My mother and I came for an MRI scan at 1:00 pm after having confirmed the appointment two days prior. Upon arriving we were charged for the procedure and asked to wait for two hours and that the staff would call when they could have us. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we went for lunch and came back an hour and a half later. We received no call. It s been over three hours since we arrived and the incompetent staff of this absolutely unorganised place have nothing to say except we ll call you in a half hour.
