Made an appointment with the brow studio online. Went there and they said no ma am you did not as if I don t know how to make an appointment. There was no call nor email nor sms to reconfirm. I think the best thing to do is to not only screen cap but also record your screen when making an reservation. And then tried to redeem birthday present and then they said ma am our system is down today so cannot give you.

Still did not receive my missing item.
12 AUG - Sent email to inform
14 AUG - Sephora replied
15 Aug - Sephora inform they will send the item
DID not inform me when they 're sending and no respond to my email after that.

Will be going to small case claims in Sept. Remember to keep all email as evidence.

Don t order from Sephora online. The worst online shopping experience I had. I nearly consider them as a online fraud.
Firstly, extremely slow shipping process. My order was stuck there for almost ONE WEEK to ship out! It s ridiculous. Secondly, very poor customer service. During their slow shipping process time, I tried to call customer service many times but the line was never reachable, and they never reply the emails you sent to.
I don t have any problem with Sephora In-Store shopping, But Sephora online shopping department is a complete joke!
Impossibly terrible customer service!
