I did not get to go because I caught covid, but they made an exception and refunded my ticket when i emailed positive test results. I appreciate this, only thing is they never emailed back otherwise but i check my statement otherwise i might have missed and not left the good review i promised if they did the right thing since i couldnt attend.
Will look forward to visiting this mountain in the future!

This was one of our family's favorite trips ever! Camelback is an amazing, clean, spacious, clean, beautiful resort- and did I mention clean? The room we stayed in was one of the nicest we've ever had the pleasure if staying in. The beds were actually comfortable- I'm one who has trouble sleeping in hotels, but this time I didn't have any difficulty.
Although there is what appears to be a great ski area to this resort (and an outdoor waterpark!), we went in late fall and were there for their indoor waterpark Aquatopia. It was a blast! It isnt as big as some indoor waterparks, but it certainly is quality! Theres something for everyone there- kiddie play area, tube slides, and even a swim bar. One of our favorites was the Flow Rider surf simulator. Everyone who tried was instructed by a knowledgeable and skilled staff member running it on how to do simple tricks.
I would absolutely recommend (and have to everyone I know) this place. I dream of going back asap!

Camelbeach was fun. Packed after 12, so its always best to go early. Barely any lines. Theres always somewhere to seat and staff is not strict on rules as most other water parks. Where you can rough house in the pool (not crazy rough house) and the lazy river you must have a tube, but don't have to sit on it. Lunch is in and out. Food is warm and you grab and go. Reasonable prices, but you get a lot of food for the price. Would go back again.

Been here many times across almost 20 years. Great skiing mountain for the tri - state region, particularly for beginners, as there are a number of wide slopes with active lifts tailored for new learners, and a section on the side dedicated to terrain practice. Am not as familiar with the overnight amenities, but they seem to have revamped and renovated in recent years to introduce an indoor Waterpark Resort (to complement the fairly good water park in the summertime as well, I'm guessing)

Horrible experience, operator when we called Told us we can buy tickets at a lodge that was closed adding 30 minutes for us to getting on the mountain. Bought tickets tried to go towards the trails near the aquatopia lift was closex (not listed on the site) then waited 20 minutes in line when the lift was supposed to open at noon to be told to take a small slow lift to Marc Anthony to find every trail leading to the bottom of Mark Anthony was closed. Completely inaccurate stats.

We had a great time. There are plenty of different runs if you like blues and the lift passes are valid all day and night which is awesome if you're up for it. Unfortunately, their check-in and lift ticket process is an absolute nightmare. It's the 21st century, people shouldn't have to print out their vouchers! It was MLK weekend, but we stood in different lines for an hour and half before finally making it to a lift.

I can t comment on the hotel, as I didn t stay in it. Today was my second time snowboarding here this season and I most definitely not be coming back. They claim they are abiding by COVID restrictions and limiting sales but the mountain is beyond packed. The conditions were horrible. People were hiking the mountain as opposed to waiting for the lifts. Don t waste your time. Spend the extra money and go to Blue Mountain.

Very very very poor experience. I stayed here with my friends over New Years and Camelback Resort failed us in so many ways. From the initial booking process it was impossible to get ahold of anyone, even throughout our stay it was impossible to speak to anyone to help us. Upon arrival, the room did not have a fireplace as promised. There was trash from previous guests in our room (syrup packages, a child s ball, and tissues). There was no working water or ice machine on our floor. Our shower did not have hot water. It was nearly impossible to find any kind of water to drink on site without going to a nearby restaurant. These were all small mishaps compared to the constant banging, hammering, drilling, and construction going on directly above us. When booking a 2 bedroom suite no one mentioned there being the possibility of construction. Usually that is something you would share with someone paying money to come stay at your resort. We planned this trip to rest and elax and unfortunately we did not do that because we were up both days at 6 am. The construction continued for the entire time we were there. I would not recommend staying here, even when we complained to the manager she said it was something we would just have to deal with. 0/10.

The rooms are date and dingy. The loge is overcrowded and cannot deliver service (which they should at $ 700 per night). The lines for tubing are so long that you get at best 2 runs in in a 3 hour time frame (at $ 35 per person).

Triple the price for ski admission. Over crowded covid super spreader. I thought the dates were selling out because they had to limit the amount of people in. Nope, place was packed. People on top of each other.

Never been before had a great day conditions were excellent and the staff was very helpfull, from the shuttle bus drive who gave us directions where to go all the way through customer service and finally people working on the mountan helped to guide me and my friend to appropriate trails. would definitely return

Great overall mountain. It has a good amount of beginner and intermediate trails with pretty good overall snow coverage thanks to their machines. Can get a little overcrowded during holiday weekends and some Sundays. Would recommend going mid-week or ok Saturdays if possible.

Way crowded. Long lines for lifts. Dangerous amount of people on each run causing lots of collisions. Soooo expensive!! If you go anywhere else you can get lift tickets for 60$ and it won't be nearly as packed. If you are concerned about coronavirus, skiing might not be the move at the 3 mountains I've gone to so far, 50% of people don't wear masks including lots of the staff.

I'm absolutely amazed this place hasn't been shut down by the State. The owners MUST be Politically connected to have somehow avoided this. There is almost zero enforcement or practicing of any Covid-19 mitigation protocols! The areas indoor are packed, nothing gets sanitized, there was no sanitizer stations, employees aren't properly wearing masks, and are NOT sanitizing their own hands at all... the lift lines are PACKED with no separation of anyone at all. This is an ongoing super spreader event. If you value your safety you will avoid this place even more than the plague.

Highly recommend snow tubing ! We had a blast! It was very fairly priced
Food was offered and alcohol
Fire pits to warm up and hot cocoa for kids
They had a souvenir store which was great because we lost a glove and bought more
Everyone was nice. The staff at top of mountain were safe and helpful.
I will be going again !

We stayed at a nearby property up the mountain. Arrive early, as ticket lines and wait times grow quickly. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The resort itself offers several activities for anyone in the family.

The combined facilities of the resort are very good and they keep it all working it all very well organized from check in to the shuttles that drive you around.
I found that the lodging rate is a bit high, granted you pay for the destination but I expected the rooms to be cleaner. Moreover there are amenities - like included lift tickets - that you only get if you book the hotel through their website (even if your other website says otherwise) so you need to do your homework to avoid being disappointed latter.

More then half the resort is shutdown but prices are the the same. Multiple slides in water park shut down along with the hot tub, lazy river, and swim up bar. The main restaurant only serves breakfast. The bar in the lobby area is also shut down. Ropes course and laser tag also shut down and if u plan to ski on the weekend plan to wait in 45 minute lines to get on the ski lift. Oh and now you have to pay 25 a night to park even if your staying at the resort.
