I am very pleased with the service that was delivered at 21st Century Auto Group from beginning to end. First, I called to make sure the car I wanted was in stock as shown online. The nice lady on the other end of the call told me yes and I headed to the lot right away. I was greeted at the door by the salesperson that helped me. I was shocked to be greeted at the door with a smile and handshake he then dealt with my complicated situation professionally and closed the deal promptly, with no long wait time!
