I'd give 0 stars if I could. I am a manager myself and if their manager, RICK, knew anything about being a leader their business wouldn't be so slow. If a customer has an issue you're supposed to be apologetic & you are supposed to figure it out and take care of it. None of these things happened. Even if the error was due to the online system and not him personally, it's STILL your job to make it right. There was absolutely no attempt to make it right.
