Our server was great! Was always checking in but not being annoying, making great conversation with us. The food was really good! And the portions were huge! We split two dishes for three people and still had leftover food.
That Toasted Garlic Bread with the Cheese on top is delicious! Wish I had more people with me to get to try more food. Heaping family portions so I suggest having at least four people with you but more than four is probably better. I had the Chicken Parmigiano over some Penne and it was great. Glad me and my girl went but was extremely full afterwards. Delicious!

I had a team dinner here after DEFCON. Elena was the best! She was super accommodating and helped us pick some really solid choices for dinner. I couldn t recommend her and Carmine s enough.
So so good. I mean just a treat. Little expensive so be aware but they are large portions. Took the rest home and had leftovers for lunch. Dessert was amazing. Wish we had one where we lived!
You know, we were really expecting some great old school Italian. The restaurant is in the forum shops at Caesars and it's giant! The atmosphere is inviting enough. My husband and I sat in the bar because you can get the smaller family portions if you do so. Our service was excellent. What fell flat was the food unfortunately. Over garliced by about a zillion percent. Calamari was flavorless and served with a lack luster marinara. They were so kind and tried to make it up to us by giving us an order of fried ravioli. We truly appreciated the gesture but that too was less than impressive. Their greatest asset is their service and management. Go at your own risk.

We had dinner at Carmine's on Friday night 10/4. The entire experience was amazing. Our server was Elena, and from her suggestions of the nightly dinner specials to helping us by serving our meal, we're had the best time. Elena is truly a gem in this restaurant!! Ideal for families or larger groups as it is large, family style sharing portions which is too much for 1 or 2 people. Excellent pasta, salad and desserts. Service was very friendly and great atmosphere playing old Frank Sinatra tunes.

If only I can give this place a negative rating, This place needs to be permanently shut down, overkill portions with heavy dressings and sauce to mask the low quality food, I picked an olive from the salad and it had plastic on it, beer was warm, meatballs looked and tasted like old carpet... place looks good but serves poor food.

Pasta was gummy..portions were so tiny..our waitress was a sourpuss.. The bread was ice cold..prices were ridiculously high for what they served. Never every again would I waste my money .
We arrived at the restaurant and seated promptly. The waiter too the time to get to know us and tell us how the restaurant worked. We enjoyed the family style dining. Our order of Chicken Parm over Angel hair was great. We were checked on and attended to by both the waitera and managers. Great place good food.
The place is nice we had spinach and artichoke dip with drinks. Our waitress had a attitude and another waiter took the card when it was already paid. I don't like the staff's work ethics.

Dined here tonight for a corporate dinner of 140 people. Food was great, service was excellent and entertainment provided my Michael was a hit! Definitely would recommend for a large corporate function!

Be prepared to be delighted! We had gone to Carmine's making reservations on line for a special occasion. We started with the Garlic Bread Parmigiana and the Spicy Scarpariello Wings. The bread was tasty though the cheese without sauce a little dry so we ordered a side of marinara. The Spicy Wings were incredible. Juicy, well seasoned which had a remarkable taste and the side sauce tasted like a bleu cheese mayo combo that was a nice complement to the wings. Our main dishes were Chicken Park, Chicken Marsala, Shrimp Scampi and Spaghetti Pomodoro. There were four of us and each plate feeds 2-3 so we ordered more than we could eat because it was a special occasion and we wanted to do it right. Both chicken dishes were delicious and the chicken soft and tender to eat. The Shrimp Scampi had rave reviews from those who enjoyed it and the spaghetti was quite good. For desert the Titanic was absolutely scrumptious with ice cream, whip cream, hazelnuts, bananas and pineapple slices.
We had two servers and both were professional and engaging. Our server actually warned us we may be ordering too much which we appreciated. We were also informed everything was ala carte. We had non-alcoholic drinks and each round charged which I felt important to share.
We live in Vegas so do not often go to the Strip because of the tourist pricing and Carmine's fits into a pricey experience typical for its venue. Knowing that and going with a group who can enjoy a large, wonderful Italian meal in an ambiance that reminded me of restaurants in Manhattan in the fifties, I'm sure you will be more than satisfied as we were.
Most dining at large Vegas restaurants, unless they are $100+/person, are underwhelming because of the sheer volume that they handle. Waiters can be short, rude and very often uncaring.
Our experience at Carmine's with waiter, Matt D., was exceptional. Matt was personal, asked about our trip, our life and shared some of his world with us as well. He suggested wonderful entree's and gave some fantastic recommendations on other Vegas "things to do". It's easy to say because of this experience, our family will likely make Carmine's a regular stop on our annual Vegas excursions.
Awesome !!! Excellent restaurant! Exceptional service and fantastic food! It is a great place to go as a group, as the dishes are huge and very full. Considering the size, the price is very low. You pay between 40 and 60 dollars on a plate that will serve 4 people. The restaurant is in the Forum Shops, after the Coliseum of Caesars Palace.

I did not know it was possible to make broccoli taste that good.I do not visit expensive restaurants very often but I do know how to tell the difference between cheap imitation Italian food and genuinely good Italian food and Carmine's certainly falls in the latter. I enjoyed everything I had here.
Portions are massive. Veal Marsala was good. My pasta with bolognese was pretty standard. Plus that they had gluten free pasta !
Carmine s is incredible! Our server Elena knew exactly what wine would fit with our meal. She was so helpful with some misunderstandings we had about the way to order and got our food out with minutes. Best place ever! Food is great and service is absolutely amazing!

Went to the one in New York a couple years ago it wasn t to bad and wished I tried something else off the menu.
So we got the cheese bread. So good and cheesy. The bread is a bit hard. We got the salad with like every thing cucumbers, radish etc. it was good. We also got the cheese ravioli and chicken parmigiana it was delicious. The chicken parmigiana comes in 4 pieces so u need to cut them to share, wish there were more pieces. I thought we couldn t eat all this food but we did.
The portions are family style. The hard part is to choose something everyone wants to share.
Our waiter was really nice.
There s complementary bread with sauce on top. It s good, ask for butter.
Also there s a water pitcher on the table which you pour yourself water and they fill up the pitcher for you at the table.
My mom, two aunts, and I went to Carmine s on Monday while in Vegas. Robert G and Matt were our waiters, they were fantastic and provided us with such a great experience. The food was amazing and having wonderful service made it even that much better. We will definitely be returning next time in Vegas! FYI, the four of us split one salad and one pasta dish and two more people could have definitely still eaten from the same meal!

Went with my husband after arriving from Houston & walking in the busy strip I was craving pasta all day and our waiter was awesome I can t remember his name and we had the steak with spaghetti that has bell peppers it was the most amazing food I have tasted I am hooked & im so sad I don t even know what it was called for the next time we are in Vegas! Totally recommend!!!

This was a decent option but probably a 1 time stop. The portions are huge so bring a group of 4 or 6 people. Garlic bread was good but prices are very high. Service was adequate but for this kind of money it should be superb. The cleanliness of the restrooms were poor and quiet disgusting. Overall it was just okay. They need to pay more attention to detail.. $97 dollars for garlic bread and Chicken with buttered noodles and 1 diet coke just to give you and example on cost. Try something else first before making this your choice.
Just had catering for 188 people by Carmine s for a special event. Their service was fantastic, made our stress levels significantly less, and the food was delicious! The staff came in, set up, and made the process seamless. We can t thank them enough! We will call Carmines for any future events! Even all our East Coast friends were impressed by the food, which says a lot! Huge thanks!

We ordered the 45 ounce Porterhouse and a tray of pasta. The flavors wee unbelievable. The Porterhouse was one the best meals I have ever had. We will come here every Vegas trip in the future.
Wow ! What an experience. Had a table for two in the middle and was surrounded by atmosphere. Food portions were HUGE. No matter what you order you will need to share. Food was 8 / 10 but the atmosphere was the most amazing part of the dining experience, making it 5/5 overall. I am sure that our limited food selection was just the tip of the iceberg with some 10 / 10 dishes waiting for us on our next visit.
Once again I'm pleasantly surprised by a Southern-styled restaurant... I'm starting to become a true believer! This place surpassed all expectations, on every front, from start to finish. I think that's all there is to say really, everything was that good.
From there I'd like to recommend their smoked peaches and ham bourbon (super savory), but I think you'll be hard pressed to find a disappointing option in this place.

When a friend and I both ordered the Chicken Parm, as well as a side Penne, we were warned twice this was excessive, and could be shared, and our waiter was 100% right. This is the best execution of family style ive ever seen in an upscale restaurant. The food was spectacular, will def go back every trip to Vegas.
At Carmines the veal marsala is actually a thinly sliced pork chop bathed in a soup of powdered beef gravy mix and mushrooms. Please check the pictures for proof. It will arrive without pasta and a nonsense story about why the pasta is $13 extra. Salty, disgusting fake food for people too ignorant to know they are paying premium to eat garbage. Dont be a lemming.
