had high hopes on this center specially on Dr Rad...

had high hopes on this center specially on Dr Radhesh and took half day permission from work to get an MRI for my mom ... The doctor actually didn't turn up though I wanted to speak to him... The diagnostic center made me wait for more than three hours to just start my MRI... though staffs were courteous.. they need to be a little more organized with respect to time and is over priced as well.. worst part is they lost one sheet my echo report and had to call many times to find if report is ready.. mri technician spoke so rudely when I asked for reports which they gave me only me calling them four times though they said they will inform me once ready...
Horrible service.. will never ever come to this center even if doctor refers me here..
