Super nice and modern museum. Super easy to reach by metro and not only on the inside but also on the outside.
It's really exciting to see old space shuttles and the equipment of NASA. Was on this day alone and by chance there on site, however, was greeted at the front desk super nice and everything was explained in detail. When I'm back in the US I'll go there again.

I love this museum! Just try to get special exhibit tickets for will call to avoid the line. Fyi.... Groupon tickets are vouchers that must be redeemed in the main line... not the will call line.

This place is really great. The exposition itself might be a little dated but the information is still valid. The crown jewel is definitely the Space Shuttle Endeavour and the space capsules. The store carries some really interesting science books.

My first time here and I loved it! My children loved it and we will probably never forget seeing the space shuttle. We don't live in Los Angeles but when we come back we'll make this a must see place. I'm also a science teacher and the whole time I kept wishing we had this near me.

Today my homeschool co-op had a fieldtrip to see the Tutankhamun exhibit and the IMAX film about the discovery of the Sun King's tomb.

I enjoyed viewing the artifacts. I was also impressed that the staff at the exhibit were able to answer various questions.

Absolutely one of the best museums I've ever been to. Definitely not only for the youngins, adults will equally have as much fun too! Museum is free and extra exhibits cost a bit more. Great hands-on experiences and so much to explore across the board. Definitely make sure you take the time to fit in the Space Shuttle Endeavor, which is personally the best part of the experience. Even before you enter there's things outside to see and do, including an amazing view. Definitely a must visit, even if you're not TOTALLY into science.

California Science Center is a must see place for anyone living in LA or visiting LA. There is a lot to see there for any age group and any interest. Body exhibit was great. This is the second time we go for this exhibit. On the average we visit CSC twice per year.

One of the most educational kids activities in entire Los Angeles. We have been coming to Science Center for past 7 years, with both of our kids. It's so much to see and learn for any age of kids, how things work in life and on our planet as well as bunch of stuff about our galaxies. I highly recommend to visit this place. Be advised of their is LADC soccer game going on, you will still be able to park for science center, letting everyone know since they do share parking lot.

Check it out and have fun. Must see place for Family in or visiting Los Angeles.

On this day I went here to see the brand new Rams stadium located next to the colosseum. I visited around 10 other museums all located in walking distance from each with other. MY favorite was seeing the Space Shuttle. FINALY Afttet watching it towed here from the east coast on television. By the way I love the appearance and Super Bowl vibe of the new stadium too.

It's free but you'll have to book your tickets since it's so popular. Very interesting to see the Endeavor spacecraft, especially with a timeline for American space exploration around it! I bought a pair of NASA certified sunglasses which are polarized and blocks 99.9 % of blue lights, really comfortable for the eyes now during the hot summer!

The King Tut: Treasures of the Golden Pharaoh exhibit was fantastic at the California Science Center. As an added bonus we were able to see the Space Shuttle Endeavor. There is so much to see and do at the Science Center. A great place for a family outing.

More than mandatory tour. Book 2 to 3 hours of your LA tour and visit the science museum. The museum has a wonderful collection with the main lunar modules of the Gemini missions, Apollo.
The museum also has a huge number of exhibitions with the possibility of interaction, great for children.

The science center is free excluding special exhibits. Good museum for being free. Ecosystems exhibits and other exhibits that have been updated are nice. Space shuttle is great. There are parts of the museum that old and really need updating.
