Worst garage and service I ever dealt with. Over-promising, overpricing and unprofessional. Don't let their fancy office or employees fool you.. Stay away!!!

Worst customer service ever,don't call them expecting to be assisted coz they won't look into your queries. I have literally called them 4 times already for a certain body part for my car,the routine is the same,the guy in the spare parts department will always take your contact details as usual and promise to give you a call back,then hangs up the call....you can as long as you want,never calls.
It has happened repeatedly 4times already.

I m happy overall from servicing my AMG here although their prices are NOT competitive to other independent workshops... The service manager has a vast experience in Mercedes and is very helpful!
