I bought 2 vehicles on April 15, 2019, a car for my daughter and truck for myself. There were several issues with the truck I bought, which was promised to be addressed prior to pick up of the vehicle as well with the car for my daughter. We are 3 months down the road and I've had to fight for everything I was promised. We have made many trips losing work time and gas money as we live 100 miles away round trip. My salesman was Kenny, who made decisions on my part costing me extra trips. I was provided 1 key for each vehicle at day of pick up. I told Kenny this is not acceptable. He promised again he would take care of extra keys for both vehicles, he did not. I messaged him many times and he would reply he would check on this. After weeks of texting, I finally went to the top. 3 months later I did get keys for both vehicles. We bought extended warranties for both vehicles, and now my daughter is having issues with her car shortly after purchase. I was assured all vehicles go through a 5 point inspection, if so, she should not be having fan motor issues so recent after purchase. We took her car in for service and it was stated a 50.00 deductible. Then shortly after, service said she is not covered, and the part will be 1,000.00. I called Ken Stoepel in Kerrville and the part was 95.00 as well as NAPA was the same price. I visited with Trey Attkisson who said he would look into this and why the charge was do much more, weeks later still no call from Trey and he has not returned calls. There is much more to this horror story, but I think it's obvious my disappointment in this dealership. As I told them, word of mouth is the best advertisement, so this is my testimony of the service I did NOT receive. I will never buy or reccomend them to anyone.
