Liars, Prices are made up and some vehicles advertised don t exist. They will call you make an appointment to see a car and let a person drive 2 hours to get there and the vehicle doesn t exist. Then if you do find a vehicle to consider they will add on REBATES of $3000 and $3000 in fees. Ludicrous
Then negotiate off the extra $6000.

Bait and switch operation on full display. Found one of their listings online, called to confirm availability same day and made an appointment. When i showed up, the salesman takes my information and pretends like he's going to get the keys. He returns saying the car has been sent back to auction but that he has some other similar vehicles in a higher price range. Complete BS, untrustworthy operation. I should've been wary of the other reviews mentioning this tactic, you should too.
I just wanted to give props to the staff at 21st Century Auto group particularly Dennis and B. Justice. They were very helpful in facilitating the purchase of my dream truck! I felt they were honest, direct, practical, and accommodating. They took my needs and wants into concern and advocated for me to try to the get the best price and package for me.

Bought a car from 21st Century last week (from Diego). Provided I don't run into any surprises down the line, overall I was happy with my experience here.
Bought a 2012 Volkswagen GTI with under 15k miles on it. I had done a pretty thorough search within a 100 mile radius and based on the mileage, year, features and history, this was one of the best deals being offered at the time. Given this there wasn't a lot of room for negotiation on the asking price, but they did take some off for me. When it came time to sign the closing contract, there were no surprises with the price which is good.
Overall I was happy with my experience with Diego. He seemed fairly honest and was generally pleasant to deal with. I asked if we could bring in a mechanic to inspect the vehicle. He did not refuse although did try to brush it off saying the car was covered by its original warranty so if there is anything wrong with it I could get it fixed at no cost to me. While I would have preferred a more positive response to the question, I did call up VW to confirm the assertion and it checked out.
We didn't finance through the dealership so I can't comment on their practices regarding financing. But overall Diego and the dealership seemed honest and I feel like I was able to purchase the car I wanted at a good value.
So at this point in the purchase I'd rate my experience at 4 stars. If you follow standard buying advice, (do you reasearch, knowing your payment options etc), you should be able to get a good car at good value from Diego at this dealership.
These people drove me nuts! They lied about their prices and they showed the wrong car. I called before as well. Definitely do not recommend this.
I had the best experience with car salesmen Moe he did everything possible to make the deal happen for my 2017 Maserati Levante by far one of the best experiences I had buying a car he did everything he said he would do and even went above and beyond to make the deal happen I m completely satisfied with my purchase and experience.
If you don't think you can afford your Dream Car, think again! Even if you can, why not take advantage of the best value in a 300 mile radius. The selection of inventory and competitive pricing was unmatched from what we experienced. Islam greeted us when we first arrived and spent hours with us to help us make the right decision, for us. The car looked and drove great, and the 169 point inspection gave us the security our car was as close to like new as possible. On the financial side Jeff spent several iterations with us to arrive at a great price point and financing. We will consider them for future car purchases and recommend them to everyone we know.
*** WARNING*** Do not purchase a vehicle from this place. Worsted experience ever. The seller Gary was nice, but I was completely taken advantage of. They had the vehicle I really wanted for a really good price but some how the vehicle became $2000 more then the price that was advertise online. When looking at the vehicle it was dark outside and They fail to mention that the interior had stains and hub caps was scraped. They completely ripped me off for my trade in value for my 2010 Jeep Patriot. I switched my license plates from my patriot to my new Honda Civic but they forgot to put my license plate in my new vehicle. Now my temporary license plates are expired and I m forced to drive until they make my new ones. This could ve been avoided it if they didn t wait to the last day to call me to pick up my registration. This is worst experience ever. Now, if your reading this do yourself a favor and do not shop here.
Gary our salesman and Lilia the manager were the best !!!! They made my daughters 1st car buying experience a great one to remember. I called and said exactly what we were looking for. I explained I don't want to be there all day so let's get this deal done or I'm gonna leave. Gary had the car pulled right in front when we arrived. Don t go to this place they be scamming people, they gave me a car that was not good for nothing I consulted and had to go back to the place so they could fix things. They will lie to you. Just make sure you check everything in the car - they do not take care of the cars they sell. Unfortunately a lot of people trust them. There was sludge in the engine. The paint gradually start coming off and there was basically no breaks in the car. Be careful where you spend your money

Absolutely awful, I regret buying from these guys. Spoke to the salesman Eric, who was very sketchy and not straight forward at all with his responses. Oscar, the manager, is terrible as well and does not care about you or what you're buying, just his money. Most uncaring group of people! After buying my car I had to go straight to a mechanic and after asking them to fix these issues (which was suppose to be standard procedure before you sell any car) things were still not fixed. I would never recommend to anyone, awful experience and the people made it even more miserable.

I bought my vehicle 6 months ago. A month after I bought the vehicle, they said I owe them $2000 out of nowhere. Til this day. My car was never registered with DMV. Still no license plates or registration. The guy was very disrespectful and I had to call the cops on him.

My experience of buying a car from 21st century auto is the worst experience I have ever had; from the incompetent sales man to the manager that doesn't recognized that customer bring food to his table. Even though it is a general knowledge that car sales people are very dishonest, but these people are the lowest of the low in public relations. Everything is a scam, please look deep before you put your money on any of their cars. I bought a Honda Accord from them, but these guys are pathetic. Don't be fooled about these 5 star sponsored ratings, these guys are thieves they have no honor. They will try to shove their loan shacking finance down your throat and when they found out you are smarter, they become nasty. Take a good look at the car you are buying from them. The sales man Willy was great but the sales manager Diego was super, he knows what he's doing and he made it all happen. Avoid fake reviews.... I usually don't spend my time to write a review but this time... If I could, I would give 0 star. I didn't trust bad reviews on this dealer and wasted my time and gas.... The prices are fake!!! If you be eligible for discounts (military AND recent college graduate AND recent costumer of dealership) you may get the online price... which never gonna happen... The price will be at least $2500 more. Don't waste your time. I drove 5 hours to see the car. The sales man said the car is available and texted me the night before I go there, but when I met him, he simply said the car is gone.... He took me to see the other available cars which was showing no accident on Carfax but I found one of them to been in an accident while the sales man was insisting the car has not been in an accident (I'm sure the car had an accident but not sure about the rest of cars). When I wanted to talk about price with the manager, he was EXTEREMLY RUDE... Avoid this dealer.
I brought my mom here to buy her a turquoise punch buggy. It was her 83rd birthday. The man at the door was very rude, he made fun of my mother because she had a cheerio stuck to her shirt. Anyhow, we found the car we liked but the dealer was so obnoxious with the price! He tried to haggle my elderly mother!!! Also, this place has no manners. The manager was sitting on the floor eating a burger dropping crumbs everywhere and when I went to complain to him about the dealer he told me "your mother shouldnt be driving anyway!". He proceeded to take my mothers cane and break it in half. This place is terrible.

2,500 USD of additional cost hidden. Basically, the post online considers you as entitled to ALL the rebate price reductions (veteran etc) and does not clearly state it. Ask very clearly at the phone, otherwise they will not tell you that!
I fell for the same trick. This place is known for the bait & switch technique. They'll tell you the car you want is still available, but it'll be mysteriously gone once you're there. You'll be offered another car in its place. In my case, my car ended up having unreported front-end damage that I only found out about after having the car for a few days. Buyer beware.
I bought a 5 Series BMW from the dealership and they buy these cars from auctions. BUYER BEWARE there is a reason why there cars are on average 3-5K less than going to get a used car from a dealership. I bought my 5 series and noticed right away that there was something wrong with the alignment. I brought it back the next day to talk to them about the issue and they blamed me saying that me driving the car for a day knocked off the alignment which is ridiculous. I found a mechanic in my area and I needed 2 tie rods on each side of the car replaced. If I brought it to BMW it would be 2K. These guys churn shitty cars. They are just looking for the next sucker. MAKE SURE TO GET THE CAR CHECKED BY A TRUSTWORTHY MECHANIC before purchasing vehicle. Next time, I am going to BMW and spending the extra money to get pre-certified so I do not have to deal with another shady dealer like 21st Century. There slogan should be, "Selling high end cars in terrible condition" DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER.

My sales representative, Diego, was always patient, courteous, and extremely well informed. He was never pushy and genuinely loved the product. Danny was very helpful and curtious. The advertised price is not what you get to pay . After some negotiation I was comfortable with the final price since the car had some time left on the original warranty. Someone came to see the car while we were not around, The owner held the car until we returned. Then I found the issues with the car. I had to buy 2 new tires asap. The brake rotors need to be replaced, an open recall, coolant leak and alignment. The 90 day warranty does NOT cover the issues so I was told. AVOID this place, use mass transit if you have to...

I went here to buy my first car, and the dealer who helped me, Justice, was superb. He laid out all the options available or me clearly and simply.
We looked at a number of different cars and weighed the pros and cons, he never got impatient or pushy. He was honest about his opinion of different cars, was VERY respectful of my budget, and overall it was an infinitely better car buying experience than I feared it could have been.
On top of that, he was great with answering questions - including being honest if he wasn't sure about something, and looking I to it as soon as we got inside to a computer. I really appreciated it and it made my decision making process much easier.

Diego was a pleasure to work with. He was nice and no nonsense. There was no haggling. He gave me what I thought was a fair price right away instead of the going back and forth which I can't stand. Buying a car has to be one of my least favorite things to do. I sent him some information and the next day I drove over to 21st CAG to pick up the car and sign papers. Everything was ready. I was there for about an hour. It was so easy.

After extensive vehicle research and test drives, I decided that the BMW M5 would be the best fit for me. John greeted me and showed me what he had in stock. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and his sales style thankfully was not the typical salesmanship often seen at a dealership. That said, he and the finance manager Lilia were motivated to sell me the car and they accepted my lease offer. He was literally running through the dealership trying to process the paperwork as quickly as he could as he knew I had limited time. Everyone involved was very nice, and the facility itself is very comfortable and classy. Happy to recommend 21st century auto group.
Scammers, they post cars ads online, make you drive to the dealership when you call before leaving mine house to check and confirmed. than when you get there they tell you the car was sold! They bill be fishing so don t go here if you don t want the shark to her you.

My car buying experience was very different than what I've experience in the past. My salesman Eric Zagadou was very patient and outstanding to work with. I'm letting everyone out there know that this dealership is the worst place to go and buy a car. First off they will not have the vehicle that they advertise. They will bait and switch on you. They will also try to get your drivers license and your social security and all your personal information before even telling you that the vehicle is not available. This is what happened to me in detail. First I called 20 minutes before I left the house to check to see if they still had the vehicle and they replied yes. When I got there I said can I see the vehicle and I was told they would need some information from me first. They asked me for my drivers license and I told them I would like to see the vehicle first. The salesman Manny went outside only to come back to tell me the vehicle was outside. We went outside and it was not the vehicle I came for not even close. This place made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt that my personal information could have been compromised. The deals that they offer are truly to good to be true that's why they won't have it. You have been warned don't go there!
Called ahead of time for a vehicle and set up an appointment to check it out. Drove 6 hours to find out the car was sold. No return call to say they did not have it. Ended up buying a different car. The spare key did not work, couldn't test drive the vehicle before I bought it. Car still had the same factory tires that were 5 years old. The car was not detailed so I had to do that myself when I got home. Not something you would expect from buying a high end vehicle. Because I couldn't test drive the Maserati I was unable to find out the rear passenger window did not roll down. After I got the keys to the car, I was not informed on how to operate the vehicle. I still do not understand or know what all of the controls in the car do because there was also no manual in the car for me to reference. I also paid $800 for them to register and tag my vehicle. I bought the car on the 6th of June and still have not received my tag and registration. Good deal on the vehicle, worst customer service.
Lawrence is a gentleman and made our purchase experience extremely pleasant. We bought a pre-owned luxury SUV from this dealership and he went above and beyond to help us make our decision. For example, he personally gathered the maintenance records from another dealership, and even offered to drive the car to an independent shop for a pre-purchase inspection. He also didn't pressure us at all, and was always available to answer any questions we would have.
