First off let me say that their skills when it comes to showcasing their cars is 100%. They are VERY persistent when it comes to you buying a car, which is understandable. On the other hand their follow up when it comes to addressing issues with a vehicule after the sale when it was discussed prior to sale is trash! I decided to buy a 07 dodge nitro because I was looking for a second bigger car. I choose 21 century because there online presentation was great and they seemed to have a good selection of cars at decent prices. I already had my own financing from my credit union which they were not happy about, but as any rate money is money. So I inspected the vehicle a few minor issues nothing major I voice them and it was agreed that they would be handled prior to purchase. I left as I had to submit price to my credit union. I returned 2 days later as promised with check in had for price of vechicle. I had a friend follow me up there so I could retrieve the vehicle and go to work after might I add, for me it's 1hr 20 mins away so I advised them that I needed things to be done and done correctly. It was a Rainy day so it was cool outside. One of the major issues was the air vent was blowing out hot air for the air conditioner and I was assured that it would be recharged/replaced etc. To my surprise on a hot day sweating bullets, I turn on the air unit and yet still HOT AIR! I texted the rep I was working with and got a lack luster response stating the service manager would give me a call to set up service. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL ONCE! A proceeded to call 2 times after and got the run around. Yet they called me about a car inquiry I placed 1 month ago (great sales persistence). Not to mention I was told my registration and plates would be ready in 2 weeks as I type this it is 6/23/27 which my tags are due to expire and still no exact time frane to pick them up when I called another 3 times regarding them! I've NEVER delt with a car establishment that has dropped the ball like this. Also this is my first review ever, so for me to take the time to type this I've had to be very dissatisfied. Their cars are lovely, i don't know if it was just a 1 off situation or who continuously dropped the ball when it came to my experience but they can learn better skills on following up!
