This place was great! Polite and friendly staff unlike some of the other resorts we've tried in the past like big boulder and Jack Frost where everyone that worked there was miserable.

Great mountain. Friendly staff. Well groomed. lifts could have been better. Good terrain Park. Big crowds. Lot of beginners. More of an intermediate mountain. All in all good mountain.
Great waterpark for family fun. Great views at Camelback mountain
Horrible service. My Snow Tubing got cancelled because of bad weather, and the tickets they gave us were not even the day we reserved it on. When we called for a refund, the first time they tried to redirect us to somewhere useless, and the second time a different operator just simple said they cannot help, and hung up on us. I would not recommend going to this place unless you want to be scammed of your money.
Ma little too crowded. But good place for activities
Great skiing experience. Wish there was more help in the rental area.
It went well. Scary house wasn't that scary though.
Chair felt from the lift in Match 21 2021. Three people injured and Camelback trying to hide it and delete all the customers post on Facebook. Camelback did not apologized or explained what they will do to prevent the accidents to happens again. Based on the pictures I saw, it looks like the nuts get loose.
Going only during the summer, Camelbeach has been the best waterpark i've been to. I've gone several times and it never disappoints. If you can get there early, you'll have a better time as it becomes packed throughout the day!
Bad business, who does NOT honor their word and honestly, even if they didn't give me their word (which they did, I was actually advised which days to pick by THEIR employee who I spoke with over the phone) it would've just been the right thing to do. I had originally booked 2 nights in June, while they were running a special. I called a few days prior to check in, my uncle had passed away, and the funeral/wake were the same days I had reserved. I spoke with their employee who told me to just pick a different date, as they would honor the original price. I just arrived at check in, where I was told the employee I had spoke to over the phone had given me incorrect information, and proceeded to charge me an extra 300$. I then asked if they could do anything at all, considering it was THEIR employee who gave me the wrong information and simply told me no, theirs nothing they can or will do. I then asked to speak to the manager, who reiterated the same as above. As I said in the beginning, bad business. I, myself will never do business w the establishment myself and neither should you.
Also, the rooms are disgusting. And attempting to discuss any issues with the manager, Rocco, is a complete waste of time, as there's never "anything they can do to help you".
Staff was friendly and helpful, mountain is wonderfully groomed, sadly the terrain parks wasn't open when I went in December, but still had an amazing time, definitely a mountain that has a little something for everyones style of riding
Wow! Good luck getting to the slopes in less than one and a half hours. Camelback wants *all* your information before even getting skis, boots, etc. Fine, but they have barely any people working the booths. Most overpriced skiing on fake slush. And don't get me started on the quality and prices of food. Worst skiing experience ever in the Northeast. Of course, if you are willing to overpay for cheap quality "suites" at their lodge they may treat you as a real customer. By the way, workers have little clue of what they are supposed to do (and there is a LOT to do, with rules and restrictions for everything - want to do afternoon skiing? they only begin selling tickets at 2:45, for a 3:00 lift, but remember, it takes one and a half hours to check in, after you pay exorbitant prices); one suspects it is not their fault, but rather a rapaciously greedy corporation too cheap to invest in worker training. One star is generous.
This was our second time at Camelback Resort.
We enjoyed our stay immensely, and look forward to visiting again.
Great food, if a bit pricey. Live music, good atmosphere Service was reasonable
These people know how to make snow! Even in marginal conditions. They do a great job despite the weather.
And fun place as picture shows! Green Fox dude!
Good skiing but conditions can get icy and it gets crowded on weekends
Great place the runs are kinda short but that isn't thier fault. You can't compare Pa to killington VT. Worth the money for sure great place to learn without snowbums giving you grief lol
Went to camelback on 2/12/2021. Went after reading the horrible Reviews about guests, paying for parking, lift lines but couldn t believe it. I wanted to ski and was skiing solo. Arrived at 8:30 for a good spot even though I would burn $40, but wanted a good spot to eat lunch to social distance in my truck. On the lifts at 9am by 10 am it was 10 minute wait. They had all lifts open by 10:30 but every lift had a terrible line. I never seen lines like this in years maybe my whole life. It s hard enough being a solo skier in a lift line. A father with his two kids looked at me and said. We re not taking solo skiers, it s weird times. As we stood in a crowed for 10 minutes. He cut me off. My last wait in line. I heard four speakers blaring music. I went to my truck for lunch and just saw the swarm of people in line for ski rentals and loads of people coming to the resort. It was obvious that they did not put a cap on The number of skiing lift tickets they sold in a day. So I decided to leave. But I almost couldn t because they parked the premium parking so full I had to do a three point turn twice to figure out how to get out of the place. Camelback is a joke about caring about safety and are money hungry.
One star because snow/slope conditions were actually pretty amazing.
Great place to spend a short getaway weekend with the family.
Our friend left a personal belonging in their room and asked us to find out if the cleaning staffs found the item. It was an absolute nightmare just thinking back what my wife and I went through on Sunday morning. The front desk lady was very rude, ignorant and arrogant when we asked for simple help. It was precisely 10 minutes before 9 am and the front desk lady was very impolite about the fact that it was not 9 am yet. She talked to us in a mocking tone and right after we turned around, she was talking to her coworkers with a giggle and stare. My wife was upset at the moment, and we vowed that we would never come back to this resort again.
We frequently visited Kalahari resort until we first visited Camelback waterpark resort last fall. We enjoyed the friendly staffs who helped us during the stay, and that was the only reason why we came back, but we no longer have any reason to go back to your resort.
Thanks a lot to the lady who had fun mocking us and ruined the peaceful Sunday morning at the resort.
Learned how to fall and roll... And also how to ski. Spent a few hours on the bunny Hill trying to put what I learn in my lesson to practice. Almost got the hang of it.
Loved it as always twilight tickets are definitely good if u live close enough
i took of a star cause the water they use in the pools burn eyes im were watering for two days burning and washing it of with clean water made it burn even more
We had an amazing time
Great customer service
We love every bit of it
First time snowboarding. They were helpful and everything was clearly labeled. Get here early on weekends, or be prepared to wait on line for 2 hours. Would come back again.
Worst place ever! I can't stress how awful Camelback is. Their instructors are unprofessional and have zero ability to work with children. Andrew, an instructor, picked up my son (who was in skiis), by his ankles, put him over Andrew's shoulder, and dropped my son on his head. Andrew let him lay in the snow, face down, for a few moments while Andrew looked around to see who was watching. I saw everything because I was sitti g upstairs by the window that overlooks the teaching area. I ran downstairs to find my son. Everyone played dumb and tried to cover up what happened. I fou d my son in a room with lockers, crying, with Andrew kneeling down in front of him. A security guard refused to let me into the room ,so, I pushed him out of the way. Andrew had zero explanation as to why he would pick up a 3 year old by his ankles just to drop him. That is not part of ski instruction. Camelback did nothing. They wanted to hide everything. Worst place to bring kids. Use caution, always watch the lessons if you decide to go to Camelback.
Very pricey but it's a resort so I can't complain,,just a heads up for a big family save some money.. fantastic resort and ski area,, water park was awesome
Love everything it about this resort. Enjoyed my vacation over there.
Not a big Mountain but not too small either. All the lifts were working. It's Relatively cheap if you have your own equipment. It's well maintained, friendly staff and guests. The trails are a bit short but it's Pennsylvania so can't blame them for that.
Nice indoor/outdoor waterpark, great hotel. Worth the season pass.
Nice facilities. Enjoyable year round. A season for just about everyone.
Great time! Lines moved accordingly well given some waiting for lift lines. Regardless, I had a blast with my friends!
Awesome place. I enjoyed a lot here with my family.
Everything is perfect, the people are nice and stuff. But, when I went there, I went on Sunbowl and I had to wait 20 minutes just to get on the lift to ski down and wait 20 more minutes. People also said that the other lift should be open on busy days like the weekend.
Awesome place! Staff were super friendly. My daughter & her friend who are 14 really enjoyed themselves.
Time to step up your game, Camelback. If you're going to charge folks to park, give them a perk, like having enough lifts open when you're busy.
I visited camelback so me and my friends could go to their outdoor water park. It was nice, the employees are kind, nice slides to ride, nice views out there, also quite clean, and best of all... there are 2 poke stops and a gym lol. But overall fun with family and friends and advise for you to go.
We came to Camelback for our first-ever family ski trip. We loved the experience and recommend it to everyone. The supervisor, Steve, was phenomenal. He made sure that we had a great lesson. We all know how to ski now.
The snowsports school looked awesome. If I had kids, I would take them to CBK for that alone. For the Poconos, the mountain offers a great selection of trails. Not even the cold could ruin my day!
There is a separate place for beginners to learn, and of course, you can learn after purchasing a lesson ticket separately.
Because it is March, there is a lot of ice snow. The cost burden is too high for beginners to go. 360 degree package including equipment for 3 people. The facilities are large
The food is terrible, but very expensive, and most of the staff are friendly.
Fantastic place. It is very much enjoyed with family and friends. There is cleanliness and good treatment in all attractions.
Adults and kids have ample rides to spend the entire day..
Great mountain, excellent conditions, fast lifts, convenient parking, good terrain variety, good value.
Great experience, veteran friendly, plenty of people to answer questions and get you taken care of. slopes were amazing all around wonderful experience.
Veteran check prices, and call before you go get all the info and pricing, it is worth the 5mins it takes
Decent snow, not much of a wait at the busiest lifts, a good start to the season.
The place is good but I feel unsecured sometimes because there are a few constructions inside of the ski rink withouth protection, for starters is pretty dangerous
So happy we decided to take this trip! Given the current COVID19 situation we were having second thoughts, but thankfully it was a very fun experience for the entire family. The resort took great measures to ensure social distancing and foster a safe environment. The elevators have signs that specify one family or party per trip. Masks are required in all public areas (not in the water park of course) and the staff have masks incase someone loses theirs. There is hand sanitizer readily available throughout the entire resort and the games in the arcade were sanitized throughout the day.
The kids digged the outdoor park. It was a decent deal to use their Twilight Specials, which is entrance at 3pm. We stayed till the park closed and it wasn't that crowded on a Saturday in mid-August.
We were at Aquatopia. The water was dirty and it was over priced for young children. They don't want to do.day passes so they overcharge. They want a family of six to have to mortgage their house to stay there.
Its a fun resort both for summer and winter we went for skiing and tubing and both of them were awesome and memorable experiences.
It is a very beautiful place to spend with the family
Always a good time. Just wish they would open the full mountain earlier during the weekdays
The water park was amazinggg and the best part of the visit was the ziplining. The park is definitely worth experiencing
We were there today for mountain adventures...we are from NJ staying off premises our plan was to do Camelbeach tomorrow but due to the bad storm that is closed. We bought Aquabeach tickets costing $356 dollars now we are worrief to drive home tomorrow evening called the resort to see if the tickets we just bought an hour ago could be turned into a room that includes the Aquatopia for tomorrow night costing $499 plus tax....they would not do it! I explained its an increase in price we will pay the difference then even buy Camelbeach tickets for the next day Wednesday since that is what we really wanted to do and those tickets woukd cost over $150 plus what extra we would absolutely spend in there but nope! Just bad business! Period!
Mountain is a bit too small. Didn't have all the lifts open where the website said were open.
Awesome place for families, both indoor and outdoor areas are clean and tons of things to do.
Very crowded and a bit disorganized. However their kids ski school was great.
