Takes all day to get loaded, definitely never coming back here again

Arrived 1030 and now its 1230 still not started loading. Bad place

Staff seams to be friendly. But If you're picking up a load here, be ready to wait. Got here 2 hrs before appointment time, finally got a door an hour and a half after appointment time.

when they say the receiver will be there at 7am they are not there until 745..then I come back with a load to deliver before 5 and they are closed at 445...lazy people suck

Arrived 10 minutes before appointment sat on dock for 3 hours before they started loading finally finished 5 hours after I arrived. Short story is if you arrive exactly on time expect to sit here for 4-5 hours easily.

2 hours to unload,not the fastest but it not worst.Good thing is u can stay overnight,and a lot of space to get to the dock safely

lazy workers, couple hours to get done, stupid people, avoid this place if possible

No sign to tell you what part of the building. It's the north side. People are ok. No facilities. Easy to turn around and dock. Fairly quick load. Easy access to/from I70.

Bad place. They do not respect appointment.
If you on time they will start loading you at least 1:30 hours after your appointment

relatively friendly in the office my appointment was for 1:30 I got here at 11:30 they put me in Dock but I've been sitting here ever since it's now quarter after 4 and they have not touched my trailer I'm figuring I won't be out of here for at least another hour and a half they seem short-staffed

I was 2 hours early for my appointment, they got me in a door right away and loaded me in under an hour, I was surprised since the reviews on this place were not great.
