Renee our server was excellent he knows his menu and was very helpful. Food was wonderful and the deserts were very satisfying.

Very nice restaurant in the heart of Naples. Authentic Italian cuisine with a relaxed yet upscale design. We came with our 11 month old and they were exceptionally accommodating. Will definitely go back!

Is everyone working at this restaurant Italian?! It really sets the tone for a fabulous experience. My boyfriend and I were visiting from Michigan and didn't make reservations on Friday night. We waited 10 minutes at the bar before being seated outside. All of the food was amazing, from the olives and bread to my pasta and his salmon. We also got drinks, an espresso (he's a coffee snob and loved it) and the chocolate souffle. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting!

One of the best in Naples. Short rib ragu and carbonara are great dishes. The pina colada is one of the best I've ever had.

The staff is excellent, great location, beautiful restaurant & great happy hour. Food is above average but as good as several other places with in a few block but you can't beat the happy prices... 1/2 off everything!

Ambience, service, and food were excellent. Really enjoyed our dinner very relaxing beautiful decor.

I can safely say that it is one of the best Italian restaurants you can find in the city, run entirely by Italians like half the staff who work there, both in the kitchen and in the dining room.
The menu is full of characteristic Italian dishes, from snacks and appetizers to desserts and all with a pinch of originality.
Of course, the strong point can only be pasta, homemade.
If I had to choose and recommend, I would say:
arancini
Octopus
Seafood risotto
Filet Mignon
Chocolate souffle
Great selection of Italian and non-Italian wines ...

The food was excellent, especially the staff of Sasha and Ismaela

Had a cappuccino- done well and tastes very good. Wish they were open earlier for those who like to have a cup of joe in the a.m. hours.

Food was average, not something crazy to brag about on 5th ave. The two hostess girls were really immature. We sat down to eat outside & all we heard was their conversation about them getting their cramps And it being that time of the month. Waiter was a nice young girl but she didn t know the menu at all. The atmosphere was really pretty though, I ll give them that:) prob won t go back.

This place always has such great food and always seems to be busy. Our server outside though was taking quite a while to get us anything and I think two other people had to get us our drinks because she was so in the weeds. We ended up having to take everything to go so we could see the sunset, but the food tasted good once we got to eat it. Had two pizzas, meatballs, and a cheese plate.

Early specials a great buy. My steak and brussel sprouts were perfect. Pasta was overcooked and sauce tasted like Chef Boyardee - little flavor - though chicken parm serving generous and chicken quite good. The cannolis were excellent.

We have been here several times before and the food has been good. Yesterday however was not a good experience, staff were not friendly and a bit grumpy, and they had difficulty understanding due to a language barrier and rhe staff had limited english.and had to ask 3 times for our drinks and then when the food came out it was cold. In their defense there was an event going on on 5th but the restaurant itself wasn't busy. Food is midpriced and lunch sandwiches come with a drink

Food is passable, but the service is not. They like to judge customers by how they are dressed and treat you appropriately.

Great food, Great service. Go for dinner early 4-6 Dinner and drinks are half price. The dishes taste like my Italian Grandmother's cooking. Caffe Milano has authentic Italian food. You can't go wrong eating here.I know I'm an Italian from Brooklyn.

Loved this place, the food was amazing and the wait staff were amazing and understanding of our small children!
The dress is nice but casual. The atmosphere is modern rustic Italian, very updated space.

Went for Happy hour (3-5) specials. Entire menu 1/2 price plus reduced prices for wine, cocktails and beer. Crowded. Didn't have reservations but waited only 5 minutes. Good food and service. Would go again.

Was there for our anniversary May 18. we both had the risotto funghi and it was fantastic. Until I found a hair in it and yes it was someone else s hair not mine. I don t have black short hair and neither does my wife. If there s anything that turns me off its a foreign object in my food. I let my waiter know about this, so he got the manager. He asked me if I wanted another dish or get the same thing. I was close to saying I lost my appetite, but it was a special day and was hungry so asked for the same dish. Came back and it was still great minus the hair. My only issue is if something like this happens the manager should comp the dish or offer a dessert or something on the house none of this was offered, which i believe is a unset rule to follow.

Update: Luca took care of this situation like a gentleman and a person that respects there customers. To go out and handle this issue weeks after it happened is a big deal to me. Because of that, it makes this place all worth the visit.

Very disappointed and will not be back. Last night went there for happy hour dinner. The service was average at best. It took 10 minutes for anyone to approach the table. Bread was brought to the table but no oil or butter. We asked twice for butter before we received it. "Calamari and shrimp" appetizer was great except the sauce was very bland and only had 2 shrimp though. I ordered the Caprese tomato pesto salad. Bland and would never order again. My husband order the Linguine Lobster dish. He rated it a 3 but was better than my order.

Food was served warm and was very fragrant. We had the grilled octopus and roasted chicken. Also, the wine was delicious and a good price. We did not love the size of our table though. We barely had room for our plates, but all in all it was a wonderful dining experience.

This place really surprised me. I often find that the restaurants on 5th ave are overpriced for the quality of the food, but Caffe Milano was really worth every penny. As vegetarians, our go-tos were the cheese board, gnocchi, truffle goat cheese pizza, and tiramisu. All very delicious.Another plus, I had a delicious glass of Chianti that was reasonably priced! The atmosphere was welcoming but not pretentious. Our waiter was attentive, but not overly so (big plus for me!)

Great food, great waiters, and for early dining the entire menu is half off! I would highly recommend this place.

Good food, not my favorite, but maybe it was a bad time on a Saturday night. We had a group of 7. Pretty quick getting it out. My mom loved it so that was very important to me.

Greetings from MN! My wife and I took a mini getaway to Naples and I can t tell you how much we enjoyed this place. The food is great, the cocktails are excellent, and the service is beyond perfect. My wife asked for a bandaid and because they ran out, the manager took the liberty and went to a nearby drugstore! Best calamari & shrimp appetizer - haven t found anything local as good! Thank you Caffe Milano and staff!

We ordered our Mother's Day dinner take out style, and even though it was our first time ordering food at this restaurant, we spent over $200, and the seafood was inedible because of being overcooked. The lamb and veal were also overcooked, and both risotto dishes tasted like mush. The calamari was delicious. They need a new cook.

Went here for the high ratings and it lived up to it. Very nice place with very good service. Had a lunch special, Croque Monsieur. I always describe it as a fancy ham and cheese sandwich, which it is, but it's always worth it. It was a pretty good deal coming with a decent size shoestring french fries and large soda. Next time we're in town, we'll have to do dinner.

The food was beyond delicious the atmosphere was great even the coffee was good I would give this place 10 s Matt was our server and he did an amazing job especially singing our daughter happy bday if is your birthday you want to come here they play the birthday song over the speaker and everyone gets into it and sings for you specifically if you want to surprise your special one. Definitely recommend and will come back!!! The risotto was bursting with flavor can t wait to come back.

We went to this restaurant twice. First time we sat at the bar and ate dinner. Bartenders were pleasant and accommodating. Food was good but not great. Sauces lacked any personality. Our 2nd visit was on a weekday after the Easter crowds had thinned. We ate indoors and got the bums rush from a surly waiter. And don t bother with making a reservation because they don t honor them during happy hour. On the plus side two people can have a drink, share an appetizer and have dinner at a remarkably low price. Give it a try.

Stayed here 2 weeks ago and to be honest, I've been to so many italian restaurants over the years but this one really is in my Top 3.
The appetizer were amazing and so was the Skizza (!) absolutely delicious with thin crust, really worth a visit and great service as well!

Totally money driven place with no regard to client needs. We made a reservation for outside. We were sitted but once we told that we came in for deserts and cofe we were told we have to go inside and sit at the bar as outside area is for diners only. The fact that we had an elderly person with us and a young child was no concern for the restaurant stuff....Used to love this place...great disappointment
