In 2018 they had a manager who wasn't on the up and up (Not professional). When I wrote a review Lucas the manager (or CEO) contacted me and handled the situation with much concern for the business. That same manager is not longer there. After that (approximately 2 years later) I went back twice and the experience has been exceptional. Great staff. Oh! The food is excellent too. Customer Service for me is important!!!! :-)
What a great restaurant. We were walking around on 5th looking for a restaurant to go to. It is restaurant week in Naples. So we were only interested in those participating. Caffe Milano being one of those restaurants. $36 app, dinner, and dessert. But little did we know 3-5pm everything on the menu is 50% off. EVERYTHING. What great deal. And the food was some off the best in the city. Highly recommend.
Service was awful. We waited over an hour for our food and when I asked I got an attitude. When it came it was definitely sitting because the cheese was hard not melted. I wont be going back.
A lot of staff walking around. Waiter was not very attentive. Had to ask hostess where he was. He dropped our fries on the floor. Hostess had on a unitard that was totally inappropriate for the establishment. Drinks were supposed to be included in our lunch yet we were charged for them. Sandwiches were very dry. Probably not a place I'd tell friends to go to.

My overall rating is only a 3. More of a 3.5 but can t give a 4 due to many reasons. We will come back and try again.
Such a nice place to have a meal with friends. The food selection is Italian fare, sensibly priced, with friendly staff and the location right downtown is choice.
I came here with my family twice in the last couple days in Naples. I personally find the portions to be very inconsistent. We ordered the same pasta twice and got half the portion the second time and when mentioning it to our waiter, he was not very accommodating and was displeased. The service was not great here. We also ordered coffee the first time around which was excellent and when looking forward to ordering it the 2nd time, the coffee was not up to par and was not even hot. The quality of the pasta dish was very good, but the inconsistency in quantity was a put off. We were a little disappointed as we drove all way to Naples from an hour away to eat at this restaurant again.

One of the best places to eat in Naples. They are very considerate. They reduced the process during the pandemic but they keep the quality and service. I'm a fan!

I was losing hope about Naples' dining scene until I found out Cafe Milano! Though I read so many good reviews, I always took them with a grain of salt. But then we decided to give it a go at their famous (half off) Happy Hour! We tried the meatball (awesome and in an amazing tomato sauce), the calamari and shrimp (fresh and generous portion), goat cheese pizza (They call it Skizza and it smells so good, and leaves great taste in your mouth), as well as the soufle with Italian gelato (one of the best I have ever tasted!). Everything was delicious! They really use enough booze in their house margaritas (really makes you dizzy after the first one so a good sign of honest bartender), and pomegranate champagne coctail. Their lattes and capuccino taste good, too. I just like it really hot and they somehow serve it almost cold though asked specifically otherwise. All in all a great kitchen and lovely dining scene especially if you grab an outside table ;) Will be back soon! Oh damn calories!!!

3 stars for the food... 2 starts for the waythe owner treated mu father in law when they arrived before us. Many larger tables vere vacant for the duration of our meal, yet not available to us. Most of the time our table was cluttered with food and understandable if there were no other options. In times like this where restaurants really need the business. If it wasn t for the 5 star service, we would have got up and went across the street!

Great sevice, great food. Stopped in first night of Sizzle, we had the tuna main course with octopus app and chicken parm. Fantastic, and a good tasting $20 bottle of wine (hard to believe) on special with Sizzle.
The BEST Italian food ever!! From the fresh bread at the start of your meal to the dessert EVERYthing is outstanding! We had the calamari and we have had it at several different restaurants and this was by far the best we have ever had. The gnocchi, the spaghetti and veal parmagiana were AMAZING!! I had the drink that came in a pineapple which is their specialty drink and it was fantastic! We finished with the tiramisu and you HAVE to try one ~ it is like no other tiramisu you have ever had!!

Service was awful. Went for lunch my pasta was swimming in an inch of butter and oil. Disgusting. 12 people standing around and no one empowered enough to make a decision and wait on us or bring us an extra Drink. When we walk inside - the people at the expediting area around the food are playing in each others hair. Maybe that s some weird way of flirting these days but please do it away from the food. Disgusting.

I understand that you believe in your employees, but the restaurant was almost empty and please, do not use the Pandemia situation as an excuse to cover your host misconduct. He did not was keeping the proper distance between tables. In my opinion , he just get upset because We told him that we like a different table .

Yesterday I visited the place with my family, a quiet place to enjoy a good wine with your folks and I was surprised that aviarys have 3 specials things different from the menu I ordered the salad heirloom tomato salad prime New York steak and the ravioli the spectacular food brings me an explanation so we had a good time I recommend this delicious Italian cuisine.
It has become our favorite place and even more so our date day place. The seafood Pescatore is a must and a close second is the pasta de luna when it comes to appetizers go for the tuna tartare make sure that you save room for dessert because it's tiramisu will be pleasantly surprised

Our experience at Caffe Milano last night was fantastic. We were a party of 5 and was serviced by Daisy. The food was phenomenal and the service was excellent. Daisy was very knowledgeable regarding the menu items. She was professional, friendly and very attentive to our table. We were there for a birthday and they presented the birthday girl with a Canoli sparkler. We did not get a chance to take a picture while the sparkler was lit and Daisy offered to put another sparkler so we could get some pictures. I love that she cared. Caffe Milano has a very nice appearance from outside as well as inside and great ambiance. The owner and staff are young and vibrant. Every dish that was served to our table was delicious. We will definitely go back to Caffe Milano.
Just ate here for a late lunch and it was incredible! The pasta bolognese was super delicious. My wife's Pasta was great with mussels, clams and scallops and shrimp. The restaurant was very clean with nice decor and the staff was very friendly. The only downfall was that the air-conditioning was not working very well on the day I was there and it was a little warm inside.
Also go between 3-5pm as the happy hour prices were all food was 50% off!! It was an absolute steal.
I would highly recommend this place and definitely go back for a longer and nicer dinner with Wine the next time.
HAPPY HOUR IS A MUST!!! Everything is half off and the food is phenomenal! Definitely a MUST when you're in Naples! Meatballs, Tuna Tartare, Lasagna, Quinoa Salad with smoked salmon, Caesar salad..... It does NOT disappoint!!

I went to Cafe Milano with the boys and it was easily the greatest dining experience I have ever had in my life. I really don't have anything else to add other than if I could eat one thing for the rest of time on this Earth, it would be their gnocchi. 6/5 stars.
The service was really slow. Lackadaisical feel. Just felt snobby and uncomfortable. Maybe you just need to flash money to get service. Not just be regular joe on the street.

I eat here with my wife and daughter and the food was very good, the service was pretty good, there were some young children running around was the only distraction. I would definitely eat here again without any question.

Sunday, 28 March: Food and service were good as usual. Air conditioning wasn t working so it was very hot and humid inside. I sweated throughout the entire meal. In addition, the chandeliers above the tables are filthy dirty. Caffe Milano was a disappointment for the six of us dining.
