The lady handing over the test result reports goof...

The lady handing over the test result reports goofed up big time by interchanging my report with some other person with high thryroid & other readings, adding to the confusion was the missing name on the pages with vital readings(luckily I figured out the goof up before consulting the Doctor for thyroid medication & got the report changed that showed all the readings as normal, of course at the cost of another 2 hours in Blr traffic in visiting this centre again & initial shock with the high thyroid readings..!! )
The staff need training to be courteous, quick & prompt in attending the patients/people at their diagnostic centre, may be a senior staff supervising the overall operations at this centre might help reduce the chaos.
