Zero stars - DO NOT BUY This company is a scam. They will not honor their manufacturer warranty and will not help you at all after spending hundreds of dollars on their faulty product.

I love PNY Memory devices, I use both their SDHC Cards, and Flash Drives. I use them in my computer, and Nintendo 3DS. The prices are also amazing.

I have personally had no issues with PNY infact I'd probably order another one of their products again. I have multiple usb drives by them I use and even a 1060 6gb I got for a steal. Two years old and still works completely fine and keeps cool.

just bought ssd for 2months and it's not working, I lost all my data...

Spent $3,700 on a video card, when it failed I sent it in for a replacement then they ignored me. Now I'm out $3,700 and can't even speak to a customer service rep. Horrible experience

Watch out for this company. They will SPAM you and not put an UNSUBSCRIBE LINK in the advertisement email. Really annoying.

Bought a P4000 GPU through Amazon, and have had a lot of trouble with it. Customer support at PNY has been great, and the support guy (worked with one person thoughout) walked me through as many possible fixes as he could, and then issued an RMA when we exhausted the possibilities. Happy with the results!

do NOT buy ANY PNY stuff. Got a board with a bad BIOS, their tech support claim they do NOT have any BIOS files. Turns out, he's right, PNY does not make anything in-house, so no surprise they do not have such files.

Had a delivery to this location. Unloading is fast . But No one answering phone calls if you want to ask something. Tried bunch of extensions. Make a left on the gates to get to shipping receiving .

Will never buy another Pny card. Out of all the cards I've own this is the only own that died and I lost all my files. I called customer service and they gave me the run around and wouldn't even replace the 32gb card after trouble shooting and sending them pics of the card with serial number. What a waste of time and effort. Going forward I'll buy SanDisk and Samsung memory cards. Pny products and its customer service is trash. Couldn't even replace a 32gb.

never buy a product from this company, the ssd i bought from them failed in like 3-4 months, when I asked what was up with it they told me it was dead and filed and rma for me, but when I would try to check on my rma, they never would return my emails and when I would call them you couldn't even make it around the retarded automated person to get to a live technician. PNY, you lost a customer.

Update 6/5/18 I put it aside for a few months, then tried it again. The problem is still there, I have 4 computers. No matter what computer I use the PNY 16 Gb USB drive with, the problem occurs. I contacted PNY and they will not stand behind their drive and replace it. ------------------------------------------------------------ 7/6/15 Buyer Beware!: I sent PNY the following: Despite your product's 1 year warranty, a USB drive should last longer than a hard drive, because it has no moving parts. A hard drive, with all its moving parts, lasts on an average 5 years. I expect you to stand behind your product, and provide me a replacement." They refused. I will never buy anything from PNY again.

PNY makes good flash memory cards but their shipping dep. sucks and here's why.. Ordered 256GB SDXC card from TigerDirect and PNY is the drop shipper so it's up to them to ship out the card to me. 10 days have passed and they still haven't shipped anything to me.
