DO NOT USE CARDINAL!!!!! Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with for TV and internet. That says a lot since I've dealt with Comcast in the past. They are impossible to get on the phone when you need help. The phone answering system they use is extremely counter-intuitive (to the point where you can't reach any person). They take their sweet time to dispatch a tech to your residence. They also lied about the DirecTV receiver we have saying it will record a certain amount of shows simultaneously only because they didn't want to give us the new Genie. Overall, terrible all around.

Terrible. Worth the $5 to connect with Comcast. Terrible tech support, the reps also work for a company that does hotel internet support. Their biggest customer is Hyatt, so they are working those calls and leave Cardinal callers in a long queue because we dont bring in the big bucks like Hyatt. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

HORRIBLE INTERNET SERVICE.
Stay away from this company. Who ever built my condo must have been buddies with the owner of cardinal broadband because it's the only company I can go with. First couple of months of service I was getting about 1/4 a meg but paying for 3. I'm now averaging about 1.25. The lady who answers the phone pretty much called me a liar when I called regarding an issue. RUN AWAY!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! If there was a NEGATIVE 10 option, that's what I would give them. It's been a while since I was FORCED to have them as my internet provider due to the apt complex I was living in, but they still haunt me! Half the time I had no service. Everytime there was a holiday weekend service would be out & they did not have service calls on the weekend!! So I would go 4 days or more without service & that was it! No solutions, no compensation, no apologies, no nothing, including TV or internet!! If you ever are moving into a place that only offers this horrible company for service, DON'T DO IT! Unless you don't need internet or TV.

I agree with the people who said you can't give it ZERO Stars. What a horribly run organization. They are so unprofessional and very poor communication skills. Any criticism and they just hang up on you. Speeds are always terrible and on top of that any service call usually take 4-5 days. What a joke they are. The person who responds to calls is especially rude (Shawnee?) as well as one of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!
If you have any other options by all means avoid Cardinal and go somewhere else.

THEIR SERVICE IS SO BAD, I'M CONSIDERING ON TERMINATING MY LEASE.

First off, CARDINAL BROADBAND''S SERVICE IS SLOW AND EXPENSIVE. Because of their contractual agreements with apartment complexes and condominiums, they're able to gouge their service rates because they know residents are forced to commit to their service.

Tell me why this "Shawnee" wouldn't answer her phone from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., while I was attempting to pay my bill on multiple occasions. I called 10 times on 8/4/2016 with no answer. I've had to replace the modem/wireless router 3 times because once the connection was lost, the wifi signal will not appear once it establishes connection again.

I haven't had this internet provider in years. But the old apartments I lived in didn't take Comcast internet, only this steaming pile of manure. We had outages constantly, and the internet speeds were not impressive (the highest I would get is 25 mb/s).

The WORST broadband provider. Terrible. Because my building mgmt is awful, I don't have a choice but to use Cardinal, but I will do everything in my power to change that. Absolutely horrible internet speed (if it ever actually works). I would rate them negative if possible.

Terrible speeds, prices and just about everything. I also get charged $5 a month if I use somebody else for internet. My Condo's only option, absolutely a terrible, unethical, and greedy company.

Cardinal surprised me by calling and wanting to discuss my previous review, they wanted the chance to make things right or work something out. Apparently up till a month ago they had been using a customer service provider that had racked up a lot of the previous complaints, mine included. In terms of ISP access, I am still not really able to use the internet after 7 pm (ping between 200-700) because too many people are getting on and overloading the servers, however Cardinal agreed it wasn't fair to charge me for internet that I can't use during the most utilized time every day and actually credited me back the last month and advised they wouldn't charge me till they got it fixed. While this is not an ideal situation since I still have limited access, it at least shows they are trying and will be reasonable so I will stick it out till they can get it resolved, when they do i will bump my rating up to at least 4 stars.

I can't even tell you how many times we've been disappointed in their services. A short-list of items we've dealt with:
- 10+ inexplicable outages (a few a whole weekend long)
- Internet timeouts where we have to sign back in (like a hotel) -- oh and they didn't provide a login
- Missed appointments (it's a ton of fun waiting for that 4-5 hour window and not have anyone show up)
- Upgrade promises that were never delivered
- The RUDEST, most unhelpful support staff (laughably called 24/7) who have basically told us that there is never anything they can do to help, or to go somewhere else for better service
