Dishonest employees, terrible customer service.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and routine service. I scheduled an appointment to save time and cut down on wait time. I was told it would take two hours. I came back after two hours and was told that the car was almost done and that we were waiting only for the paperwork to be completed. I heard this excuse twice during an hour. I overheard another employee admit that two service techs had called in sick, and that was why there were delays. The employee helping me though never admitted that. Instead he lied about the reason for the delay and the amount of time it would take. If he had been honest, I would have rescheduled or done something else instead of waiting FOUR HOURS for something that should have been two hours. Dishonesty and inefficiency, and incredibly poor professionalism. I will never do business with Capitol City Honda again and you shouldn't spend your hard-earned money here either.
