I had the worst experience at a dealership I've ever had. Would recommend going elsewhere to purchase a car.

Avoid this place like the plague. Their prices online are completely different than in the actual dealership. They do some type of fake deal online to get you in stores to only find out that the price is way higher. . They offered me a car for a certain price, but because I'm a young female and my father left right before they did financial part, they bamboozled me. Turns out that there's a finance charge that was not clear to me (I fault myself on that), where the down payment that I made did not even go to my car, but to the company itself as a finance charge. Please do not go here, I sincerely beg you to go elsewhere. They are not honest although they seem to be. Look at their reviews on Yelp and you'll see a vast difference in the reviews for this place, compared to the "4.0 stars" on Google.
P.S. When I had issues with my car and I called to get assistance, Bella, my sales person, was somehow never available. I had to keep calling to reach Bella, but it got to the point where they stopped picking up and I had to go in person

Buyer Beware!!! I have been in the pre-certified auto selling business for 20 years and I have never since such a blatant case of bait and switch! I saw a 09 MB Clk convertible for $9k so I took the bait! I called and told the rep that I was coming from South Jersey and paying cash and simply wanted to confirm the availability and price of the vehicle before I take the 1hr trip with my whole family. She assured me no worries it s here. I get there at the said time and the switch started. THE CAR I WANTED WAS just sold AND THERE WAS NOTHING SIMILAR IN PRICE. Come to find out the internet pricing is fake too. Just a way to get you into the door. All their vehicles look beautiful and THEY ARE extremely expensive. Just be honest!! A person can only get the internet pricing if he or she finances a high amount and if they qualify for some BS rebates ON A USED CAR???
To know better, is to do better. This was a complete waste of time, gas, and energy. Don t do it!!

In January 2018, we purchased a 2016 Accord vehicle from 21st century auto group. The salesman John, is fantastic! He is very genuine and is concerned with meeting your needs. He found us a vehicle that matched our criteria and it was a real pleasure to work with him. He is very candid and easy to work with. The Financing dept. was equally easy to work with.
Our overall experience was great and we will definitely go back to 21st century auto group. Everyone is friendly, happy to help and welcomes questions.

I recently purchased a beautiful used white Mercedes C class. The salesman was welcoming, honest, funny, and incredibly helpful. The financing was done quickly and smoothly for an extremely low rate, and I paid thousands less for the car than what I expected to pay!

I have bought many used cars before and have had endless encounters with salesman and financing that could be described as nothing short of nightmares.

I found 21 Century to be the first completely honest and trustworthy dealership I have purchased from in many years. I will no longer be purchasing cars from any other dealer.

I could not be happier with my new Mercedes, it is in excellent condition and I am still in shock at how much less they sold it to me compared to what other dealers were asking.

The salesman Justice was a decent guy. I don't like how they get you in there with a low price on the Internet. But hit you with a whole lot of added on prices. The vehicle that we went to go see we did purchase it. But they tired to pull the old send in another salesman to get the keys to show another customer to try and make us commit to the sale. THE WORST THING IS AFTER THE CAR WAS PURCHASED AND WE WERE LEAVING. I NOTICED THE TIRES WERE BALD. THIS WAS BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION TO THE SALESMAN JUSTICE. HE WENT INSIDE TO LET SOMEONE KNOW. CAME BACK AND SAID THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE BALD TIRES. MY SON WAS DRIVING HOME TO YONKERS NEW YORK FROM SPRINGFIELD NEW JERSEY ON BALD TIRES THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE AND THERE WAS NO GAS. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase a car from them because all they see is $$$$$.

Waste of time

I spent half my day at the dealership and found my a car that suited my requirement and my price range. They moved three cars out of the showroom so that I could test drive the vehicle. I was sold due to the very low mileage even though the car was priced well over Kelly Blue book. The car was almost 10 year old, but was only driven 3,000 miles per year so there was really no true blue book comparison. Throughout the sales process I asked the sales person to confirm the price. The car was was advertised online for the price he gave me, but the sticker price on the car in the showroom was $10,000 more and this struck me as odd. After the test drive I agreed to purchase the car. Later he sat me down at his desk and the price raised 25% because I did not qualify for discounts based on military service, recent college graduation and some other discount that I don't quite recall (I have a hard time focusing on bull s**t). After listening to his spiel I informed him that I would not pay a penny more than the price we agreed upon, purely upon principal. He sent his manager over to talk to me. The manager told me that they don't make money on the advertised price, especially when the car is not financed. Apparently they get a "kick back" (they call it something else for legal reasons) from the finance company if the loan is held for 7 months. I wanted to pay in full on the spot, but I was somewhat empathetic, and I wanted the car, so I agreed to finance the car and postpone paying off the loan for 7 months. I naively thought I was talking to the deal maker and was surprised when he said he needed to take the "offer" to his manager. I waited for close to 15 minutes for him to return, at which point he countered with an offer that was still more than the advertised price. In the end they did agree to the advertised price, but by that time I was walking out the door in disgust. I suppose they must do enough business with people who don't mind this game to make it work, but I am not one of them. I haven't had an experience like this with new car dealerships for over a decade. I am now considering leasing a new car again.

They advertise cheaper price and when you visit them then price changes. Cheaper price is just to get the customer inside the store. Once you are in the store then the real drama starts.

That is how car heaven looks like!!! This car dealership makes everything smooth and how it should be buying any car let alone a exotic

So i read the reviews and there all over the place you have 1 stars and 5 stars which is kinda of weird for reviews meaning that some haveto be true and some are fake my intuition tells me alot of these 5 star reviews are fake probably employees trying to drum up business especially the ones where the reviews are stating specific employees names most people dont remember there names after leaving so i said cool let me give these guys a try so i called twice and asked is the price online the full sales price for a specific car i was looking at and i was told 2 different answers one told me yea it is minus taxs, tags and title fees and another told me if the vehicle is on hold they may change the price to who gives the best offer so i asked is the vehicle price online right or on hold and i was then told it was on hold pretty funny #dead given the fact i just called 5 minutes earlier my guest is they are not being completely true but cant blame them for trying. So next i go into the dealer to just look at vehicles the specific one i wanted price did miraculously change by over 4k thats weird when nj car sales tax is only 7% so a 25k car tax is only around 1800$ but the price went up over 15% i wasnt adding there insurance or any of that so i asked to test drive and they said there was no gas and then asked why did i want to test drive i think thats when i was done but on a positive note they have some nice looking cars in the lobby! They just need to be more truthful and stop wasting ppl gas and toll money

Horrible customer service was looking at a vehicle for about a month went into talk prices. I intiallly made a comptetive offer on a vehicle. The manager then came in and said i should go to another dealer and that he wasnt even going to entertain my offer. They were very offensive and unprofessional. I dont understand how this dealer is still in business treating customers like this. That bad part about it was i was willing to negotiate but after the bad initial customer service. I decided to wait and take my money elsewhere.

I ve purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership over 3 years. Each time the salespersons service experience has been exceptional. Salesperson Diego is fantastic. His professionalism and courtesy make the place a pleasure to visit. And browsing over the vehicles in the showroom is a great pastime for car fans.

This dealership handled all my questions and concerns with ease, and a smile! I left happy and with a great vehicle within 2 hours. Everything was done efficiently, from paperwork to customer service. The vehicle variety was immaculate as well! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I came in for a Mercedes with my mom and had a great outcome . I didn't have much time and my credit needed a little bit of help but john was able to get me approved with zero down. They even gave me an extra 2000 for my trade in! The girls at the front desk are extremely nice and friendly.

I m not the type to bash a company which will affect putting food on the table for their family but this I have to do in order to protect your own family. Dirty money is dirty money. How dare they lie and tell you everything is great with the car when in fact it is not.

Purchased a Maserati ghibli with low mileage. they left the car outside for me to take home. I had a rental that I needed to return first then came back. The car would not start. I was stranded 40 miles from home. Luckily a mechanic was still there and I caught him in his way out to help. He got it to start but the wrench sign was on. He told me I can t leave the car, just come back with it Monday. (Lie # 1 the car was never serviced like they said) they ended up doing an oil change.

Took the car to a Maserati dealership and the car had several issues, inner tread of tires where worn to strings, cracked undercarriage of car (hidden by felt, not viewable unless felt was removed), many other issues including electrical.

The next few months was a walk through hell. Over the course of 9 months. The car was in the dealership for several months. When cleared to drive it always stopped working, or would not start. Car was towed at least 7 times! Century 21 did nothing about it !!! Nothing !!!!

20 grand later, I had to cut my loss and get rid of it. Of the 11 months I owned the car , I only drove it maybe 4 months (non consecutive) because the car was alway in the shop.

Century 21 did nothing to compensate me for the lies. Not even for the tires or damage I paid for.

Do not go here !!!! The google reviews are deceiving. The my sit you in a room and ask you to type out your buying experience. They take your phone to bring you to the page and you hit submit. They swipe 5 stars before you even notice. Notice the reviews are related to the buying experience not after one leaves the lot. I promised I would go back and complete the review later. I gave them several chances to own up to their lies and they have not.

I don t want anyone to go through what I went through. Save yourself from the hardship !!!

Terrible customer service. I drove to the dealership twice to have a mechanic take a look a my car since it would not start and every time I went I was told to leave my name and number. Never even got a call to schedule an appointment, I had to call them myself, AGAIN! And when I got my appointment the mechanic simply tried to start my car and told me my battery was the issue. He did not bother taking a look at the inside of car, he concluded that it was the battery. So I drove to an autozone closest to my house and a worker from there told me it was the alternator! Now keep in mind my family and I suggested it could be the alternator to the mechanic and since he's a mechanic he knows everything so he told us it wasn't that. I left a complaint of course because nobody at the dealership helped me! So I receive a call from them telling me to bring my car back so they can take a look at it. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I highly do not recommend purchasing a car from here because once your car has issues the dealership will give you a tough time and even wrong answers!

Classic low price bait switch company! Beware. Have cars advertised no issues. I even Called and asked sales rep to make sure everything is ok with car before I drive. As soon as got there said that cars not available , it s damaged. And still they have this car advertised as no issues.

This group wastes everyone s time and are pretty much dishonest with how they work. They put a price on Cars.com and say if you print it they will honor it...flat out lie. I made a deal with them and put down a deposit...then they changed the deal when I showed up. They are swindlers and idiots. I worked with a sales guy named Alex. He was actually great and couldn t have been better to work with. The manager and owner were clowns.

I went to see car today and had a very bad experience with them.First of all they will have lots of hidden cost without your knowledge and they will be trying to convince and trying to force to buy cars even though you are not interested.They are the big liar just wanted to sell their car no matter it s bad.

First I dealt with two very teenage sales man out of one who was talking doesn t know anything about the car.another teenager whose first day was today was honest atleast.

And lastly some another person came who is very rude and we have to almost fight him to come out from the deal.
