THEIR SERVICE IS SO BAD, I'M CONSIDERING ON TERMINATING MY LEASE.

First off, CARDINAL BROADBAND''S SERVICE IS SLOW AND EXPENSIVE. Because of their contractual agreements with apartment complexes and condominiums, they're able to gouge their service rates because they know residents are forced to commit to their service.

Tell me why this "Shawnee" wouldn't answer her phone from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., while I was attempting to pay my bill on multiple occasions. I called 10 times on 8/4/2016 with no answer. I've had to replace the modem/wireless router 3 times because once the connection was lost, the wifi signal will not appear once it establishes connection again.
