Awesome place. Family size portions... Go with a small group. Or prepare to overeat. Good atmosphere and lighting. Try the Bolognese sauce.
Excellent meal! The dishes are plentiful and the prices are consistent. The attention of the young men very good. Super recommended.
Good food if you go in groups of 4. The plates may seem pricey. But their big portions. Remember. Sharing is caring
Food and service were fantastic. Don't miss the chicken Roma!
Portions are HUGE! Appetizer and one entree easily serves 4+. Great drink selection and a great family style Italian atmosphere.
I was extremely disappointed. I m from New York, so we know Carmine s well. We ve been to the restaurant chain several times however this Ceasars Palace location doesn t live up to the service as the original. Here s my story:
On vacation, we booked a late dinner. We were seated at 1030. If the restaurant doesn t want to treat the customer that is seated at 1030, as they would treat the customer seated at 5pm, they shouldn t seat so late.
Firstly we order a bottle of wine and an appetizer. Prior to, my wife and I were discussing what our entree would be (in the presence of the waitress) though we never actually ordered it. The appetizer came out and then (prior to even having a bite from the appetizer), the 70+ dollar entree comes out. So now, we are meant to eat our appetizer and have our enteee get cold. This is a big no no in the service industry and should especially be followed by a higher class hotel and a higher class restaurant.
On top of this, the bread they brought us was ice cold (not hot, not warm). Lastly, with all our food on the table and before we started eating our entree, that waitress asks us if we will be having desert.
I get that we seated later in the day and the restaurant was set to close at 11, but the restaurant shouldn t seat people this late if they are going to rush them and give them heartburn so they can close on time. There were other people around, still eating. It was completely uncalled for.
1. Waitress should have waited for us to actually order the entree and not assume that s what we wanted
2. She shouldn t have told the kitchen to start preparing it
3. The bread shouldn t have been ice cold
4. Don t ask me if I was desert before I ve even started my meal, how am I supposed to know
This was a big let down for me. Management has to change or people are going to get upset. Carmine s in New York and even New Jersey in Atlantic City are busy from open till close. This Carmine s was pretty empty, and I can see why.
