I visited the lab for a MRI scan and the experience overall was excellent - better than what I have seen in the US. The radiologist (Dr. Vivek, I think) was very thorough and empathetic, before he concluded that there were no major findings from my diagnosis. He addressed all my questions. Reports were provided to me in approx. 1 hr.

+Very kind and helpful staff - including the radiologists, technicians, assistants, administrator and the front desk folks.
+ clean facility and 3T MRI scanner

It can get a bit busy in the evening, I had to wait for over an hour and a half. Better to schedule during the earlier part of the day.
