This was a quick in and out trip to my dealership; seems fewer and fewer independent garages will do a mandatory state inspection. I called Kevin Lutz, my friend and service manager at Cecil Atkission Motors in a semi-desperate situation; as a teacher and coach, have very little time to spare during the day. He worked me in to a busy day, handed me a cup of coffee on arrival and took time to discuss future options as I near the warranty expiration of this particular vehicle. Could not have asked for better. Kevin and his team continue to exceed expectations. I will be back. And I routinely tell my friends.
