Very easy to deal with when setting up service on our motor home. Teresa was very informative and quick to respond via email and phone. Doug, our service tech, was great also, explaining things well and being very patient. Both answered all of our questions and really made an effort to help us. Definitely, a positive experience.

On our way home from Florida, we hit something in the road that was thrown into the front panel of our Wolf Pup Toy Hauler. We came away with a large hole that went through the sheet metal and interior wood panel and a smaller hole in the fiberglass on the side. Thanks to Erie Insurance and Carolina Coach for making all the repairs necessary. We want to extend our grateful appreciation to Kim Potter for listening, communicating with us, and managing all the work that was done to make our little camper good as new. Hats off to the all the crew that did the work too! There is absolutely no evidence that our camper was ever damaged. We would also like to recommend our salesman, Jim Witherspoon, to anyone looking to purchase a camper. We called him first and he put us in touch with Kim.

I was looking to downsize from a class a to a class b. The staff there was very helpful, and after all afternoon we reached a compromise. The next week I went back and picked the rig up. They had it ready for me and the guy who gave me the demo was very informative.
I have received a call from the salesman I dealt with he asked if everything was ok with the rigg. I would do business with them again.

We Purchased a travel trailer a few weeks ago from carolina coach. If you are looking for an rv of any kind make sure to ask for Billy Rickles. He will make sure to find the right one for your family and needs and walk you through everything. He will also go above and beyond to answer any questions you have throughout the whole process. Even after the sale he will take care of you. More of a friend than a salesman! Awesome customer service my friend. Thanks again!

We travel for work full time, so we live in our camper full time. We had a job that required fiber glass work, a new awning, and more. We were welcomed with smiling faces. The customer service was above and beyond! We were out of there in no time at all ready to hit the road!

I can't begin to list the problems we encountered. The initial , scheduled appointment to see the advertised RV found us driving 2 hours each way for nothing. The keys were locked in the service department and they couldn't access them . That should have been our warning shot~ it went downhill from there. We should have kept shopping but, having just sold our home , we were anxious to purchase and begin traveling. Overall, a tremendously disappointing experience. I hope that since our purchase, they've put some effort into their organization, cleaning and thoroughly going through the coaches.

Worst Sales Experience I have ever had. Ordered a $78000 Custom Pontoon. Was promised a laundry list of options; They took my deposit and went back on everything that was promised and then called me a liar; Even After Email Backup was provided. Boat was delivered 7 weeks Late. I asked to speak with the owner which didnt happen. Left messages for the owner; His assistant and emails none of which were returned. My boat was delivered again late without the agreed upon options and then pretty much told CCM does not respect verbal agreements. If you want a Crest I suggest Going to Marine 360 down in SC. I have a Friend who after my experience went down there to purchase and has had a completely different experience and was given everything promised and provided the customer service that was promised. I wish I had read other Reviews prior to purchasing because this seems to be a common occurrence at Carolina Coach and Marine.

A big THANK YOU to your awesome Service Department Team of Teresa, Donnie and Greg for their persistent and personal attention in getting our repairs completed. We are so glad we purchased our RV from Carolina Coach instead of a big box dealer.

The sales person Frances was very nice. As was Frank who did our final tour and discussed set up and use of various systems. The finance person, Katherine was horrible, particularly toward me. I notice immediately that she did not demonstrate the same respect toward me, as my husband. She only cares about the money, not the people investing their money.

A word to the wise, don't just buy an RV. It's not cheap, taxes, tag, insurance in NC is high, it's not luxury when you have a six gallon water heater, nor are the odors from black tanks and even gray tanks. The typical RV has no washer or dryer, which means laundromat visits and paying out $20+ a week to keep your clothes and bedding fresh. Storage is another huge issue, most ppl we have met rent a large storage unit somewhere. RV parks have tons of rules and they can be very expensive.

The RV/Camper industry has been romanticized, particularly during covid. It's not for everyone and for those who have health and ambulatory issues it can be very difficult.

My advice before purchasing any RV is to rent one for a few nights and then ask yourself do I want to do this. If you are able to boondock and can live without reliable internet, that's the way to go.

I went in knowing very little about RV's and Matt H. took the time to show me many different layouts and models. He found the best model that would fit my needs and finances. I currently stay in it 5-6 days out of the week, it has been a couple months now and absolutely love my decision. The finance manager also went over every detail with the different warranties and packages available to get the best one for me.

We bought our first camper today and the experience at Carolina Coach and Marine was incredible! Stopped at 2 other places first and had terrible experiences. So happy with the team here. From Jennifer in the front, Matt sales , Mike in finance and Frank who did our walk thru! Can't thank them enough for taking such awesome care of us! We will definitely be sending our friends to you,

I purchased a 40 ft park model camper Aug 2014, from Carolina Coach. Many repair issues, most minor, but several major issues as well. Sales rep was great at sale, said any problems call him. Within couple weeks of sale, repair issues with service dept.,couldn't get helped so asked for sales rep, he was gone.I have been dealing with these people for 15 months, NEVER a positive experience! Service department is terrible! Customer service awful! Don't return calls in a timely manner, has taken days after I have left message after message. 5 or 6 service managers in last year ,makes me wonder where they get their help or why nobody stays. Poor tech response times, longest wait was 8 weeks, repair under warranty, still waiting for shorted out light switch. Tech came out to replace ceiling lights over table, no bathroom light that had been out 5 weeks My last message left was threatening an attorney and sending Carolina Coach the bill for independent repairman. Tech finally came, fixed, light worked one day and it took another two weeks to get him back. I had to buy the lights "because the 1 year warranty was up by then" and they tried to charge me $1.00 a mile to respond to Catawba. Newly replaced furnace non-functioning (Feb 2015 after original unit quit last winter). This week it cooled off so I cleaned the filters and turned furnace on, started it up and didn't stay on. Called left message to Service dept. at 530 am yesterday, 11/9, no call back at opening time, I called again at 145 pm had to leave another message. At 420 pm service manager, Greg returned my call, disrespectful and pushy, refused to make service call,"I have plenty of work in house without sending techs out", told me "it has wheels, it's meant to be moved",Ii reminded him this was a stationary 40 ft park model, "if you want us to fix it, pull it in for service or find another repairman and deal with the manufacturer warranty yourself. I might be able to recommend someone to come to you for repair." They do not back their product,or their service. BEWARE... Will NEVER buy from this place again! Reported them to Forest River owner/manufacturer, response came in 12 hours and owner/manufacturer taking care of repairing my
furnace asap. Forest River customer service is not happy with Carolina Coach, hope it bites them in the butt...they don't deserve that distributorship.

My wife and I were both very happy with Carolina Coach and Marine , this is our first camper and our salesman Bryan Smith was very helpful and by the time we picked out our camper , Bryan was just like a friend to us .I would recommend C.C. and Marine for a camper or boat and I believe you would be way ahead in your r.v. shopping by asking for Bryan to be your salesman .
Thanks C.C.and M.and Bryan for a pleasant experience. .... Tony and Tamara Snipes

My husband and I could tell from their website that they had the best Qwest pontoon boat inventory in 2 hours either direction, so we headed that way from Asheville. They were easy to deal with on the phone, were ready for us when we got there, and had a ton of inventory for this late in the season (June/July). Robert answered all of our questions and showed us different boats to get a sense of size, materials, and layouts. We knew we wanted a compact (16 or 18 ft) and he explained the pros/cons and was supportive of our decisions/preferences. He gave us space to feel out the boat and discuss how we felt amongst ourselves. After we decided, he was quick to get the ball rolling for us so we could get our boat and trailer only 2 days later.

Robert also offers a unique and essential service for new pontoon boat owners. After our purchase, he explained the basics of motor maintenance, hitch hookup, towing, and rode with us down to a boat put in down the road (5 minutes). He then talked us through unloading the boat, bimini top opening/closing, picking up from the dock, and then reloading the boat! What could have been a mess when we went to the lake for the first time on our own, ended up being an easy, low-stress experience!

We're now very happy pontoon boat owners and you'll know where to find us every weekend this summer... on our pontoon on the lake!

Carolina Coach is the best place we ve found to service our Pleasureway van. It s well worth the drive from Asheville, and has actually saved us time and money. The staff is efficient, helpful and knowledgeable, with excellent communication throughout and after service. Kim, Doug, Terry, all. Highly recommend.

Part 1: (5 Stars)----My family had an excellent experience at Carolina Coach & Marine. Our salesman Bill, Sales Manager Steve, and our walk through specialist Mike were very accommodating and the service was exceptional. Very patient through the negotiating process and made me feel like our purchase was important to them. We had done our homework and shopped 5 other RV dealers before finding the floor plan that fit our family. Our first Travel Trailer and we are enjoying it very much. I would recommend you stopping by and shopping them.

Part 2: (5 Stars)----Had several warranty items that needed to be taken care of. Tracey in Warranty and Steven C in Service took great care of us. Thank you so much Tracey and Steven for the quality service and superb craftsmanship. Very much appreciated. We can't wait to get our Surveyor out camping again.

I have bought several vehicles and rv,s in my life and Carolina coach with salesman Matt, and finance mike were great. Make sure you contact them on your next purchase or it will cost you more money be sure to ask for Matt as we did all our negotiation thru emails. Great service thanks guys. After buying the rv of course we had some warranty work done as well hats off to Tracy, Kim, they were great and they go out of the way to make you feel at home away from home, if you go anywhere else I promise you will not get this kind of service. Also wanted to thank the techs. Steve and Doug as they were great as well, and I can't but say something about Greg the service manager he was always trying to make sure that we had water and power so we could stay in our coach while work was being done. Nothing but 5 STARS.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying anything all the staff was friendly nice and thoughtful we drove 2 1/2 hours from our home to deal with the awesome people at Carolina coach. Our salesman Robert George was awesome best buying experience ever made you feel welcome not pushy he even came in to finish up the deal with us while he was on vacation. As we where driving back home with our new Triton bass boat the customer service kind ness of everybody there really shows there are still really good places to deal with you might have to drive a little ways to get there but they are out there...we will defiantly be coming back to Carolina coach to buy a camper in the near future. Five star. Great bunch of people!!!!!!

Carolina Coach and Marine

****Update July 18th, 2019****

Carolina Coach & Marine reaches out to me

On July 16th 2019 They brought me a company check and it was taken to our bank and deposited. Bank teller stated it would take two to three business days for it to clear. So I chose to wait until it cleared before making this post. As of this morning July 18th, 2019 prior to this post it has shown clear as per my bank.

No doubt the pen is mightier than the sword. I am thankful for all of y all s support in this matter. I am keeping to my word in removing these posts and informing the public of the update.

Carolina Coach & Marine has

refunded our money and has made things right with us. For that I am grateful.

Thank you

Phil and Regina Digh

Just wanted to reach out to commend your entire staff for our new purchase.

Kenny Miller was outstanding, he took the time to show us everything we wanted to see and explain anything we asked about or got us answers to anything he needed to. He even had the unit pull out back and opened up so we could do our own walk through prior to purchase .He was there to answer our calls or text and lined us up with a company van so we could have our hitch installed.

Kathryn explained her part as well and never once did we feel like we were being pushed into a add on product.

Parts department was more than helpful when we took delivery of our rig.

Frank whom did our delivery on what is normally not a working day for him, well you just can t sum it up in words when he spends about three hours making sure these first timers know everything inside and out about our new rig. He is certainly one of a kind. With out him I would be wondering what to do next. Now we know thanks to Frank.

Best buying experience ever.

You and your staff provided a very professional and enjoyable experience and I just wanted to say thank you.

Thank you

I was buying a 2016 Roadtrek Zion from a private party in Hickory. I called Carolina Coach and Kim explained what the Spring Special would check and inspect to help me understand the condition of the vehicle before I bought it. When I took it in, Teresa helped me through check-in and kept me informed of any issues David, the technician, found. On the way to the dealership, we saw on their website that they also had a 2016 Zion available. Susan was very helpful in showing us the vehicle and went to her manager for their best price. We decided to go with the private vehicle because of the upgrades it included. At the end of the inspection, Teresa and David explained what they found and what procedures I should have done, if I bought it. I bought the vehicle that afternoon. Since I was driving it back to register it in another state, Teresa was able to fit me in the schedule the next day to take care of the minor issues before I hit the road. Teresa, David and Susan were all professional and accommodating, but most important, they were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They were all contributors to the positive reputation Carolina Coach and Marine has. Since I live 200+ miles away, I'm not likely to be returning for regular maintenance, but I want RV and Marine people to know what a great company this is.

I bought my Crest from CC&M last May and have been consistently pleased with the care and respect they have shown me in answering my questions, resolving warranty issues and delivering ongoing maintenance! I especially appreciate their pick up and delivery to my neighborhood launch on Lake Norman, their thorough communication through email about updates, and their reliability in delivering on time to meet my needs!

Rude !!! I took my mother to find a camper/ motor home... We pulled in at 9:25am on Saturday August 3 2019. Went up to the office a one of the ladies was out side smoking and talking on her phone, we asked for help and she totally ignored us. We tried to stop a man on a golf car, he acted as we were invisible. So we went through the top lot, no one stopped us or said anything. There was was a different man on a golf cart he waved at us. So now we are headed to the bottom lot, still no one has offered any help. We have now almost looked at everything there, finally another man on a golf cart waves his arms, I pull over to him for him to yell get your private vehicle off the lot!!! I told him I ve tried getting help, he said get your car off the lot and then I will find someone to help!!! No thank you, we will go to Tom Johnson camping center in Marion NC

I recently bought a Forest River Surveyor from Carolina Coach & Marine, and could've not asked for a better sales & service experience. I was offered a very fair, competitive price on our Surveyor in a low pressure sales environment.

When I arrived for my pre delivery inspection, my new Surveyor was set up & waiting for me. After a thorough walk through & everything was to my satisfaction, the paper signing process was quick, easy & very timely. The sales team of Frank, Breton & Cody were great.

Perhaps this dealers best asset is their service department. When I bought our Surveyor, we owned a F150. After our first camping trip, we decided a larger more powerful tow vehicle was in our best interest. We bought a F250 & needed several adjustments to between our Surveyor & new truck. The service department was amazing in getting our equipment readjusted while I waited during their peak service season. Kudos to Greg, Kim & Teresa.

Thank you to the entire team at Carolina Coach & Marine for a awesome sales & ownership experience.

We recently bought a preowned travel trailer from Carolina Coach and the experience was like no other. Our salesman Kenny was helpful and went above and beyond to help put us in the rv that best suited our needs. Also Frank was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and was extremely entertaining during our walk thru of the rv. We also were impressed by the service manager who stayed later than normal to help with us with our hitch. We will highly recommend this dealership to others. Johnny and Dawn Shelton

Stopped by on Saturday 6/6 to look for a new or used travel trailer. We were met in the parking lot by a very friendly and accommodating salesman, Steve. Steve took our information and took us all around their property looking at any and all campers we wanted to. We actually started with the preowned units which was nice considering most dealers push their new product first. We decided to leave and consider our options overnight without any pushing to make a decision that day. We did not end up buying from Carolina Coach & Marine, found a camper from a private seller, but I would advise anyone looking for a no pressure, no hassle camper shopping experience to go to Carolina Coach & Marine!

Worst experience of my adult life. Boat was delivered broken, gauges full of water. After replacing the gauges within a year the new ones had to be replaced again. Every single contact with this company was negative. They tried to charge us more than the agreed upon price. After 3 years we had to get an outside company come in to fix our radio. I was tired of being mad everytime we went out. They tried on several occasions to fix this and failed. Boat was always returned in worse shape than when given over to them for service. It always came back dirty with mold starting between seats and toys in hold had to be replace due to molding. Called Crest in Michigan and did not get any suitable response. In fact I was attacked by their executive during a conference call. I had over 60 emails and even more calls the first year trying to resolve issues and obtain the products that were promised to us in writing. After having the engine serviced by a different shop the motor sounds great making me believe that they were not servicing the motor and just charging us for it.... BEWARE!!!!

We went by this place today. They have their campers licked up like Fort Knox!!! We left without looking. They must not need the business. The only way to get in is with a salesman! Sounds like a high pressure sales business.

These guys were straight with me from the start. Robert is an excellent salesman and doesn't play games. Mike in finance, worked beyond the norm to get a deal approved for me with the lender. I live in Georgia and it was a 4 hour drive to buy the boat. They had everything ready and we were in and out in a couple of hours. Clean facility with honest people working there. If you're looking for travel trailer or a boat, these are the guys to see, even if you're 2 states and away. Thanks team, great job, we're on Lake Lanier in a beautiful boat! Happy Memorial Day!

We bought a Forest River Class C RV from Matt Horniman at Carolina Coach and Camper in.NC. He treated us very well and also picked us up at the airport. Mike at Carolina Coach showed us everything about our RV. Brendon helped us with parts and supplies. Everyone was very helpful and Matt called the next week to make sure we had a good trip home. I was very satisfied with our service there.

Great for warranty repairs on my Lance. We re able to get in quickly even though I didn t purchase here. Front office was very acccomodating.

UnfortunatelyI am forced to downgrade due to some sloppy electrical work and troubleshooting. My Gen Purpose CB had been popping frequently. They totally missed finding the problem. It took me five minutes to discover the cause, a loose terminal causing high resistance. The thermostat was also replaced, but the splices are ugly and not tied and stowed properly.

I had some extensive work done here. They took short cuts in finishing the job properly and charged top dollar. I will have to spend a day finishing the job that they were supposed to do correctly. Service people were nice, just didn't see follow thru in their work. I would go elsewhere if you can.

I wanted to thank Carolina Coach and Camper for their work in correcting the original stove/oven defect on our Keystone 2018 243bhs The issue with the oven was that it would come to temperature and the pilot light and oven would turn off and not turn back on.

Terry the service manager took on a situation where Camping World of Statesville was unsuccessful correcting the issue and CWStatesville returned the rig after 2 months with no correction. My suspicion for their return was that freezing temperatures were forecasted and our rig had been there since late September and it was not winterized however they never stated this and told us the oven was fixed. They used the Keystone warranty and the stove was not fixed, as we tested it same day we picked it up.

I called Keystone and they directed me to return to Camping World of Statesville, but I declined after the service department there had my rig for 2 months and could not correct. The stove still had a suburban warranty on it, so when I contacted Carolina Coach and Camper they agreed to help with the issue.

I can gladly say that after picking up the rig last week the oven seems to be working correctly. Please commend Carolina Coach and Camper for this help on a warranty issue.

Best Regards,
Lisa Crump

My husband and I visited Carolina coach and marine...

My husband and I visited Carolina coach and marine to look at a fifth wheel toy hauler and to be quite honest have never had our intelligence insulted more wether buying a car , boat, or rv than it was yesterday at this dealership. After talking to a salesman on Saturday over the phone because we live 2 Hours away from the dealership ( and yes that was made perfectly clear to the salesman 3 times) and making sure they had the particular unit we were looking for in stock we made an appointment to come in Monday and take a look at 6:30 in the evening. I realize that's pretty late in the afternoon so my husband and I tried to get there early so if we decided to buy it wouldn't be so late for everyone involved so we actually arrived at 5:15.

We went in and met the salesman who was surprised to see us but we mentioned again that we had driven two hours to look at this camper and didn't want to keep them to late. I must say this salesman inthusiasm left a lot to be desired! I know that being at work all day takes a little out of you but customer service is your business and if your not excited about the product how are you going to get me to be. But never the less we are not rookies at this so we knew what we were looking for and if they had it and priced good we would buy it wether he knew what he was doing or not.

We went and looked at the unit and decided to sit down and talk numbers. Now this is where things really seemed to go down hill fast and I guess where this dealer prays on the uninformed. I did have a trade and wanted to see what they could do with it to work it into the deal. I did owe money on my trade and knew myself that they would not be able to give me the full amount for what I owed on the unit.... But because we were wanting a toy hauler was willing to take a loss and put some money down to compensate for the difference. My unit was a 2013 very nice travel trailer in almost perfect condition. We have taken very good care of it and like I said before I knew I was going to loose money in the deal but was willing to do this to get what we wanted. If you have ever seen their website they typically have a price with a line through it and then a price below or call for pricing. I will say a lot of dealers do that so that's not just them. It's how they try and pass that off as their way of trying to make you believe that they are giving you a huge discount! They had a price on this unit with a line through it for $55,000 but were going to sell it to me for $40,500. I guess I need to say that my camper was a 2013 keystone Sprinter 311bhs. Not a cheap unit but not real high end as well. I bought it new in 2013 for $29,500. When the salesman came back and set down to show us what the sales manager had came up with was mind blowing to say the least! The the salesman came back and said we don't have much meat on the bone because we have already discounted the unit $15,000 so we want bramble to do more than $14,800 on your camper. Now I don't claim to have ever been in this business but when he told me that I dang near fell in the floor laughing but realize I just drove two Hours to hear that crap! And this is where I will ask for a response from the owner. Exactly when did you ever have that unit listed for $55,000???? So you could say you discounted it $15,000?? I don't know what you paid for that unit but I'll bet it wasn't much over $35,000. I knew from the beginning my trade would not bring what the payoff was and they are selling for between 24,000 and 26,000 so I know I would have had to take less than that but over 10,000 less than owed. I'm willing to deal with anyone if you are willing to deal and for me to drive 2 hours and then they not even try to get me to bite and insult me on top of that! I know that a company is there to make money, but you are not going to screw this person in the process.

Just a piece of advice for anyone buying a camper for the first time.... Don't use these guys, they may be family owned but that doesn't mean anything if you only care about the dollar and not the customer!!

Bought a travel trailer in march and have had issues ever since.. The unit was never PDI. (Pre delivery Inspection) and was admitted by one of their techs and management that it slipped through. Was full of anti freeze in the water lines. Missing drain stops, missing T.V., empty propane tanks. Left brake light was on the floor Which they glued on instead of replacing it.. Water heater circuit was fried and didn't work. Also had a gas leak since day 1.. The black and gray water have also had false readings since they first showed us the unit. They replaced the indicator lights and it still shows full even when its completely empty. Again since day 1!!!! It showed the black and grey was full!!! And yet they didnt fix it.. I am a full time RVer and had to take it up twice and drive it up there just for it to sit there and not get the issues properly fixed. Made an appointment to drop it off a month ago so they can fix these issues while I was out of the state for a week. The only thing they fixed was replacing the porch light.. I still have the glued on tail light. My black/grey water shows full, coalking is still seeping out of the door AND now I have no gas getting to my stove or BBQ and both tanks are full AND THEY HIT SOMETHING..
Yes I know this was a 2018 used unit but when you charge someone $30k that bought every Damn insurance you sold us you think you would actually do the right thing and fix these things..

We purchased our Dynamax Super C from Carolina Coach in 2017. After 15,000 miles of travel we had a couple of unsightly interior issues with a wall board and ceramic floor tiles. Terry Stollings, the Service Manager, was extremely professional. He was honest and courteous. Our replacement materials arrived on schedule. The Service Technicians did a remarkable job and figured out the cause of our problem. Our coach looks great, and we re extremely grateful to Terry and crew.

Have been searching for a hard-to-find part thanks for Roadtrek going out of business. Ray Christopher went above and beyond to help us and, even better, had what we needed! Instead of brushing us off like most companies did, he took the time to check the pictures/measurements/etc and find us something that works. Thanks Ray!

I purchased a Pleasure Way Lexor FL March 2020. Excellent price and sales experience. Most amazing, however, was the support they their clients after they leave with the RV. We were given a phone number to call their technician 7 days a week, including after hours, if we had questions or an emergencies with the RV as long as we owned it!! This was not a special program we had to pay for. It was their standard support to buyers of their RV's. Since my purchase, I have called them numerous times and have been readily transferred to the technician. They have answered my questions and provided incredible, thorough and courteous service. I have never seen a business with such service backup. It is beyond any reasonable expectation. Superior. This dealership is beyond par in every way. Would strongly recommend this dealership in all aspects.

Bought a used 2019 torque from this place, about a month ago. I did my walk through and they stored it for about two weeks. Decided to take my g babies to the beach. Pick my camper up at 8:04 am drove it to my house to load up. Got about 2 hours from home, on hwy 601 the camper caught on fire due to the refrigerator. I am extremely upset with this place. I will never ever do business there gain. I feel they didn't do a proper inspection! Did offer any help other than a loaner camper that I would ha e had to drive 2 hours back home and another 6 hour to my destination. Although you better bet the manager called me, not to ask how I was doing or my g babies,,,,, no! He wanted the address to where my camper was so he could go see it! My adjuster wanted me to call to start a warranty claim through them, the person in sales that I spoke with was VERY rude!!! Be aware before purchasing anything used with this place! They also were saying it was my golf cart that started the fire! NO my adjuster, after investigating this, said the refrigerator!!!!

Beige van passed me on I81 sb. Driver was so distracted by the cell phone in his hand that obviously he didn't realize he was passing a tractor trailer on the right as well as no signal. Very unsafe dude!!!

Great service. I got there 30 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment and they took me right on in. Got my trailer fixed in under 3 hours. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality, service, and knowledge. I will be back for service and sales.

I had some work done to my travel trailer recently. Greg (the Service Manager), Kim (Service Advisor) and Tracey (Warranty Manager) treated my home away from home as if it were their own. I definitely recommend bringing your RV here, even if you didn't buy it there.

I want to thank the manager of the RV service department for quickly solving a service issue. It is a rare find these days that a service department stands behind their work and you don t have to beat it to death to get resolution. No arguments, just we will take care of you and actually do it. I have not had that experience with other RV dealers as I recently relocated here and had about $4,000 of upgrades performed at CC&M. They follow the GOLDEN RULE.

We met with Kenny Miller at Carolina Coach after visiting a few other dealerships. Kenny sealed the deal for us, he has an approachable, thorough knowledge of his product. He returns phone calls and took time to answer all of our questions. Our first outing was a great success and I credit this to Kenny and Frank's (inventory mgr) in depth demo. If you're in the market to buy, go see Kenny at Carolina Coach.

My husband and I made a recent purchase of a used boat last Saturday.

My husband found a used boat online he's been looking for over a year. We road out (not expecting to buy but to look) to Carolina Coach and Marine. We were greeted by salesman, Rick Holland. Rick wasn't a salesman he was more. He put us at ease and didn't apply pressure. He took the time to provide facts, answer questions and ensure all items on the boat were there and in working condition. This was definitely the boat my husband had been looking for.

In the past when my husband and I have made purchases elsewhere or looked at boats elsewhere, I always feel the salesman is speaking to my husband and not me as if my husband will be the final decider and I will never be on the boat but just pay for it. Rick Holland did not make me feel like this Rick Holland included me and wanted me to be sure about the purchase just as much as my husband. Rick Holland was one of the main reasons we decided to make the purchase right then and there. We wanted to take the boat that day and Rick made it happen.

From looking at the boat to leaving with the boat hooked up to our truck Rick was there all the way. He represented Carolina Coach and Marine well. Rick made the experience enjoyable and not many people can say they had fun writing a check but we can because of Rick Holland. We took the boat out that evening and had a wonderful evening together as a family.
Even the finance lady was super nice to process our paperwork on the same day so we could immediately enjoy.

Thank you Rick Holland and Carolina Coach & Marine!

All of the employees were polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The walkthrough and presentation was great. Our salesman, Bret, was without a doubt the best we have ever worked with. He made our purchase at Carolina Coach one of our most memorable events. Janet & Art

We purchased our second LANCE RV from CCM and had a great sales (Kenny) and service (Cameron) experience. Sales Staff were very informed and worked with us to get a nationally competitive price. There were a few issues with the new LANCE 2285 Travel Trailer and the staff could not been more accommodating. The service department went the extra mile to fix our problems and delivered the unit as expected. We look forward to a great relationship with these terrific people that work hard to earn your business. We are Happy Campers!
Thanks, Vince and Jane Cherry

Went to look at pop up campers. The lady at the front said they had some and went to get a sales rep. The rep asked questions about what we wanted. I just wanted to see what they had. When I told him things we were looking for he acted like those features do not come in a pop up. We have researched long enough to know what we can get. Then he had to go talk to his boss about it. Gesh if he didn't have it available just say or give me someone who knows what their talking about with keys so we can go look at something! After waiting a while on him and his boss we left. We've visited other retailers that were much more open about letting us see their inventory.

My recent experience at the Service Department was a very positive one! Beginning with Tracy, in warranties, on to Kim, with scheduling, and finally with Doug, who did the actual upgrade and repair of my RoadTrek Adventurous, everyone was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in going back when the need arises.
