Carmine's Las Vegas Review

The concept is great. The food is shared and you can combine with the pasta, sauces and addons. The service is more attentive than in the same restaurants in Las Vegas. Good alternative to the whole chains.

First time at Carmine's, definitely won't be our last! The food was delicious! We loved our server, Ken! He was great!

Dined at Carmines LV June 2019 and the experience was awesome. Great food portions and our server David was amazing!!!! Great service and helped explained every dish and was accommodating to a food allergy. We will be back!

The chicken tasted like garlic return it they remade it and the waitress told us the seasoning is premade and all they did was try to balance it with lemon so end of the story there it tasted like garlic sour chicken

Great food and super-friendly service. It's family style so be bring friends or have a big appetite. The vodka penne pasta with Italian sausage will make you do a happy dance.

I walked out before ordering because the service was awful. Honestly every employee from the hostess to the waitress were terribly rude.

Excellent lunch from the beginning of 2020. Very abundant dishes

When we first got there it was explained to us that it is family-style dining. If you sit in a large table they re going to give you food for 3 to 4 people. It was only me and my husband so we sat at a hightop in the bar area. Personally ordered was artichokes. Horrible! By the way it took us about a half hour to get the artichokes. We decided to try their meatball sub. It came to us so dry with little sauce. We asked for some more sauce and couldn t believe how boring it was. I don t know how this restaurant stays in business but we will never return.

Carmine's Italian Restaurant has excellent service and you have to plan on sharing meals since they are so large and taste amazing.

Their tiramisu is my favorite Vegas dessert. It is large enough for at least three people to share.

Ricky was our server for a company function. We had a private room and the food and service were exquisite. He had the proper attitude, had excellent serving skills, and the nature of the evening went incredibly smooth.

Located in the Forum Shops at Caesars Hotel & Casino, a very central and easy place to be, the Carmine's is a very representative Italian Southern Culinary Cooking Member... We've tried the linguine with white calamari with and entrance of a Caesar Salad : they were both delicious, for this, the recommendation of the 4 stars...

If Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon go there I think it's a good place

Fantastic food, excellent drinks, and amazingly reasonable prices.

Food was delicious! Huge portions. One plate was enough for 2 people plus we had a lot of left overs.

The food here was excellent. Service was great. We had a very large private party and we were all very nicely taken care of.

Such a great dinner!!! The Lemon chicken and Tiramisu was amaaaazing. Service was so good too. Would absolutely recommend.

Portions were huge unfortunately nothing was really great from the Lasagne, Veal Pork chop, Garlic bread and Cesar Salad nothing stood out as being exceptional. Food is overpriced and quality is not good. Will not go back to this place.

They seem to be in cahoots with postmates to rip people off. We ordered almost $100.00 for delivery and it never arrived. We called and they said so sorry but we re charging you anyhow. You can bet We ll never waste another cent on this dump!!!

Italian cuisine of quality and served in family quantity. Do not run away when you see a $ 29 spaghetti dish on the menu, because it is served as a family dose that can be perfectly eaten at four, three eaters or two ogres.

We were served by a super waiter, attentive, he even took the time to serve us. Top !

Went here with my wife. She found it on yelp. Really impressed with the amount of food we got for the price. Way better than other local places. Our waiter s name was Dave Stasko- cool dude. Told us about a great bar to hit up.

The food is delicious. The portions are HUGE. if there's two of you, just order one thing. Lol. We had the garlic bread appetizer, chicken parmsean, and the lasagna. The staff was fabulous. They kept the tables separated and all the staff were wearing masks. They were cleaning and doing everything they were supposed to to keep everyone safe. Carmines is located inside the forum shops at Cesar's Palace.

So, food and atmosphere are amazing. It's an authentic Italian eatery and deserves the praise. They pride themselves on their "family portions" which if you are a tourist out with your spouse, is really a waste of food. Mainly because you can't take it home with you. They should really think about having normal portion sizes, it annoyed us a little last nightn but not enough to lise a star as it was delicious.

We had spaghetti with tomatoe sauce and spinach side. Absolutely amazing.

The guests to our right, ordered a plate of fried calamari and it was quite comical how big it was. It a honestly large enough to feed 3 people as a full meal.

We used Carmine's Catering for a work function and the food is fantastic and the delivery guy was super nice and accommodating. Also, working with Julio for the ordering process was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Cancel your reservations and come to Yardbird immediately. This place was FANTASTIC! The ambiance, the service, and THE FOOD. SO GOOD! We did not have a reservation but were seated right away. Our server was attentive, friendly, and helpful. Everything i tasted was impeccable. The shrimp n grits, fried chicken, burger (with pork belly), cornbread, and brussel sprouts were all just fantastic. To make things even better, when my husband spilled some sauce on his white shirt (because it was that good), one of the staff immediately went and got him club soda and a cloth. I cannot praise this place enough! You'll be doing yourself a disservice if you do not bless your belly here.

So so food and not very good service. Only brought us water and never came back. Supposed to serve us the pasta but instead left it in the big bowl for us to serve ourselves!!

Delicious food and service was impeccable. We went for lunch and had the shrimp fra Diablo with spaghetti and it was real good. Will definitely come back!

The experience of having my reception at Carmine's in Las Vegas was great. Kay, one of their event coordinators was great and went above and beyond to make sure me and my husband's night was memorable. She also helped us with a bakery to use for our cake, which was delicious. The food was phenomenal. The amount of food was more than enough for everyone and my guests enjoyed everything very much. Our servers were excellent and attentive as well, constantly checking in to see how everything was going. The only issue was that even though we knew there was a 3 hour limit on the room, guests noticed and were uncomfortable with what they all assumed to be the manager. 45 minutes before the event ended they noticed a man in our party room tapping his foot and looking at his watch a few times. Other than that, the entire staff at Carmine's helped make me and my husband's wedding night enjoyable. I would definitely eat there again!

We took my son here for his 25th bday in Sept of this year. Let me just say in these covid times, we weren't sure what to expect. It was a sat nite, a lil late like 10:15, we called and we're able to get a reservation and we got a lil lost once inside the shops at Cesar's but we got there at 1040 (which they closed at 11) I didn't think they were gonna take us in but they happily greeted us.(We stayed till after 1130 & not once were we rushed out or anything) Let me start off by saying the wait staff here is awesome. Fransisco our waiter was top notch 5 star guy. They treated us like rockstars and made the night memorable. Thank you Carmine's and to Fransisco he was thee best

Food was horrible. They served COLD bread! Cesar salad was super expensive and literally just lettuce and cheese on a dish. Overall, food was mediocre and highly over priced. The portions were generous but with food like this, no one on our table was interested in eating much. Service and drinks were the only good things.

First off I d Iike to state that our experience at this restaurant was outstanding and Minh was one of the best waiters we ve had overall. He was so kind and attentive with our group. He always came to our table to check to make sure everything was to our liking and made some delicious recommendations seeing that it was our first time dining in. If you re ever at the Caesars palace and want to eat at carmines ask for minh to be your waiter. He will not disappoint! I highly recommend this restaurant for minh alone.

Affordable, delicious family style restaurant. Rare treat in Vegas.

The portion size are for 4-8 people. Food is delicious and if you have room for desert you should get a Titanic. Trust me

OMFGGGGGG this place is phenomenal. To the food, to the staff, everything was perfect. My husband and I never watched Gordon Ramsey show, but we know who he is and we always wanted to try his restaurant. We got hot wings as a appetizer. It wasn't spicy. As my entree I got the charcuterie pizza. It was really good but next time I would like to try something different and unique. My husband got a standard burger with bacon and cheese and with fries as his side. The bun was brushed with garlic butter it looked like. He enjoyed it. But let's get to the dessert.......WOWOWOWOWOW!!!!!!!! Literally heaven. The sticky toffee pudding is to die for. It's been three days since I got it and I'm still craving it. I'm definitely coming back. Thank you Hell's Kitchen

Unbelievable food, unbelievable service! A must stop if you are in Las Vegas! If you love Italian, this is the place for you! Come hungry because the portions are HUGE! Can t say enough about this restaurant and staff. Loved it!!

Pasta, seasoned and cooked to perfection.

The service is excellent! The food takes a traditional Italian approach, often using a veal base, that results in tender and very delicious beef. The ambiance is reminiscent of the 1940s, with music from Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., and the like. Dishes are very large, and are intended to be shared.

Quite possibly the best choice of restaurant on the strip. It would be very challenging to find a better combination of food, service, price and location.

I went here for the first time on a date and the service we got was impeccable. Elena, our server, helped us understand the menu and the family style serving they use so we didn't order too much food.

Speaking of the food, the lasagna we had was great. The ingredients all worked well together and it was one of the best lasagnas I've had in my life. Paired with the Sangria, $14 but its a reasonable price considering it's on the strip and it comes in decent sized punch bowl glass, we had a complete meal. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for great Italian food while out on the strip.

Absolutely amazing is to say the least. The family style portions are plenty for at least 4-6 people. The calamari was delicious and the shrimp parm was of the top. We added some penne pasta to top it off. We tried very hard to clean up, but in the end we lost. The service was great, the atmosphere was excellent. We shall be back and with backups.

I can t find anything like this in Minnesota . We had the seafood pasta and chicken Parmesan and I can t stop thinking about it!!!!!!!

It took us years to be finished. No one was able to bring up our food. Had to stay there from 6.30-8.15pm. We were very close to just leave and let it be. Also the drinks were horrific expensive. But hey.... they offer vegan options.

The staff was lovely and the food was fantastic. Definitely a great Italian restaurant to eat at while visiting Vegas.

Always wanted to try Carmine s and this trip we did. The service (Ken) was excellent and the food was spectacular. It is a must return destination.

My wife and I were on our way to another bar/restaurant in the Forum Shops when we walked past this place and made a mental note to come back and try it sometime. It just looked inviting.

Turns out we got our chance sooner than expected when our plans at the other restaurant did not go entirely as planned. We had show tickets at 7:30 and had sat at a table at the other place from 5:30 to 6:15 without getting served so much as drinks, so we politely took our leave and ran back to Carmine's. Could they possibly accommodate us and get us to the show on time with such short notice?

We were seated straight away with no wait. When we explained our situation to our server, Ryan, he had our cocktails out within 5 minutes. Once we'd decided on our dinner items he talked to his manager and they bumped up our service order and had our entrees out about 5 minutes after that. We couldn't believe it! When they brought it to us we actually said "that can't be ours".

Did getting it so quickly impact the quality of the dish at all? If it did, then they should be charging more, because everything was fantastic. For drinks I had the Espresso Martini which was just spot on and my wife had the Sicilian Mule, which was somehow actually even better. We ordered Angel Hair Pomodoro and Veal Saltimboca for our entrees, which was way too much food for two people, but we ate every last scrap of it anyway because it was amazing. Oh, and we ate most of the bread basket too because how else were we going to sop up all of that delicious sauce that the Veal Saltimbocca was covered in?

Head to toe, beginning to end, Carmine's impressed the heck out of us. Not only will we be back, we'll be back with friends.

Delicious food, large family style servings, and a wonderfully friendly staff. Our waitress was Elena(maybe got that wrong) and she was exceptional and very personable.

The best restaurant for Italian Food. They had the best menu to select from. Start with fried zucchini s and end with tiramisu. Everything is just amazing here.

Excellent place. Great pasta! Large portions and enough food for the whole family. Excellent family eating. My server was MIA and was very prompt to our needs and attention. She was very polite and helped us through the menu. Even if you're alone it has a great bar atmosphere to eat your meal.

Been there many times and always loved it. Went there on 2/28/2016 and had the four pasta special. Poor service and the food was brought to the table cold. Not even warm. So disappointed in the evening.

Food was deliscious. The italian sausage in the pasta was amazing - almost melted in your mouth. We had a party of 5 and ordered 2 dishes and had leftovers.

Best Calamari in town, hands down! And the staff is very accommodating and friendly as each and every time. All portions are family share size, therefore consider bringing a big appetite or multiple friends and family members.

If you are looking for the best meatballs you gotta stop in Carmines. Simply da bomb!! Plus the angel hair was good also. Served family style. This is not cheap italian. You will eat well I promise you.
