My mom purchased a vehicle here and had nothing but headaches. She spent several hundred dollars on repairs and still not fixed. She got stuck paying toll fees for when her vehicle was picked up and driven back to Kerrville for more repairs. She told the service team she would not recommend them to her friends and family. He told her she was threatening him and he did not have to put up with that. The wind shield was replaced through warranty and leaks from the gasket being installed incorrectly. They have yet to fix it. I was shocked to here how she was treated. I have left multiple messages for Troy and Peyton. Seriously blown away with how bad the experience was. I would definitely rethink my approach...
Their moto is when the products are similar or the same, customer service sets them apart.
I have given them 18 months to make right on the issues. Never shopping there again.--- Note: Kevin replied to my review asking for me to call him and listed his extension. I have left 4 messages in 2 days. No response. We will see how next week looks for his return call
