I asked for reports which they gave me only me calling them four times though they said they will inform me once ready...
Horrible service.. will never ever come to this center even if doctor refers me here..

I visited the lab for a MRI scan and the experience overall was excellent - better than what I have seen in the US. The radiologist (Dr. Vivek, I think) was very thorough and empathetic, before he concluded that there were no major findings from my diagnosis. He addressed all my questions. Reports were provided to me in approx. 1 hr.

It can get a bit busy in the evening, I had to wait for over an hour and a half. Better to schedule during the earlier part of the day.

Mis managed, unprofessional staff, horrible experience, patients made to wait for 2:30-3 hrs for scan, many were struggling with having drinking water many times and waiting for doctor, staff had no clue abt doctor whereabouts. Zero stars rating for this centre

Waiting time for 3 hours, resepnosit is very inactive. no proper management.

The diagnostic center is good well maintained and is hygienic and the staff are friendly too

My mother and I came for an MRI scan at 1:00 pm after having confirmed the appointment two days prior. Upon arriving we were charged for the procedure and asked to wait for two hours and that the staff would call when they could have us. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we went for lunch and came back an hour and a half later. We received no call. It s been over three hours since we arrived and the incompetent staff of this absolutely unorganised place have nothing to say except we ll call you in a half hour.

The service was excellent.. And patient care and staff behavior was very helpful .

Queue management needs improvement, queue order is not transparent.
Better come prepared to have your patience tested for free.

Had a wonderful experience. They as a team work on CX and that's amazing. Yes I entered in for MRI at around 1:30 and exited at around 5:30 PM. Having said that I was kept well informed on how much time will it take. The hospitality was at the peak. To toggle and juggle between appointments and walkings was handled efficiently and with Care...highly recommended.

Had been for x-ray, terrible experience with entire team.

The staff were friendly. The reports were given on time . And the place is well maintained.

Had to take my wife for MRI scan to Celara. Found the diagnostic center to be clean (especially during the pandemic) with very helpful staff. Had taken prior appointment which reduced my wait time to just 5 minutes (great experience).
The entire process was explained in details to my wife as she has major issues in confined spaces. Her earlier experiences with MRI scans in the past were very traumatic, however, this time, she was comfortable as the MRI machine is latest which has relatively bigger space and faster scan time. She did not experience major discomfort and fortunately, did not get panic attacks (as she feels extremely claustrophobic in confined spaces) which are very difficult to manage).

Overall a very comfortable experience where I was also allowed to constantly talk to the patient to help her maintain composure.

At last found a diagnostic center where people care about the special needs to patients and accommodate their requests for a comfortable and stress free scan.

Very friendly and smiling front desk. Quick service. Not to wait for long for the reports. Good place for diagnostics.

Very neat clean and hygienic place. Well designed with state of the art technologies of all forms and kinds. They have best in class equipments from world class suppliers like GE. The staff is very helpful and take care of patients well. The centre has empanelled some reputed doctors and radiologist and together with people and technology they provide best in class services.

It was my first visit here and I had a good experience. The staff was very caring and humble. We has a waiting period coz of the weekend .

Very bad and pathetic services.. have to wait for ages to get the check done and have to wait double the ages to get the reports. Staff is mis guiding. They only want to make money...

I had pathetic experience with this lab.. One doctor referred me to Celara Diagnostics for MRI scan. I took the appointment and came to this Lab, filled the form and paid the bill. Billing counter Lady gave me payment receipt and asked to wait for sometime. I was in hurry as my father was in hospital, I explained the situation to them, but after taking money these guys will never listen to anybody. I came at 2:30pm and now it's already 6:00pm and I am still waiting.. I will never recommend this Lab.. People here will keep telling you lies....'will call you in half an hour' and this half an hour will become 5 hours or more.. Be careful with these guys, they just need money from you. Never come to this disgusting Celara diagnostics...

Finally my MRI got completed at 7:50 pm...

Today I have done my MRI , and wish to share my experience, as staff coordination is very good , specialy mr.Vinay technician is excellent his interaction level was too good also very positive direction given by Mr Manish , surely I will recommend this to others .

Such a irresponsible staffs and I just wanna say it's not a place for emergency, they will waste your time

I had come to celara for MRI & few blood tests. Found the place too hygiene in the crowded city like Bangalore. Since ours was a special MRI study i had to meet Dr.Radhesh and he was so courteous to meet and explain me about my scan which was really helpful. Technical staff are very well trained and very friendly. Reports are accurate. When I went to lab floor it was awesome u will find it like in abroad. very spacious, personal care and integrity is maintained well. I surely recommend CELARA DIAGNOSTICS, one the best of its kind.

0 star for Good time sense. They doesn't know the actual time that takes to give our reports. They just say to wait.
Watch animation movie in front of you and wait until they give your reports. Dont go on time. Please go later than after thier time. I bet they are not in time sense. B*****, f**** celara. I waited for 4 hours to get my report.

One of the worst diagnostic centre I have seen. Waiting time for scan is minimum of 2 hours maximum of X hours .. it is for Ur illustration... No appointments ... Nothing.. waste management..

Overall pathetic experience.
Came here for ultrasound scan second time, same experience nothing improved.

Reached here morning 9, till 2.pm not yet report ready.
Just for report they will take 1hr 30min.
If you ask, report is generating. After 30min report ready doctor sign pending.
Mostly the default answer please wait.
Most unorganized and running short of staffs or lab equipments.
When doctors refers this lab do ask for other options.

They make old patients wait irrespective of their health condition. We waited for 5 hours for MRI. They collect the charges first so that you can't go anywhere. Don't go here.

They will tell us to wait,wait,wait... But at end we have to go beg them to do diagostic... Go for other diagnostic with timed manner

I would not recommend , they say please come MRI slot is available but after making the payment. The front office will cooly tell please wait and you have wait , wait and wait.

Unprofessional, kept the paitent waiting for long. We're not even telling the exact time required.

We had come for a Contrast MRI, I was really impressed with the quality of staff, including technical staff and empathy with which they deal with patients - which often are stressed and full of anxiety. Dr Radesh is an amazing human and par excellence Radiologist - his inshights and interpretation was was very sharp and definitive. I will not hesitate to recommend this centre to anyone who is looking for quality service with latest equipment. I have been to 2-3 different diagnosis centre s before - like ELBIT and Columbia Asia Hebbal, but truly is of global standards.

The lady handing over the test result reports goofed up big time by interchanging my report with some other person with high thryroid & other readings, adding to the confusion was the missing name on the pages with vital readings(luckily I figured out the goof up before consulting the Doctor for thyroid medication & got the report changed that showed all the readings as normal, of course at the cost of another 2 hours in Blr traffic in visiting this centre again & initial shock with the high thyroid readings..!! )
The staff need training to be courteous, quick & prompt in attending the patients/people at their diagnostic centre, may be a senior staff supervising the overall operations at this centre might help reduce the chaos.

The place is good. Hygiene and maintained. And yes low cost too.

Very precise diagnosis can be expected. Have recent and upgraded CT and MRI machines with higher resolution. Have implemented covid precautions.

Even after requesting that patient is in fasting they were not following the sequence of giving service FIFO. It was LIFO(partiality)

Update: the staff is non courteous and always ask us to wait even the mentioned by them before was exceeded. Would rather visit Lal Pathlabs than this facility, at latest they know how to talk to customers!

Well equipped facility with genial staff. Had been here for my parents health checkup and they had no problem with their tests. The results were received in the evening on the same day. The environment was clean and tidy.

Highly recommended for diagnosis. Qualified professionals.

One of the best and economy MRI CT and other blood scanning much more diagnosed related service provider. Sat and Sunday bit waiting time. Price reasonable. Clean and neat center. Wheel chair assistance and lift washroom available. Nice location carparking outside. You need to take care. I recommended

Price very high in this corona time also I done hsg test done it was 3500 in 2019 but now it's 5000.. In this pandemic time price should be reasonable but here very high not sure about other scans

I have visited celara diagnostics yesterday. But I waited for 2 hrs to get my MRI done. Though I had to wait for long, I got a good report. Front office people were courteous, technical staff explained very well. I had visited few centers before, but I feel this is the best centre. I refer my friends and relatives to visit if need be.
