Worst bank, this people dont know banking procedure
Ranjith in nungambakkam branch doesn't know the documents required to open an account and in the counter if you are withdrawing 100,000 you need to info 1 day before
Nonsense you people sitting at nungambakkam branch and your bank doesn't have 100000 in counter
Never open account in this bank

This new bank, Still not properly organized and its net banking have lot of bugs. cheques are bouncing even though sufficient money in account.
Net banking transactions are bouncing even tough right transactions.
staffs are not familiar about systems.
Please think twice before opening an account with this bank.

Worst experience, worst. They will never mind Call and email customer service. You need to go to bank itself if you have queries. They will never respond to calls and emails and solve. I would even give .5 rating if it was available.

This IDFC first Bank is fraud they are telling as flat rate (15.5%) for loan but they will convert that flat rate in terms of reducing rate(27%) so they are World No 1 fraud bank please don't believe this bank actually I don't want to give even single star because they are north for even single star

After merger with FIRST the Bank has become the WORST in serving customers. It does not even care to RESPOND, forget favourably, for
any customers grievance, while in India or abroad. The BANK does not care about INCONVENIENCE to its normal customers and removes
existing facilities like OTP by E mail, without any information to the suffering customers. It is FIRST in MISMANAGEMENT and if it does
not react POSITIVELY to customer needs, this Bank will be DIGGING
ITS OWN GRAVE. No Miracle can help it.
The Bank, which claims " you FIRST " has now devised a new CHEATING method in delaying FD Interest payments by weeks and
NO ONE QUESTIONS !!! HIGHLY UNTRUSTWORTHY BUNK.

Worst customer support a lady who was sitting in the front to approach the customers doesn t even know how the bank works, she told to contact customer support through phone and nothing could be done by approaching the bank in person, but the fact was only by approaching the bank in person we can get a passbook for an account, I travelled 2 times for this purpose, and the nearest branch is nearly, 18 kms, from my place

I have extremely bad experience with these guys, they keep calling you if your balance is low. They are selling their product saying that there is no minimum average balance requirement. I had opened ab account with them only last month and did transactions close to 90k till now. But they keep calling me whenever the balance is low. It's just been 40 days since I opened my account.

In my entire life, no bank called me regarding balance. They just deduct the applicable fees if needed which should be fine with any startup. Instead of someone calling you once in 2-3 days and asking you to maintain the balance as if we have some liability.

ZERO RATING. Very very worst service. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. I started a new business and I researched a lot about the bank accounts and chosen IDFC. When contacted it was been told they will get it done within a day if all documents are available. But it took three weeks and still they haven t completed the process. Lot of coordination issues. No banking knowledge for the staffs. So much of technical issue in their system. No proper communication. False ommitments. They don t stay at office at all. Fake reasons. They made us worry a lot and got delayed badly in our business. We signed up good dealings in our business but due to this banking issue we were stuck up in a deadlock situation and had a severe loss. They caused trouble between partners too. Sincerely not recommended at al.
