Enjoyed lunch here with family. Excellent lunch bar specials with wine included! The food was great, and service was equally great.

We were very disappointed with our dinner at Caffe Milano. The food was expensive, which would've been ok if it were high quality, but much of it was not. It was very "hit or miss". The sangria tasted like it came out of a box, but my husband's margarita was one of the best we've had. The cheese plate was amazing, but the tiramisu was literally mascarpone cream in a shell, with some coffee and lady fingers at the bottom. It tasted ok, but was not actually tiramisu. On top of the varied food quality, our dinner took two and a half hours because the service was slow. Finally, the music was very loud both inside and out. Overall, we are disappointed with our dinner at Caffe Milano.

What an amazing restaurant. Would give it 10 stars if I could.We were so hungry and delighted by the beyond delicious food that we forgot to take pictures of it. Went in for happy hour which is between 3-4:45 and the whole menu is 50% off. Can t beat that. The portions were gigantic and loaded. Started with the calamari which were the best I have tried in Naples. They were perfectly cooked and not greasy at all. The sauce they came with was great too. The grilled octopus was so tender and tasty accompanied with mini potatoes. The complimentary bread,olives and butter were amazing as well. The risotto pescatora was so delicious and was loaded with seafood perfectly cooked of course. The linguini lobster was good too. The lobster was very tender. The venue was very modern and nice. Service was fast and attentive. You must definitely try Caffe Milano while in Naples. It will not disappoint. I could give it 10 stars here if I could.

Great food and an amazing happy hour, but a tad pretentious. However, I admit pretentiousness is to be expected in a Naples.

We forgot to take some pictures. Food was awesome, especially the tuna avocado dish. Homemade pasta was very good. And the best was the happy hour (50%).

My wife and I were looking for a nice Italian restaurant in 5th Ave in Naples, FL to celebrate an early Valentines dinner. At first I overlooked Caffe Milano but after finally deciding to make a reservation, it became a perfect choice.

The only one thing I wish it wasnt was very busy. But Feburary in Florida is a busy season so busy is expected and wanted in all restaurants. It was loud but not loud enough to tune out my wife's voice.

Our waiter Valerio, was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and what was best to eat. And the choices he gave us were absolutely amazing. The food was fresh and tasted great.

We loved the ambiance of the restaurant, give you a cozy feel. The decor and style was right on point.

One thing also, we were running late for our reservation, but we called in and we were given a later time and when we arrived we were seated almost immediately as if our table was waiting for us. Great service. Great Food. Highly recommend Caffe Milano.

The entire bill was half price as it was happy hour. Good thing. It was OK for half price. My husband had the chicken parmesan. Very little sauce so it was dry. I had the Lamb shank. Had to saw the meat off the bone. Craser salad shared but we had to split it at the exterelmly small tablle.
The kitchen should have done that. Highlight was the cappuccino. Excellent. Too many good places to go on 5th so we will go back to 821 or bah bah. We live here full time so we may expect too much for season.

Food was wayyyyy over priced and bland. Very small portion. My husband and i had to go buy food after we paid a hefty bill because we were still hungry. We were seated right next to a station where they stored their cutlery. So every time they needed cutlery. My husband had to literally move because they couldnt open the cutlery draw with them sitting where they seated us. I think it was kind of rude as it was suppose to be a romantic dinner but it was constantly innterrupted with " excuse me can i get in here" Our table was so very tiny. We actually had to ask someoneto clear some of the items so our plate of food could fit on the table with not knocking over our drinks. I just feel for the price and the location the food could of...SHOULD of been alot better. I love Italian food but this was a far cry from what I am use to or expected. I will save my hard earn money and spend it somehwere that will deliver quality food with quality dining experience.

We were a party of six and asked for separate checks. Our server was fine with it and provided great service along with excellent food. Definitely a spot we will return to.

Attractive modern decor, good food on the pricey side.

Best aspect was the atmosphere. For what you pay there is better Italian in Naples.

Overall had a pretty good experience, but it doesn t live up to the hype. The food, although tasty, was nothing spectacular or memorable. Also our service was sluggish. Took too long to take our order and I was halfway through my meal before offering cheese. Dessert took 30-45 min to get. Again, pretty good experience, but nothing to draw me back.

Disappointed. Was told their pasta and bread were made in house and fresh made. My pasta was so al dente it tasted uncooked. Then it was implied I didn't know how to properly eat pasta. Fresh made pasta should not be hard, if anything, maybe chewy, but never hard. The 2nd time, the dish was much better..the question is why the dish had to be remade? At 25.00 a pop, the dish should've come out perfect the first time time. The octopus appetizer was good which is why I'm giving the restaurant 2 stars instead of 1.

The dish I had was various seafood cooked with white wine sauce with fresh made spaghetti. My daughter and I ended up ordering this dish because we were told the spaghetti vongole had run out and there were no more clams. My husband ordered the linguini with seafood and my brother ordered linguini also. Both their dishes, the noodles were not too al dente. What is funny is linguine was not fresh made but turned out better than mine and my daughter's pasta.

The service was ok but a bit condescending. I think the restaurant industry in Naples is used to an older crowd with a certain demographic. Coming from the DC metropolitan area with so many wonderful restaurants and excellent cuisine and service, a little disappointing and very cliche to look down on younger diners. We come from all over and although my hubby, 12 year old daughter and I don't look like your typical client in Naples, it's a shame you couldn't act like the #16 restaurant you mentioned that you were supposed to be and provide a better dining experience.

My pasta was very good, but my wife's lasagna was cold and the replacement wasn't tasty.

Great food and amazing service. Even during staff crisis they now how to handle it. Good Job guys!

We have been in Naples for two months. This is our first time here and will be the last time. It was beyond a doubt the worst service we have experienced. Our waiter was slow, inattentive and disappeared for long periods of time and took way too long to clear the table and even longer to bring the check. And even longer to bring the change. The food was so so. We arrived at 3:30 and did not receive our food for well over an hour, while other tables that arrived after us were served and left. I blame this on the waiter. Never again.

Very delicious! The octopus appetizer is the bomb, as well as their salads and pasta.

This place was really cool it is in downtown Naples and it had a nice view with outdoor seating.

I loved the interior design, a little more casual and contemporary than the usual Italian restaurant. It was great being able to take the kids for an birthday dinner and have it be affordable in Naples, thanks to their summer happy hour! I wouldn't order the lasagna here again but carbonara was amazing!

Food is excellent and authentic. Service is incredible. Luis is a great waiter. I highly recommend. Ceviche signature is delicious. So is the seafood linguine dish. Chocolate souffl with homemade vanilla gelato is super yummy. Wine list offers great choice of quality italian wines.

Pasta and pizzas here are spot on. Was looking for a prosciutto and arugula pizza and they had it so I ordered a bunch of other items including their pasta bolognese, rice ball, and some bread. Carb heavy dinner for the family (part of it ends up as left overs for the next day). Everything was delivered perfectly. Thanks

We had the best meal here that I have has in a long time! Everything was cooked and served perfectly! Our server, Alec, was on too of everything even though the restaurant was packed. I would kill for the pappardalle with short ribs! Bread was amazing. Loved the cheese and salami platter, prosciutto was excellent as was the cheese. My branzino was so flavorful. The tiramisu was beyond awesome. Warning, tiramisu is definitely large enough for two or even three people. I lived every bite of everything and will definitely be back !!!

Food was great but staff was more concerned with shutting down then focusing on customers. Just seemed robotic.

Stopped in for a few appetizers & some gelato! Had a great cappuccino as well. Service was a little bit on the slower side but we weren t in a rush. We were in town for a visit but will definitely be back.

Won t adjust menu items AT ALL. This restaurant used to be wonderful and warm but under new management, it s not the same. Food is good but service is cold and unaccomdating.

The food is very dry and did not have any flavor, what if it was good was the appetizer, the boy who attended us forgot even the Parmesan cheese, my pasta was undercooked, not al dente and I definitely will not return to this place.

Spectacular Italian cuisine in a vibrant and sheik casual setting. Our sever Masimo was energetic and entertaining. We were a party of 6 with a mix of kids and adults. Service was excellent, food presentation and taste was outstanding. Would highly recommend for Italian in Downton Naples. Must try the Tiramisu!
