Poor service.
Improve the service to customers.

Found the service very good and the prices excellent. Very discounted for Royal Doulton.

Each time I have rung the Harbour Town Royal Doulton Shop I have had very pleasant staff answering. I would like to mention Lynne that works there. She is the most helpful and patient person. As I don't live on the Gold Coast, I depended on Lynne to help me with which beautiful Royal Doulton pretty ladies to buy. She told me what she had in the shop so I could look up online what each one looked like. Once chosen I rang Lynne to order. Very professional taking the order and she packed these ladies fantastically. I have ordered from this store twice so far and will definitely do this again. I highly recommend this store and staff especially Lynne. Thank you Lynne for your help.

I ve been a regular customer at this outlet for a few years and almost always happy with the customer service. Today I went in to try and buy a single wine glass. Knowing that the chances of this would be slim. Once before I got lucky only because there were some spares in the store room. The young male who served me was very helpful as he always is like most of the staff. He found one out back and spoke to a senior staff member I am assuming she is the manager. Her attitude was just outright rude and close to belligerent. To the point where the male was embarrassed. She said we don t sell these we keep them here in case we need to replace a spare. I said I know as this was the case the last time I broke a glass. However the lady who served me last time said I was in luck we got some spares outback we normally don t sell them, however you can buy this one . I left feeling that I had an excellent customer service experience. How ever today I left annoyed and disappointed and empty handed.

Love this place, good quality is hard to find these days & there's so much to choose from.

I found all the ladies very helpful and excellent customer service. I have been to the shop 5 times since xmas. There was a young guy who was not customer focused, rolled his eyes when I asked him for help and claimed he was too tired when I said if it was a problem for him to help me.

Always good when you're looking for that special present
