Compared to other dealerships your service is poor...

Compared to other dealerships your service is poor. Service never followed up since Dec. when I requested service and they were going to provide me a vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle the inside smelled of oil and a part to my seat was still laying on the floor. Most service run car through the was before they return it my car was still dirty.

Bought a z71chevy from Leland all went well friendly quick cash sale 3 months latter engine light went on,went off and so on, made appointment to check it, said it was a injector,but didn t know if my warranty covered it And it was a certified vehicle,extended warranty went home disappointed,lady at service couldn t help at all,go to cavenders in Boerne,horrible service in Kerrville,certified,plus extended warranty and didn t know if it was covered,after six hours they finally called me and said a fifty dollar deductible on the extended warranty will fix it

I bought 2 vehicles on April 15, 2019, a car for my daughter and truck for myself. There were several issues with the truck I bought, which was promised to be addressed prior to pick up of the vehicle as well with the car for my daughter. We are 3 months down the road and I've had to fight for everything I was promised. We have made many trips losing work time and gas money as we live 100 miles away round trip. My salesman was Kenny, who made decisions on my part costing me extra trips. I was provided 1 key for each vehicle at day of pick up. I told Kenny this is not acceptable. He promised again he would take care of extra keys for both vehicles, he did not. I messaged him many times and he would reply he would check on this. After weeks of texting, I finally went to the top. 3 months later I did get keys for both vehicles. We bought extended warranties for both vehicles, and now my daughter is having issues with her car shortly after purchase. I was assured all vehicles go through a 5 point inspection, if so, she should not be having fan motor issues so recent after purchase. We took her car in for service and it was stated a 50.00 deductible. Then shortly after, service said she is not covered, and the part will be 1,000.00. I called Ken Stoepel in Kerrville and the part was 95.00 as well as NAPA was the same price. I visited with Trey Attkisson who said he would look into this and why the charge was do much more, weeks later still no call from Trey and he has not returned calls. There is much more to this horror story, but I think it's obvious my disappointment in this dealership. As I told them, word of mouth is the best advertisement, so this is my testimony of the service I did NOT receive. I will never buy or reccomend them to anyone.

We had a fuel line go out while camping in Kerrville on a Friday morning. The service department was able to get parts shipped in and the truck fixed before closing on Saturday so we could head home. I truly appreciate Oscar V helping us out, fielding our thousand phone calls, and ensuring the truck was ready so we weren t stuck in town until Monday. Thank you so much!!!

We are winter Texans and it' s our 3rd winter here...

We are winter Texans and it' s our 3rd winter here in Kerrville. Each year we take our vehicle to Cecil for service and maintenance. Oscar has always been very helpful. This year we met Larry the shop manager and he was also very helpful. They have always provided transportation when they needed to keep our truck for an extended period of time. It's a pleasure doing business with people who are professional and courteous, especially when your from out of town.

I'd purchased two ranch trucks from Cecil in Burnet, Texas some years ago. Recalled a quality experience even then. Re-connected via my friend, Tate Richburg this past Fall. Found my GMC Sierra online at the Orange dealership. Top Hand, Michael Campbell, ordered the unit for delivery KVL, spiffed her up and off we went for a test drive. After negotiating a fair and honest agreement, we closed the deal. Met with Trey, Paden and Kevin, all of whom thanked me for my business and assured me a positive experience down the road. Mari has guided me through two routine service appointments in six months with seamless efficiency, even as the dealership undergoes remodeling. Tate always stops by for a chat about things we share in common: football, education and good business practices. I recommend Cecil Motors Kerriville be your FIRST and ONLY stop, without qualification. Two thumbs up.

Success!! I had been trying to get a noise proble...

Success!! I had been trying to get a noise problem identified and fixed at another GM dealership in Kerrville with my 2011 Equinox where I purchased it. Didn't happen after 3 tries! So, I decided to try Cecil Atkission Motors. I walked in not knowing anyone there and met Service Advisor Oscar Vasquez. I explained the problem but we couldn't duplicate the noise. After I left I heard it as usual. Isn't that the way it goes? Anyway, I had my wife take the car back in next day, working with Oscar. Couldn't duplicate the noise again. After a test drive with one of the techs, the noise was identified and fixed. Problem was the intake and exhaust camshaft position actuators. Tech who found and resolved the problem was Rick. Thanks to Oscar, Rick and the folks. A job well done. Cecil is now my place to go for any automotive issues and service with and for my Equinox at the Kerrville location.

WOW.... so many great reviews..... I was hoping to...

WOW.... so many great reviews..... I was hoping to add another positive review... but alas, that was not my experience. For those of you who had great experience, I'm happy for you. I have purchased a number of vehicles in my past, all had a complimentary second key. As you know, luxury vehicles require a specialized key fob, which can be pricey. Had I known at time of purchase this unit would not include the second key fob, that would have been a deal breaker. No harm, no foul for either of us and I would have continued my search. The only key provided to me was defective at issuance. Having paid cash for this vehicle, being assured a second key fob would be obtained for me in a timely manner, I made the plunge to purchase the unit.

Week two since purchase and no key fob, no update from dealership. The General Manager at Kerrville was too busy to meet with his buying public. Kevin, the service director, stated they would have my key within 4 days (your card says mark of excellence, but you couldn't produce results). Hondo's Finance Mgr. assured me they would follow up immediately. Smiling Bob, my salesman, could produce cutesy cards and e-mails but no key fob. His card states "I'm here to help".

For such a simple request this issue has become an unpleasant buying experience. I have come to terms, no one in this dealership will take ownership of this problem. I will now solve it myself. Please, no apologies or contact required or wanted. I am distancing myself from all future purchases with this dealership.

I had to take my vehicle in twice because they did not perform the repair as I described the first time. The issue was with my A/C and instead of replacing the part I asked for, they took 2 days to add some freon instead. They charged me $90 for the freon instead of the $50 deductible that the repair would have cost me if they had fixed it as I asked. Needless to say, the A/C still did not work so I took it back the next day and they kept it an additional 4 days to make the repair that I asked for to begin with. They told me when I dropped it off that the $90 (for the freon I didn't ask for) would be credited to me but when I picked it up but when it was done the second time, they said that the charge would remain because they had to flush the freon (that they put in in the first place) in order to make the repair. Additionally, they then also charged me the $50 deductible. I DO NOT recommend the vehicle repair services provided by Cecil Atkission Cadillac.

Your service department is incredibly friendly, and seriously go above and beyond to make sure your visit goes better then at any other dealership. I will certainly be getting every service at Cecil Atkission motors on my new Chevy 2500, and looking to them whenever I decide to purchase again in the future.

Awful service. Took my car to get fixed on a Friday, told it would be ready Saturday afternoon and that they would give me a call. Saturday afternoon came around. No call. Finally called them over and over and no one answered. Rushed to get there before closing because I needed my car for Sunday and they're closed on Sunday. Had to catch a mechanic about to go home to get my keys back. Turns out the part never came in and they just decided not to call and tell me. Terrible, terrible customer service.

This is the friendliest dealership in Texas! My 2006 Camry Solara convertible was wrecked and I was brokenhearted. I looked for another, but was not having much luck. I found a car at Car Guru that was covered by a red satin sheet (because no pictures were available yet). I sent an internet inquiryto Cecil Atkission Motors in Kerrville about the car. I was contacted first thing in the morning. They sent me pictures and it was beautiful; red, looked brand new, and the price was fair. I called Cecil Atkission Motors in Kerrville where the car was and told the salesperson I wanted it, I was serious and was calling my credit union. All the information I needed was on the website, so the credit union took my application over the phone and approved me for the price. I called the dealership back, we finalized the deal, I got insurance and they delivered the car to my home the NEXT morning. Time elapsed from when I saw the sheet-draped car to when I took delivery was less than 48 hours. Now, this is shopping, thanks to Cecil Atkission Motors. No stress, no driving to the dealership, no waiting to see the sales person, the sales manager, the financial liaison...I am so happy.

Brandon Cox was spectacular in assisting us with the purchase of a new and used vehicle. This is the sixth and seventh vehicle that we have purchased from Cecil Atkission. It was a no pressure sale and Brandon made sure that we were totally satisfied with our purchase. The service department handles all of our service needs. There's no need to go anywhere else for a new or used vehicle.

I haven't bought a car in 7 years. I wanted to stay with the Chevy Malibu. I talked to Cecilia
White and she showed me the 2020 Malibu. She was very knowledgeable about the product.
She pointed out the new standard features on the car. She was very pleasant and let me decide if I wanted the car , which I did. We closed the deal the same day.I actually enjoyed leasing the car. I got a good trade in price and low monthly payment. I will be going back to Cecil's when the lease is up.

If another dealership has a better deal (i.e. discount plus cash back, Cecil wasn't offering the $2000+ cash back) on the same vehicle you are interested in and you want Cecil to match it, please get a trade-in offer from the other dealership before you commit to buying at Cecil. You might just find that the match really wasn't a match.

Since it was the first one I thought will be a nightmare, but since I arrived to Cecil at Kerville, TX everything went smooth and perfect. This was a quick in and out trip to my dealership; seems fewer and fewer independent garages will do a mandatory state inspection. I called Kevin Lutz, my friend and service manager at Cecil Atkission Motors in a semi-desperate situation; as a teacher and coach, have very little time to spare during the day. He worked me in to a busy day, handed me a cup of coffee on arrival and took time to discuss future options as I near the warranty expiration of this particular vehicle. Could not have asked for better. Kevin and his team continue to exceed expectations. I will be back. And I routinely tell my friends.

Most people don t particularly enjoy the process of purchasing a vehicle, but this experience was exceptional. The entire staff was welcoming, easy going; there was no pressure and no stress. Notably, they are flexible and want to help their customers find the right fit of vehicle for their needs. I highly recommend this dealership.

We have a Cadillac SRX and a Chevy Volt. Neither was purchased here (we lived in Colorado at purchase), but both are regularly serviced here. They are always prompt, courteous, and reasonable. They've worked to cover everything they can under warranty, and have given us price breaks on things that were our own darn fault!

We work mainly w/Oscar, and he's been great.

During a cross country trip we encountered an engine problem with our Chevy. With tight dead lines for the remainder of the trip we were able to book an online appointment first thing in the morning on the next day. Within one hour the car was diagnosed, repaired, washed and oil changed. Mari, Adrian and the rest of the staff took care of the problem and then some and sent us on our way with no hiccups. Couldn t recommend a service higher. Thank you!

My mom came in with me, as we had both been looking around for months we hands down had the best experience here at Cecil Atkission in kerrville tx. My mom purchased a vehicle here and had nothing but headaches. She spent several hundred dollars on repairs and still not fixed. She got stuck paying toll fees for when her vehicle was picked up and driven back to Kerrville for more repairs. She told the service team she would not recommend them to her friends and family. He told her she was threatening him and he did not have to put up with that. The wind shield was replaced through warranty and leaks from the gasket being installed incorrectly. They have yet to fix it. I was shocked to here how she was treated. I have left multiple messages for Troy and Peyton. Seriously blown away with how bad the experience was. I would definitely rethink my approach...
Their moto is when the products are similar or the same, customer service sets them apart.
I have given them 18 months to make right on the issues. Never shopping there again.--- Note: Kevin replied to my review asking for me to call him and listed his extension. I have left 4 messages in 2 days. No response. We will see how next week looks for his return call

Great experience! Oscar was a great representative, took care of a known Gm issues with my 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. One day I've got my cat back and it is a definite need for me. I use it for work and family and is our main car. They were not sure about me being able to have a loaner car with the short notice but when I arrived they had one available. Thank you very much for you professionalism Oscar.

Hands down best buying experience I ve had. I ve owned Audi, Lexus, and Mercedes, and this purchase was the smoothest best one by far. Not even close. Andre, Carl and Sebastian were super professional and extremely courteous to my family. We drove in 4 hours from Houston to pick up a new vehicle and they took care of us form A-Z. Had my parents, my wife and son with us. We got there after they closed and they stayed 2 hours after closing time to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our purchase. After buying with them them I can t even imagine going anywhere else. Price, service, professionalism, honesty and courtesy (extremely hard to find in the auto industry); never say never! I found it here. Once again a big huge thanks to Andre, Sebastian and Carl for making us feel welcome and taken care of!! Worth the drive from Houston!!

Our service advisor Oscar was amazing. We purchased a pre-owned 2019 Suburban from a different dealer in North Texas on Saturday and the engine light came on as we were driving home that evening. As you can imagine we were pretty frustrated. We contacted Cecil Atkission in Kerrville as they are the closest GM dealer to our home, they were closed for the rest of the weekend, but we were able to easily schedule an appointment for first thing Monday morning using their online tool. Oscar got us in and the mechanics had it diagnosed in no time. Oscar let us know that it could take up to 2 weeks to complete because he needed to locate and order the necessary parts. Of course we were disappointed because we wanted to use our new car to go on our vacation we had planned and were leaving in 3 days. This is when Oscar got to work and was able to find the part we needed locally, had a driver go pick it up, and the mechanics got it installed and ready for us to pick up just in time for our trip! There were a few hiccups along the way that were out of anyone's control, but Oscar and the team at Cecil Atkission made us feel like we were top priority! Oscar even gave us a call while we were on our trip to make sure our vehicle was running smoothly and that we were safe on the road! I am so impressed with the experience we had at Cecil, I am definitely a customer for life and will recommend them to anyone who asks! Oscar took a stressful and frustrating situation and showed us that he truly value values the customer and is willing to do whatever it takes to keep us safe and ensure our vehicle is in excellent shape!

All the 5 star ratings on here are true, people are very nice, facility is nice, they did a great job, the 1 star rating is because in the middle of a global pandemic none of the employees wear mask, the lack of concern and safety for there employees and customers is unacceptable to me, I will never visit or recommend again! I wear a mask to protect you, please wear a mask to protect me!

Our experience at this dealership has always been exceptional, both on the sales and the service side. Very courteous and professional staff, even when they are extremely busy. Oscar and Mari in the service area are fantastic -- very patient with all the customers.

So I was running a light haul from west Texas, heading to Houston. Ended up having my CV axle bust on me, passing through Kerrville. Thank God, Cecil Atkisson Motors was a half mile from where I stayed overnight and they took care of my situation. Beautiful Ms. Becky took great care of me, and had me back on the road in no time.
