I'm claim my self to be an avid skier and I have never seen a resort were you can park your car on one side of the resort and ski is waiting for you on the other side. The skiing is nothing like Vermont or out west but for this area it's some of the best.

Skiing was great the lift ticket process was painful. We had prepurchased triple tickets but had to wait almost 1 hour in line with people who did not pre-purchase, were renting, signing up for lessons etc. Would not let us wait in the shorter ticket only line when that is all we needed and we had prepaid. Terrible costumer service.

The place was great and very clean. Food was good and the rooms very clean also. The water parks are very nice. I will be going back in the winter for the winter activities. GREAT VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS!!!

I went snowboarding there and I had a great time. The conditions were better than expected given the weather and ibwas successfully able to teach my friend how to ride. The only problem is that the terrain park has a really slow lift and I would have liked some bigger jumps.

I've recently become an avid snowboarder and have gone multiple times this season. My recent trips included Camelback, Hunter, Mountain Creek, and Killington (VT). Overall, considering distance, total price, quality of slopes and trails, and quality of overall service, I would say Camelback wins out on top, based on the fact that I'm living in NY. The lift prices are on par with most mountains near the NY, NJ, PA area. The distance is comparable to Hunter, and only a tad further than Mountain Creek The slopes are mostly in fairly great condition. The lines are great, fast and short lines. The best part however, is the fact that there is a Waffle Cabin available here, without having to go to VT!

Upon check in I was told I would receive a text message that would state my room number. I wait about 2 hours and change until I finally decided to call the front desk and I was told my room was ready long along. Not only was o informed at check I. That my room is on the main leave when I went to get the room keys I was told I was put on a different floor. Poor communication! Indoor park is great!!! Just disappointed with the front desk!!!!!!

I attended this place with a group of 16 . My four year old was terrified once he reached the top of the mountain and refuse to get on the tub and slide down as he saw other children crying . I spoke to multiple staff on how I can bring him down from the mountain via the same path you walk up in one staff informed me to speak to another one so that the traffic can be stop . Then another staff member informed my husband that they can not bring him down in the trail path where you get to the top of the mountain that he would have to walk down a closed lane . They put my husband to walk down with my child via a closed lane that was frozen and not only frozen but a hill . As they walk down my son and husband both fell and rolled down . No staff member walk with them not attempted to walk up and help them get up . No staff member offered to call the ambulance to see if at least my four year old was okay after crying so much the way he did . I ask for a manager and multiple time I was told the manager was busy . I ask for a refund since my child and husband didn t even get to ride the tube no refund can be given . I ask to make a innocent report because of them falling response unfortunately we don t do those . This place is disgusting the staff was horrible . A staff by the name is Samantha denied all questions she refused to help in anyway and another staff member ratted her out saying she was the manager when ask if she was the manager she ask who was looking for one when she saw it was me she glance and denied being the manager and hid in the office . I ve sent an email and nothing has been done as of yet .

Great time this past weekend! We went for 3 days and conditions were good despite not getting a lot of snow. Majority of the trails were open so when it got crowded we could go to a different area. We had lunch at the lodge which was good. I had the chicken wings- definitely a good choice! We stopped at the pub at the bottom of Nile Mile which was great as well. Perfect location to rest for a bit and have a drink!

Three bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and dining room as well as front and back porches made our stay excellent. It was a bit far from Bushkill Falls which was our main destination but worth the cost.

Was pleasantly surprised. Lifts ran smoothly and the snowmaking complemented the couple inches of powder leftover from previous days. Really loved the built-in jumps on some of the runs, particularly Nile Mile. Only suggestion would be to add more snowmaking on the learning area - felt like ice near the bottom by the other lift.

Horrible service and could care less about it's guests. Was there yesterday and they failed to mention upon buying lift tickets that they were going to close about half of the trails and both high speed quad lifts. Went to guest services and they said to fill out a complaint form (we all know that will go into the trash). I used to ski here a lot and it was a nice place. Now I see why I have been going to Blue Mountain. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. There's much better and more enjoyable mountains that aren't far.

This place will charge you too much. They asked me to buy the lift ticket and I am just a beginner. Later I found out they tricked me and there was nobody at the entrance to check the ticket. And that old guy in blue who said he is the manager really needs to change your attitude. Horrible experience.. you get 5

It was 7 adults and 1 toddler and we had the 3 bedroom condo. It was just as pictured each bedroom had a bathroom and the patio over looked the trees so we had a great breeze and view.

Fantastic place to stay with the family. All activities are very affordable, with a surprising amount of restaurants nearby for being in the middle of no where. Great place to go if you're looking to ski or snowboard!

I loved
