I recently purchased a BMW at 21st century auto group. The experience was surprisingly pleasant. Normally I dread going to dealerships, and having to deal with over- zealous sales people. Upon entering the premises I was met by a gentleman named John. He could not have been more helpful. He was very professional.....answered all my questions and concerns. He was helpful without being over-bearing and intrusive.
