The calamari was tender and excellent. Papardelle was very flavorful, only issue was the noodles were all stuck together, like the strainer or pot was to small to cook them. Waiter was very fast and fun

Absolutely fantastic, we definitely will be back again. The Calamari was probably the best we have ever experienced. The Tortelli Rippieni and Spaghetti Carbonara were perfect.

Spectacular. I was here in 2015, remembered liking it when I walked by this month (Aug 2020). Before 6 the ENTIRE MENU is 50% off. Don t let that fool you - the quality is fantastic. The service is great. This is a top notch dining experience in the heart of downtown Naples.

We began with the Buratta, which was a savory and refreshing starter. I followed with the Lamb Shank; soft and perfectly cooked, flavorful and hearty. The other main course was the A pasta meat dish cooked to perfection. I tried the Russian , made with Ginger Beer, presented in a metallic mug.

There were so many items on the menu I wanted to try but didn t get to. I can t wait to come back!

I had lunch, with a friend, at Caffe Milano yesterday. It was my friends first time there. It was excellent as usual. We started with a Cheese and Salami Charcuterie plate which was excellent and had more than enough for 3 or 4 people. A lady sitting near us even asked what it was and had it for lunch. Great idea. Of course I had to have my Espresso Martini. Always great. My friend had the Mushroom Risotto and I had the Short Ribs Paparedelle. Everything was excellent. We love stopping here anytime we are near Naples. It has consistently been great for many years. You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu. We've had pasta, fish, pizza- all delicious.

Sasha waitress the reason I go..great Italian fare and chill ambiance...fresh baked bread and olive oil great starter...extensive wine list. Go and just people watch outside or in. And Chill!!!!

One of the best restaurants on Naples 5th avenue. Fresh original Italian food. Staff and chef are all from Italy making the comfortable atmosphere even more unique. Attentive service and for 5th avenue reasonable prices. Great addition to Naples score of restaurants.

My husband and I enjoyed every second and will be back very soon. As we walked in on Tuesday night we were greeted by the young hostess in the most kind way we have ever been treated at any restaurant. Our server was absolutely amazing at what he does and lets not forget about the food which was beyond incredible! Like we were dining somewhere in Italy! Thank you and see you soon Caffe Milano

One of my favorite restaurants on 5th ave! They have a wide variety of options on the menu and some great happy hour menu deals. All of the food is very good. Portion sizes are usually pretty nice compared to some other restaurants downtown. However it is often hard to pin down your waiter, but I guess that s kinda normal.

The food is superb!!! The service is amazing. Nutella skiza is out of this world. Sangria is really good also.

Great place!!! My wife and I were taking a stroll down 5th ave when we found this place. They have awesome happy hour specials. We sat at the bar to grab a drink and a quick bite. The bartenders were both very attentive and made great drinks. We started with a few martinis and the meatball starter which were incredible. Wrapping up our visit with a double espresso with a twist. Great experience. We will definitely be back!

Wow absolutely loved this place! We are from Miami and came to Naples for the day after spending it earlier at the beach and their food was delicious, fresh, and cooked really well. If you come here definitely order the calamari and shrimp

Truly some of the best Italian food I've had outside Italy. Definitely try the tiramisu. It's amazing, but you'll probably want to split with at least one other person.

Pappardelle al ragu was quite bland in taste and not enough sauce. Risotto was okay. Tiramisu was far from the Italian original recipe, only the rich sauce tasted fine. We were processed quickly, which is not very common in Naples. Disappointing.

Cafe Milano is one of those rare restaurants that have excellent food, fantastic service and reasonable prices. We have had dinner there twice in the past two weeks. I highly recommend it.

Great! Amazing service and delicious, perfectly done pasta. Started with the bruschetta, perfect for a hot summer afternoon. Followed by a carbonara, a little too cheesy for me but husband loved. Had the truffle ravioli, it was perfection.

Nice atmosphere, friendly waitstaff, good food, and their 3-5pm 50% off summer special made this restaurant very affordable. Of the items we ordered: The burger was excellent. (Large and tasty beef patty and at the 50% off price of $8, it was a bargain. Came with an order of super thin, very tasty french fries.) The fish was also excellent. I can't quite remember the name, it was not the salmon or tuna, started with a "d". It was pricy at $32, but the 50% off made it very affordable. It was white, flaky and delicate flavored. Came with a small amount a vegetables (more like a garnish) so you may also want to order a salad (comes separate). We ordered 2 different salads, the Caesar and the Goat Cheese. Both were good. We also order the pepperoni skizza, which was the only item we did not like. It is really thin crust (so you would think it would be crisp, but it is actually very soggy and limp), almost no sauce, lots of cheese, but almost tasteless. Not was you would expect from a type of pizza. We also ordered their Sangria which I wouldn't be surprised to find out had no alcohol. It was good, but not great.
Loved the atmosphere. It was bright (big windows), modern decor with an Italian flavor.

The cocktails were generous and priced nicely before 5pm. The pasta and sauses were perfectly proportioned to one another and delicious. The ceasar salad easily served two and dressed to taste the ingredients. The tiramisu was outstanding and uniquely designed with a large almond cookie-like bowl filled with lady fingers in a silky, delicate pudding sprinkled with coffee; a treat of textures and flavours. The service was adequate but not up to it's usual high standard. We had to flag our waitress down several times...water glasses not filled without asking. But still an 8 out of 10.

Amazing experience, our server was Vojislav who did a fantastic job. The food was authentic & delicious! I recommend getting the tiramisu for dinner- it was the best dessert I ve ever had.

Food was pretty good, but the wait staff was a little slow. Our waiter didn t seem to know the menu well, but the food made up for the mediocre wait staff.

A great happy hour with 1/2 price food and $5 drinks. We had pizza, and beef tartare, both were delicious. The star is the beautiful bread and olives in oil! Highly recommend!

I wish I could give it 3.5 stars not 4, as it is not up to that level. Is it good? Yes. My wife had pappardelle with red wine braised short ribs. It was a little bit one note with the flavor. I had spaghetti carbonara. It was just good, but needed just a bit more flavor. We will go back.

Calamari and carbonara were delicious. Skip the tiramisu though, not traditional classic. The brunch bottomless prosecco was great and well worth it.

Poor service, the food that was served was cold, I ordered a risotto that looks like it was served pan rest. (I even have a picture to prove the lack of quality) Naples is a beautiful city to visit but please do not go here.

I'm a local and I am familiar with most of the top restaurants in town. This place is not even close to be called an authentic Italian Restaurant. They make pasta carbonara whit heavy cream. Server didn't pay attention to our order and had to wait for our meets and cheese plate for over 40min.
Overall this is a 3 restaurant. Food and drinks are ok but nothing special. There is way better choice's to spend your money and have a better meal.
