Great service, great food served family style. If it s a couple sit in the bar where you can get small portions and enjoy a great happy hour without breaking the bank and without having to leave the strip!
I'm never the one to leave a bad review but on this particular night it was my daughter's 6th birthday and she was so excited to finally come with us and enjoy carmine's food we had previously brought home weeks prior. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience this time and will not be returning ! First off waiter brought us incorrect beers, then we ordered the seafood platter with WHITE SAUCE the waiter then did offer for us to get the surf and turf and upgrade to the larger seafood platter that clearly cost a lot more money but DID NOT inform us that it was served with a SPICY RED SAUCE that my 6 year-old daughter "that was so excited to finally get to enjoy this seafood dish on her birthday" and 1 year-old son could not eat due to the fact of how spicy the red sauce was. My son ate three noodles rubbed his eyes and was freaking out crying because it was burning him so bad. It just really ruined the whole experience for my daughter she couldn't eat anything she really wanted. So we asked the waiter why it was so spicy and told us it was made with crushed red peppers ! Like really ? Are you kidding me ! Thats not something you would think to tell us knowing I have two young children eating and just told you the only reason were her to eat is for my daughter. So now I have all this food on the table that my children nor husband will touch due to the spicy red sauce so my husband then ask for the check the waiter had no sympathy in the world for what was going on took our food to the back packed it up then came out and asked if my daughter still wanted her birthday dessert my husband told him NO we would just like our check. The waiter said okay walked away came back with other waiters singing happy birthday to my daughter my husband then stopped them and told our waiter we just told you NO my daughter is setting here caying because she didn't get to eat the dinner she has wanted for weeks and your singing to her making it seem like everything is okay when it is clearly not ! Then told my husband okay toss the check at him walked away with an attitude like it was our fault we were having this bad experience I'm sorry but the hospitality here what I thought was great the first time was clearly not this time around and ruined our experience and we'll never be going back to this place. We ended up paying almost $300 to not touch barely anything at dinner and ended up leaving all our food with what I thought was the manager but when I was telling him what was going on and handing him our bag of food he had nothing to say but okay. I am just truly blown away and highly disappointed by this experience.
Food was good, service was bad. The server (Sasha) checked in on us twice the entire dinner. Other than that it would ve been great. The food was good and the portions were huge.
The food was amazing and our waiter was fantastic! Everyone in the place was smiling and laughing.
They give you a lot of food, so be prepared to share! It's family sized and one dish serves four people (everyone gets an empty plate and takes from the main dish). My date had four plate-fulls off the dish and I had two, and there was still half a dish left!
Also! They have a dedicated vegetarian menu, so you don't have to pick out meat-free dishes from the larger menu if you're a vegetarian!
My drink and the bread basket were never empty. Our waiter was great and attentive. And two of us got out of there under $40 all together.

A delicious family-style meal. Huge portions for the whole table to share. Had the chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs, and penne vodka. All very delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and very courteous.
Had our Christmas dinner here, with 2 adults and 2 kids. The big portions are great for sharing, and we all enjoyed the well prepared dishes. Highlight was the eggplant parmigiana side dish... OMG, I finished it as breakfast the next day!
If you want a delicious Italian meal.. look no further! Sadly, we started digging into our food before I could get a great before picture. We ordered the chicken parm and garlic and oil pasta. By far the best chicken parm you can get! The pasta was amazing as well. They are family size portions which I personally love. Great for sharing! 100% recommend!
We'd visited the Carmines in NYC about 10 years ago and loved it. I think this experience was even better. Our waiter was phenomenal and helped us choose what paired well together for our meal as well as what would feed 6 people. Our meal was delicious, fresh, and hot. I was craving the chicken later on...I still am. Haha. Cheesecake was a great ending to our meal and time in Vegas.

The prices seem expensive, but if you do realize how many people are served by the dish, you see that the price is quite OK.
Looking from the outside you have the impression that the environment is "tucked in", but no, it is very informal - as, incidentally, it requires the tradition of Italian restaurants.
Great Italian fare and decent prices for Vegas. I'll be adding it as one of my staple restaurants for Vegas. As far as the negative reviews, I'm not sure why folks order lasagna and say it was bad, you might as well have ordered a slice of pizza. I mean is lasagna even Italian - google it if you're not sure - lol.
Great food and excellent service. We ate here twice. Roberto was such a GREAT waiter. We asked to be seated in his area for our second visit on Valentines Day.

Three $$$ at least. Average of 30+ per entree. Not worth the $. Good food but not that good. Very busy when we were there but wait staff was wonderful and extremely professional.
We sat at the bar hightop table so we could get smaller portions and a bit lighter fare. Our server Alisha was fantastic! Answered all our questions and even made some specialty European style drinks for us! We must come back with a larger party so we can eat family style. I wanna try the Tiramisu, it's famous!

The staff is friendly and helpful. price quality ratio lies in the higher segment. Nice warm place with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. As far as we could judge a clean case, definitely worth a try.

Food was very good and the dishes were large! Five of us ate one order of salad, manicotti (1each), and tiramisu. Service was not good. Took a long time to receive the food even though they were not busy, and the waitress did not check on us to replenish water or bring items we requested (more than once). Asked for bread, butter, and oil and had to ask again because it was not brought.
Only came in for drinks at the bar but the bartender had a great attitude and made fantastic long islands.
Really like the large family sized portions. Especially the stuffed mushrooms and penne Alla vokda.

Wish I would have taken more pics! I've dined at a couple of their other locations and consistency is key. Every Carmine's is delicious and well worth any wait and the prices are just right for the portions. An amazing and relaxing family meal after a long day on the Strip is just what we needed!

Great Italian restaurant. We tried the Sunday evening pasta special which was a great selection and a ton of food. They said it would feed three people but I would add three football players or at least five normal appetites. We also had a Caesar salad that was excellent. Only one small glitch with service was they brought us a second order of wine that we didn't request but otherwise very attentive to our needs.
It was good but we ordered a 46 0z steak but when they brought it it didn't look like a 46 oz ...i was still hungry after we are it...it had a huge bone and it weight just as much as theme meat....it was good but not as big as advertised...

Well..I wish I could give negative star if I could.. We try to have our family gathering nice dinner time here. It was suggested from other people and review was good as 4.5 star. So we had no doubt that we will have a good time and expecting good food with good service. However, it turned out worst experience ever.. first, our food took over an hour to serve to us and second, server never came to our table for explanation of our food. Also, never came to ask for our drink refill.
Food was ok not too special compare to other restaurants that cost that much.
I felt racism from that server.. I couldn't get his name..he was tall and old man. There was other ppl came and be seated their food came out first. Also, he was greeting other table and serving while we were waiting.
Updates, My mom left the iPhone there so we went back to look for it but we couldn't find it, So we ask lady at front to find out was there any lost&found for iPhone. She went to ask manager and tell us there was any phone was turned in. But we know from our brother's iPhone to track my mom's iPhone that still at that location. as we go in again to look for it. Our server was there with $1 tip that we left on the table saying that we left only $1. Not thinking how he served us. My mom took the iPhone and we just left.
This tell us that server's integrity didn't even reported to the manager or front desk and wait for us to come and complain.
What a disappointment.

I Had the best birthday ever! We had the best server Bobby, he was very attentive and he suggested the best porterhouse steak I have ever eaten . It was juicy and tender and the potatoes and sausage where so flavorful! I also had a lobster fra Diablo in a white sauce rigatoni pasta that was out of this world !!! Will definitely come back !
On November 11, we held a post-wedding ceremony dinner at Carmine's located in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. We are so happy to say that the evening went perfectly. We worked with Jose Saenz to coordinate for approximately 105 guests who had traveled from Ohio, Michigan and several other states to Las Vegas for our wedding ceremony, and he worked very diligently to ensure every detail was perfect. We reserved the Centrale semi-private dining area, and although it was not fully private, the staff had it arranged in a way that it was not noticeable that other guests were dining in the restaurant. With such a large group in Las Vegas for our "destination" wedding, we first contacted Carmine's about two months before our wedding day and were able to coordinate all of the details with Jose in advance. Everything went off without a hitch!
Not only did Jose work extremely hard to make sure all of our requests were fulfilled, the staff working our dinner event was extremely courteous, patient and kind. The best part: the food was DELICIOUS. Our guests loved the menu selections and we can confidently say that everyone left dinner full and happy that evening! We appreciate Jose's patience and hard work to ensure our evening was full of fun for our guests. We will definitely return to Carmine's whenever we have the opportunity to visit Las Vegas and look forward to checking out their other locations as well.
Not to happy with this place... there was not many ppl there when we arrived. We ordered only 1 dish as they are family size and it took 45 mins... many tables that sat after we order got food b4 we did.
If you don t mind waiting go for it but sorry I will not be back and I m a local!
Great authentic Italian food in a characteristic ambiance. Quick and professional service. (For disclosure I was been and raised in Italy). This is my first choice when going to Las Vegas.
Not impressed. If you judge a restaurant by the volume of food you get, this would be six stars. Personally, I prefer quality over quantity and I wasn't impressed with the quality of most of the dishes delivered to our table or the selection of bold Italian red wines by the glass. I would have given it a lower rating, but somebody on the table ordered a chicken only (no pasta) plate that was amazing. It was one of the best seasoned and cooked chickens I've ever had. All of us on the table felt the same way about the chicken plate. If I came back, I'd only order that.

Let's start with the service. Our waiter was a nice older man i wish I got his name bc i would ask for him again. He was good always checking on us making sure we have what we needed. We ordered the shrimp scampi and zite with vodka sauce. They are 2 of our favorite dishes. Its family style so they are really big portions. The Zito was amazing and the strip was good just a little to salty. Even time we come her irs our must go to place.

We decided to visit Carmine's based on the numerous good reviews and we were not disappointed! The food was superb and our server, Jennie B., was helpful and attentive throughout the meal. She recommended the Chicken Marsala, which was delicious, and an outstanding wine to go with it. As mentioned in other reviews, the portions are quite substantial, so you certainly won't go away hungry. I would highly recommend this location and will come back at the next opportunity.

From the very first contact to saying goodbye after dinner- every step has been an absolute pleasure. We had a booking of 18 people in our wedding party and were treated like VIP s. The food is delicious and the portions are plentiful. Even more impressive is the service of every single staff member. We would not hesitate to recommend and return in the future.

We got some penne with marinara sauce and meatballs. The marinara sauce was a big joke. I was doing the penne with olive oil only, to cut my hunger but when i was left 2 bites someone came by and ask me "can i take your plate", not even "did you finish" or some other gestures of politeness.
