Walt disney studios is a dream come true. It expired me in a lot of different ways. It actually helped me act better on stage at school. You guy are the best at producing, acting, and making movies and tv shows. And I had always to my mom that I will be a actor in one of you guys shows. I can do drama, romance, action, horror, mystery, and my favorite comedys.

I have loved Disney since I was a young 5-year old boy and watched the weekly Sunday movie followed by Mutual of Omaha's "Wild Kingdom". However, their recent choices have begun to disturb me as a father. The Music awards is coming up and one of their nominated selections is "Cake by the Ocean". I recommend any parent google the lyrics to the song. I am ashamed that I now have to edit what my children watch from Disney. And I am certain that old Walt is rolling in his grave. Shame on those who now lead Disney.

The park may be small but the shows and the tour take some time so it definitely takes a whole day to visit this park. We arrived at opening and went straight to Crush coaster, line was 15 minutes and the ride was fun. Then we went to Ratatouille ride and did it twice with no wait at all and no need to Fast pass. We did Tower of terror twice too. We had lunch at Bistro Chez Remy and the food was very good and service was great

The Walt Disney Studios are a working entertainmen...

The Walt Disney Studios are a working entertainment factory. Organized confusion that somehow makes beautiful movies and television. This is a city dedicated to the making of fantasy. It is as real as magic can be; and just as wonderful.

I've spent my life in the "Business." To me, movie factories are as magical as my imagination can make them. I was visiting the studio for a screening of the 2018's musical, Mary Poppins Returns. Our family, including our ten year old granddaughter, loved it. I know this sounds silly, but the three of us had tears in our eyes. My wife and grandchild just loved the actors and the characters they play. I was mesmerized by the quality of production. This was a complex, difficult film and it was pulled off brilliantly. In the years since my retirement, movie makers have become more able to deliver the script that writers dream.

The Disney lot looks like a "hot set," polished and perfect, ready for production. The buildings are beautiful. Particularly the executive offices' top floor which is held up by statues of the Seven Dwarfs. In the lobby, in front of the elevators, is a hugh mosaic of Walt Disney looking down at you. Yes, it is intimidating.

On the plaza, in front of the executive office building is a statue of Mr. Disney holding hands with a three foot tall statue of Mickey Mouse. Mr. Disney has been quoted as crediting Mickey as the Mouse that built the studio. A few steps away are statues of Mr. Disney and Minnie Mouse, sitting on a bench in conversation.

Under the plaza is the multi-level underground parking structure. Parking is wheelchair accessible, easy and efficient. Elevators bring you to plaza level.

Here's an interesting background story. When Walt Disney was developing, "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," he needed additional work space for his animators. So he went to the bank asking for a loan. Now remember, no had ever made a feature length cartoon before. The bankers found the loan too much of a risk, unless the animation rooms could also be used as hospital rooms, as St Joseph hospital is next door. So if worst came to worst: the dwarfs would have good medical care. The rest is history.

The image of animated charactors, holding up the roof, with Walt looking on, holding Mickey with his left hand, directing with his right, is just as it should be. Thanks for keeping the tradition alive.

I enjoyed my visit here to have lunch with a friend. Several years ago I worked on the Warner Bros lot and this has the same studio feel. We ate in the commissary and they had plenty of different selections for whatever your taste is. The Studio Store on the lot is a Disney junkie's dream. If you have a chance to come on with a friend that works there or for a tour you definitely should. Worth seeing even if you're a jaded Los Angeles native like me.

My wife and I had the good fortune of being invited to an advance screening of the coming Disney movie Magic Mountain held at a well-appointed theater inside the studio's Frank G. Wells Building in Burbank, California. The movie with a cast headed by Jeffrey Tambor, Gillian Jacobs and Adam Devine is scheduled for nationwide release starting April 6, next year, but the studio bigwigs had the grace to let the family of the stars and anyone connected with the film to have an advance peek of their labor of love. We tagged along with the couple Junice and Toby to give moral support to their daughter, our granddaughter, Bianca Grava (she's Janelle in the movie). It's a well-acted, well-directed clean fun movie. Everyone should see it. Thanks.

Had an amazing experience on my private tour of Disney Animation Studios. Amazing. Seeing their awards and Oscars is memorable.

I rehabilitate court designated "Extremely Dangerous" dogs exceeding 150 lbs with severe dysfunctions. All the way down to mildly dysfunctional dogs weighing 5 lbs...I had helped someone with their dog and they brought me to the studios for a tour. Absolutely delightful experience!!!

Walt Disney has helped put Burbank on the map. Great innovator & visionary of his time and beyond. The Walt Disney Studios is a cornerstone of the many studios, production & post production companies in the City Of Burbank.

Pretty good tour offered to Disney elite fans. They take you through several production buildings, but you aren't able to enter any sound stages, which is a bummer. The first highlight of the tour is seeing Walt Disney's office - an incredible, historic location. The second highlight is getting to hold a REAL Oscar that Disney won. It's HEAVY. Pro tip: Grab as many of the free cookies and waters they offer you during the introduction video. They're AMAZING and are the only snacks you'll get.
